Experiência fantástica: Amazing first time piercing experience. The place looks beautiful, makes you feel at ease with it's elegance and cosy vibe. The staff informs you of everything and makes sure you understand before procceding with anything. The person in charge in me took the time necessary to sanitize everything properly, had full surgical suit on, asked for my opinion, lent a little comfort plushie for just in case, and really just took amazingly care of everything during the whole meeting. The person who was in charge of me was also very honest about which jewellery to take and to avoid such as to have a maximum healing efficiency. I totally recommend this place and would like to really thank the lady who was in charge of me, very happy with this place.

Experiência negativa: I booked helix piercing for 17:30 and they made me wait 15 min. And after told me piercing person was gonna be busy for 40 more minutes becase they were already had a customer. Horrible planning. And they did not tell me before or texted. Also they said 30€ and i got the same care for only 5€. Just dont go here

Experiência fantástica: Hoje, dia 18/01/2026 fui, de última hora realizar uma vontade que eu tinha de pôr piercing no umbigo, e desde que entrei no espaço, eu e minha família, ficamos muito surpresos positivamente com a recepção e o conforto que é estar nesse lugar. A recepção da menina Isabela é de se destacar, muito simpática e prestativa. Agora, o atendimento do Fabrício é de outro mundo. Profissional humano, atencioso, sempre explicando os procedimentos, me fazendo estar a par de cada passo dele. MUITO respeitoso com o corpo da outra pessoa, e isso foi um dos pontos fortes…fora as conversas e o jeito que ele te faz sentir a vontade num momento que, geralmente, te faz estar nervosa. Sai do espaço com um piercing novo e muito realizada, não tinha espaço melhor para tal.

Experiência negativa: Place is clean and they all seem very professional. I paid 103.50 euros for snake bites... Went in assuming it would be way cheaper but whatever, my fault I should've asked before getting the holes done. I had problems with one of my piercings being totally misaligned even though I remembered the marking not looking that weird. I got in touch and asked if they could redo the piercing for me, not even a week after my original appointment. Once I was there the piercer was super friendly and did new markings that looked better. When it was almost time to pierce my skin, she told me that they would have to charge for the perforation, about 50 euros, which I wasn't aware of. I've never had a piercer charge to fix positioning before, neither have my friends. I rejected, because what do you mean your piercings cost 50 bucks each (standard titanium jewelry) and you can't even redo mine with charging it as if it was a brand new one? They told me that, had I noticed it after getting pierced on the same day that it would've been fine to not charge. How was I supposed to notice the misalignment when my lips were swollen? Anyway, they didn't offer a discount and insisted that they followed the rules established by the studio owner and yeah... At that point I gave up and walked out. Overall experience felt very corporate and disconnected from people, the piercer was nice though. Won't be coming back ever, extremely overpriced, incredibly gentrified and corporate feeling. I still respect the artists working there, they deserve praise and recognition, but upper management rules above all.

Experiência fantástica: My sister and I are currently on vacation in Porto, Portugal, and we randomly walked into this tattoo/piercing shop… and instantly fell in love. We had already visited several shops before, but the welcome was always cold and uninviting, and it never made us want to stay. But here? The moment we walked in, we felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely at home. At first, we only went in to ask about prices and availability but then we met Iris !!! An absolutely extraordinary woman. She welcomed us with an incredible warmth, a big smile, amazing energy, and a kindness you rarely see !!! She stayed with us through the entire process, listened carefully to everything we needed, and was truly attentive. I personally have a special condition called Dermographism, so I didn’t know how my skin would react to a tattoo, but thanks to Thikz, who had already tattooed someone with a similar skin condition, I immediately felt reassured. His advice and confidence made me trust him completely, and I decided to get a small tattoo just to test my skin’s reaction. We arrived one hour before closing, yet they still took the time to take care of me like real professionals and I ended up leaving with a tiny heart on my wrist, done by the magician Enoque and he also tattooed my sister today. Both tattoos are perfect, and the healing is flawless so if you have sensitive skin like mine RUN to this shop! While my sister was getting tattooed, I decided to get my nipple pierced and it honestly became one of the most beautiful moments of my entire trip. That’s when I met Bruma. A stunning human being: smiling, gentle, delicate, understanding, and extremely professional. I originally planned to pierce only one, but the vibe was so good that I ended up piercing the second one too! And I want to mention something very personal, I’ve never liked my chest. It has always been one of my biggest insecurities but because of Bruma’s incredible work, her softness, and the way she made me feel safe and respected, I walked out of there feeling more confident and more comfortable with my body than I ever have. That alone made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ve rarely seen a piercer so organized and especially so clean. She looked more like a surgeon than a piercer: fully covered and protected, and the entire room was disinfected, from every single tool to my nipple! I felt safe every second. I want to thank the entire team for offering us an experience that we will carry in our hearts forever. It’s a memory we will never forget truly the most beautiful moment of our trip to Porto. If you’re in Porto and thinking about getting a tattoo or piercing, this is THE place to go. You won’t regret it. ✨

