I love it and she was fun to talk to! They stayed open much later than their closing time to squeeze us in, which we appreciate!

Experiência negativa: A beautiful fish in a absolutely tiny bowl of a tank in this shop with no filter and no space and a mouldy plant inside. I asked if she was going to put it in a bigger tank and she just laughed at me. I do not support shops that are cruel like this to poor animals. Not sure why there's a fish in a fashion and tattoo shop anyway

There’s a beautiful selection of clothing, many pieces handmade or second hand, full of character and style. The highlight for us was definitely the tattoo. Experiência fantástica: I got my tattoo done by Mariana and she did such a great job. The tattoo turned out so, so pretty and the sketch she did was already perfect the first time. Even though the tattoo was on my ribs, it didn’t hurt much and was actually pretty relaxing. I loved this place and the people, so I also got my helix pierced by Antonio a few days later! (Sadly don’t have a photo of that right now). I felt really safe and welcome at this boutique/tattoo studio and I would totally come again next time!!

Experiência fantástica: On the last day of our holiday we stumbled across this gorgeous boutique (owned by Antonio and his lovely wife) and much to our surprise, realised there was a tattoo parlour at the back. We had been considering tattoo’s while we were travelling here so we contacted Antonio, having seen his incredible work on his Instagram, and he very kindly fit us in to his busy schedule for a booking just before we flew home. These were our first tattoos but he completely put us at ease, discussed the designs with us at length (although there wasn’t much to discuss because his first designs were exactly what we wanted!) and really took the time to make sure we were 100% happy with size, placement etc. We absolutely love his work and are over the moon with the results! We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful for his kind and warm nature throughout the process. If you are considering a tattoo in Madeira, this is the place to go! If only we didn’t have to travel from London for more!

Experiência fantástica: I decided to get a tattoo last minute the day before leaving Madeira and luckily was able to get a spot. I wanted to get a blacktip shark and sent a few design ideas. Antonio was able to combine them by making a custom design and making sure it fit the style of my other tattoos. It turned out great and the whole process was super fun and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Experiência negativa: Olá, comprei um lenço de cabelo, uma mala, um casaco. Encontrei todos na TEMU, e disseram me que tinham sido feitos à mão….. paguei 124€ e na temu gastaria 16€. Tinha ficado com uma excelente ideia da loja e até a recomendei a várias pessoas porque valorizo exatamente o facto de não serem produtos chineses nem de mão de obra escrava. Pago muito por produtos autênticos e tenho prazer nisto, mas como consumidor sinto que fui enganada. Lamento muito ter entrado na vossa loja.

The first time was with one of the owners, António and today with Mafalda, a tattoo artist from mainland Portugal, who is based in Madeira for 7 years now. Mafalda is a handpoke tattoo artist and I wanted not only to have a handpoked tattoo for the experience but also to immortalize one of my dad's sayings (who passed last year), as well as have something from Madeira Island, and what could be better than one of the Fanal unique trees?! Mafalda is super down to earth, incredibly easy to connect with and super professional! (I can say the same about everyone who works at the shop). I will definitely come back, so see you soon! Keep up the awesome work!

Experiência fantástica: Recomendo por uma amiga e sinceramente já fazia imenso tempo que estava a procura de um lugar onde pudesse confiar para fazer piercings/tattoos, qualquer pessoa que queira vir a este estabelecimento esteja descansada no que toca a limpeza e cuidado, todo o processo do início ao fim (no meu caso foi um piercing) foi feito com extremo cuidado e delicadeza por parte da Maria ( staff member). Extremamente esterilizado do inicio ao fim, uma coisa que qualquer pessoa deveria tomar em conta se estivesse a pensar em fazer qualquer tipo de piercing, estamos no fundo a fazer mudanças no nosso corpo e a mexer em zonas extremamente delicadas, portanto todo o cuidado é pouco e saber que não só podem esperar um cuidado durante mas DEPOIS também no que toca ao after care e acompanhamento é uma coisa que garanto que muito muito poucos fazem. Podem esperar imenso profissionalismo e um à vontade enorme, 2 min de conversa e parecia que estava a conversar com uma amiga minha. Para quem é residente aqui na Madeira uma expressão que usamos bastante é “artistas de impressora” traduzindo para regra geral sao um pouco fotocopia uns dos outros, estilos mais básicos e convencionais, e atenção com isto nada a apontar para qualquer artista que resida na ilha, ja fiz tatuagens em vários lugares e sempre experienciei qualidade mas no que toca á AB concept a vibe e a singularidade dos membros de staff é algo que têm de experiênciar pôr voces próprios. Talvez não vá conseguir relate to everyone, mas estou nos meus 20s e a cultura que experiênciamos através da internet, hip-hop no fundo qualquer tipo de media que podemos nos relacionar na sociedade que vivemos hoje fica um pouco a parte para quem reside na ilha, mas ao entrar no AB sentem que entram numa vibe que pensavamos que so existia noutras partes do mundo. Portanto recomendo imenso desde o civismo ao profissionalismo ate á própria vibe que vao sentir, vão se sentir em casa. 10/10 irei voltar
