Fantastic experience: Absolute hospitality and incredible work. Reached out to Dan from Iron Tide to cover some old ink that was done poorly, other artists had um’d and ahhh’d, Dan confidently took on the work. After my experience with Dan I’m not longer afraid to get tattoos in fear of pain or poor work, his work was brilliant and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole tattoo. He’s super down to earth and great to chat with, will definitely be returning for all my future work. Hard to believe how affordable his prices are, especially in contrast with my previous artist who took double the time and delivered far lower quality work. He even touched up a completely different tattoo by another artist where the shading had fallen out of a small area at no extra charge. Stoked with the piece and super keen for my next visit in June. Appreciate ya Dan, thanks Legend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing work done by Dan! I needed another small tattoo covered, Dan's attention to detail and professionalism during the whole tattoo top tier. Because it was my upper thigh area, he offered a blanket and pillows to make sure I was comfortable to sit for the duration of the tattoo. Regularly checked in on how I was going, told me I am sitting so well. Would explain what he was working on and what we had left to do. I left the session already thinking about what I'm going to get next

Negative experience: The tattoos themselves are good, but the atmosphere in this shop made me extremely uncomfortable. The overall vibe felt predatory and very unprofessional. As a woman, I constantly felt like I was being watched by the male artists, which made the experience really unsettling and invasive. My artist even put up partition walls to try to give me some privacy, but despite that, the male artists still kept being nosy and looking around the corner. It made me feel exposed and disrespected the entire time I was there. Even thinking about the experience now still gives me goosebumps. Because of how uncomfortable it made me feel, I will not be returning. If you’re a woman who doesn’t want to feel overly sexualised or uneasy while getting tattooed, I would strongly recommend considering other studios.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The space had such a welcoming and relaxing vibe which made the whole process even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was super chill — great energy, easy conversation, and lots of laughs along the way. It didn’t feel rushed or intimidating at all. The attention to detail and care that went into the tattoo really shows. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome place to get a haircut! Lizzie was accomodating, kind and gave myself and my 6 year old son a really neat haircut. I got a skin fade and my son got a trim. He has a massive cowlick and his hair is tricky to do, but she made it look natural. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for positive vibes along with the haircut.

The service was great (they offered me a beer) and the barber was incredible, he gave me exactly what I wanted A fantastic shop filled with great people, we stayed around for a chat afterwards.