In that moment we knew this was the place. That’s when I booked my tattoo session with Enoque for Saturday, and I couldn’t wait for it! Today was the big day, and it was beyond anything I expected. Enoque is not just a tattoo artist, he’s a magician with a needle. The work he did on my arm is absolutely insane, the kind of talent that leaves you speechless. I didn’t expect something this beautiful, this clean, this precise. His professionalism, his calm attitude, and his insane talent made the whole session a dream. I’m so obsessed with the result I don’t even have the words! I also changed one of my healed piercings with Bruma, and the experience turned into a full moment of fun and vibes. We laughed, talked, and even ended up doing a little photoshoot together and the photos came out amazing. She has such a warm and genuine energy. We literally spent almost the entire day in the studio… because how could we leave a place like this? The studio is spotless! Super clean, organised, cosy, intimate, and with a vibe that feels unreal. Every detail is on point, the hygiene, the atmosphere, the people, everything. If we come back to Porto (and we will!), this studio will be the NUMBER ONE reason for our trip. This day is one of the best souvenirs we’ll take with us, it wasn’t just a tattoo appointment, it was a whole experience, a memory my sister and I will keep in our hearts. If I could give infinite stars, I would but unfortunately I’m only allowed to put five! Le tatouage que j’avais avant était au niveau de la nuque, très visible… et il m’a longtemps complexé. Trouver quelqu’un capable de transformer ce souvenir en quelque chose de beau était essentiel pour moi. C’est d’ailleurs pour ça que j’ai fait le déplacement depuis la Suisse pour venir ici. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai su que j’avais fait le bon choix : un accueil chaleureux, une ambiance rassurante et une propreté impeccable. Mon tatoueur, @enoquebtattoo_, a été exceptionnel. Une patience incroyable, une écoute attentive de mes émotions et une passion qui se ressent à chaque geste. Il y a chez lui un vrai respect du client, une vraie volonté de redonner confiance. Et le résultat… j’en avais presque les larmes aux yeux. Voir ce tatouage qui me complexait depuis si longtemps disparaître derrière une pièce aussi belle, c’est une libération totale. My tattoo artist (who's name I don't recall) was so attentive and wanted to make this first tattoo a special experience. He helped .me in my decision making and talked to me throughout the process, calming any nerves I had. The tattoo turned out exactly as I wanted it. Great service all around.

De lieve dame die de piercing zette was eveneens super warm en niet onbelangrijk, zeer bekwaam in wat ze doet. We bespraken mijn wensen en zij adviseerde over de mogelijkheden en risico’s. Ook was ze zeer geduldig met mij, ze geeft echt de ruimte om een beslissing te maken. Met alle zekerheid kan ik zeggen, dat dit de beste piercing ervaring is die ik gehad heb. Dit is zeker een aanrader!

Travail propre et dans de bonne conditions d’hygiène. Merci à vous d’avoir marqué notre séjour par votre encre

Experiência negativa: A experiência deixou muito a desejar. Para além de ter sido necessário ligar para aparecer alguém na loja, colocaram um piercing errado. O pior é que se foi bastante explícita sobre o tipo que jóia que se pretendia, e mesmo assim, colocaram uma que não era de acordo com o pedido e não avisaram que uma vez colocada tinha-se que a pagar. Para contexto, questionou-se sobre o valor, sendo que a resposta foi " 10€ a manutenção+ o valor da jóia". Resultado, com estas trocas escusadas, cada jóia custou mais do que 10€ e uma experiência negativa custou mais de 40€. Toda a situação foi absolutamente desnecessária, pensem 2x antes de ir. Só não levam 1* porque o espaço é decente e a resposta para marcação rápida.

Experiência fantástica: Desde o atendimento online até ao presencial foi tudo fantástico. Todos super simpáticos. Entramos sem marcação e fomos super bem atendidos. Um especial obrigada ao tatuador Duff que teve todo o cuidado com cada uma das tatuagens.

A partire dalla receptionist fino a Duff e Gustavo abbiamo trovato un ambiente super accogliente, hanno accolto le nostre richieste e le hanno sviluppate e riportate sulla pelle in pochissimo tempo. Io sono stato seguito da Duff, al quale ho fatto modificare il disegno 3 volte, è stato super disponibile. Studio molto bello e con attenzione all’igiene. Costo proporzionato alla richiesta.
