Negatieve ervaring: My honest experience: I’m writing this review to warn others not to end up getting tattooed in one of the worst shops I’ve ever experienced. Most 5 star review here are fake. I’ve attached few photos as proof: the first is the original design I wanted, and the second two are the photos the tattoo I actually got. And the last two is after re-touch up (notice the scarring). I asked exactly for the same artwork, just with a different purple fire shade. But compared to the original: 1. The result looks extremely faded — either the artist doesn’t know how to create proper contrast or used poor-quality ink. 2. He added unnecessary black ink in the background to save himself the hassle of doing the tattoo properly and it looks nothing like the design I requested. It turned out messy and unflattering on my skin, missing the vibrant and colorful look I wanted. 3. The fire part looks terrible — clearly, the artist isn’t skilled with colors. Tattoo appointment (11 August 2025): The artist, Sergei, first agreed to do my chosen design. But when I arrived, he tried to convince me to get a completely different tattoo instead. I refused. It was obvious he was hesitant and not confident doing a complex, detailed design. After insisting, he reluctantly agreed. Throughout the session, he seemed nervous — moving his legs, working slowly, and with shaky hands. It was uncomfortable knowing someone unsure of their ability was doing something permanent on my body. During a short break, I told him the tattoo looked flat and lacked color and depth. Instead of listening, he got defensive and said things like, “Are you joking? Are you making fun of me?” It was clear he either didn’t understand my explanation due to his poor English or simply lacked basic customer service skills. He even said the tattoo looked dull because of my skin tone — which made no sense, since my other old school tattoo on the opposite arm is much more colorful even after three years. I stayed calm and let him finish, hoping it would look better after healing. Sadly, it didn’t. It still looks faded and lifeless, as shown in the photos. Touch-up appointment (10 October 2025): I later contacted the manager, Lucas, who sounded understanding on the phone and offered a free touch-up. But when I arrived, he brought Sergei into the meeting without telling me. It immediately felt like they planned to confront me instead of fixing the problem. Both Lucas and Sergei dismissed my concerns and tried to justify the faded result by saying it was a “realistic style.” Lucas seemed more interested in defending his male colleague than helping me as a customer. Their attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional — clearly showing they have no customer service skills at all. At one point, Lucas even used the F-word toward me, which was unacceptable for a manager. After arguing for a while, he suddenly stopped and began the touch-up. Obviously, fixing such a poorly done tattoo was difficult because of the unnecessary black ink everywhere, but I still let him try. He added some black lines around the skulls to give more contrast and a bit of yellow ink to the fire. Guess what, it still lacks color and depth. He also tattooed aggressively, leaving visible big scarring and then it got infected with visible red small bumps too. Makes me wonder when they should get sued for their mediocre hygiene practices of their utensils. The result looks maybe 5% better than before I left the shop with a sad face and stuck with a tattoo I’ll have to live with permanently. I later asked another professional tattoo artist from another shop for their opinion, and they honestly told me that this tattoo was done very poorly and clearly showed the artist’s lack of skill. I’m writing this to warn others — please don’t make the same mistake. They clearly lack skill, professionalism, and customer service. There are much better tattoo studios out there where your money is better spent.

Fantastische ervaring: Zelf heb ik hier al een paar keer mijn tatoeages laten zetten, top kwaliteit en als je iets net anders wilt zijn ze bereid om je te helpen. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk. Ze hebben ook voor mij designs gemaakt van de ideeën die ik in mijn hoofd had. Ze zijn ook erg meedenkend en erg getalenteerd en dat is ook helemaal top. De hygiëne is ook erg goed.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik liep binnen tussen de middag om een afspraak te maken om mijn kleine tattoo (alleen een letter) om te zetten naar een woord, ik kon om 5 uur smiddags al terugkomen. Ontzettend goed geholpen en een erg aardige tattooartiest. Ook de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was beter dan verwacht, sterker nog, voor het hele woord was ik minder kwijt dan voor alleen die ene letter die er al stond. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug. Veel dank!
