Negatieve ervaring: ⭐ 1 ster Wij zijn met z'n drieën naar Vean Eindhoven gegaan voor een kleine, simpele broer-en-zus-tattoo. We hadden er ontzettend veel zin in, maar helaas werd het een erg teleurstellende ervaring. Vooraf had ik in het Nederlands contact gehad via WhatsApp en ik ging ervan uit dat ik met de tattoo artist sprak. Toen we aankwamen bleek de receptioniste alleen gebrekkig Engels te spreken. Dat vonden we op zich geen probleem, zolang de tattoo goed gezet zou worden. Toen de tattoo artist erbij kwam, bleek echter dat zij helemaal geen Engels sprak. Er was geen intakegesprek, er werden geen vragen gesteld en er werd niets besproken over onze wensen. We lieten simpelweg de referentiefoto zien en wezen aan waar we de tattoo wilden hebben. Mijn zus had vooraf meerdere keren aangegeven dat zij een specifiek detail anders wilde dan op de referentiefoto. De tattoo artist leek dit te begrijpen, maar toen het ontwerp klaar was, bleek dit detail alsnog niet aangepast te zijn. Na veel handgebaren, foto's en uitleg viel uiteindelijk het kwartje. Vervolgens werd er met duidelijke tegenzin opnieuw getekend. Daarnaast hadden mijn zus en ik meerdere keren aangegeven dat wij een fine line tattoo wilden. Omdat de communicatie zo moeizaam verliep, heb ik vlak voordat ze begon (naald bijna op de huid) nogmaals gecontroleerd of dit duidelijk was. Toen bleek dat ze mij niet begreep. Uiteindelijk moest de receptioniste erbij komen om te vertalen. Achteraf werd duidelijk dat de tattoo artist regelmatig gewoon "ja" knikte zonder daadwerkelijk te begrijpen wat er gezegd werd. Gelukkig zijn de tattoos van mij en mijn zus uiteindelijk netjes gezet. Bij mijn broer ging het echter mis. Wij hadden meerdere keren aangegeven dat hij juist géén fine line tattoo wilde, maar een normale lijn. Toen de tattoo klaar was, bleek deze toch als fine line gezet te zijn. Daarnaast waren de lijnen zichtbaar ongelijk en zaten er meerdere kronkels in. Toen we dit aankaartten, kregen we niet bepaald begripvolle reacties. Er werd gezegd dat wij dit nooit hadden aangegeven en dat de scheve lijnen kwamen doordat mijn broer had getrild tijdens het tatoeëren. Er werd geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen en er werd ook niet proactief meegedacht over een oplossing. Tijdens de afspraak werd er bovendien regelmatig Russisch gesproken tussen de tattoo artist en de receptioniste, waarna er werd gelachen. Natuurlijk weten we niet waar het over ging, maar het gaf ons een ongemakkelijk gevoel en de indruk dat er over ons gesproken werd. Er werd aangeboden dat mijn broer kosteloos terug mocht komen, maar op dat moment was het vertrouwen volledig verdwenen. Hij heeft inmiddels besloten om de tattoo door een andere tattoo artist te laten herstellen. Na afloop heb ik via WhatsApp contact gezocht om onze ervaring te bespreken. Ook daar werd erg defensief gereageerd. Er kwamen geen excuses, geen erkenning van onze ervaring en geen enkele vorm van compensatie. Vervolgens kreeg ik contact met iemand anders die aangaf dat er nog contact met ons opgenomen zou worden. Inmiddels zijn we ruim drie weken verder en hebben we niets meer gehoord. Ik vind het absoluut niet leuk om een negatieve review achter te laten, maar ik vind het wel belangrijk om anderen te waarschuwen. Als er bij een relatief simpele tattoo al zoveel miscommunicatie en fouten ontstaan, vraag ik me af hoe dit gaat bij grotere of complexere ontwerpen. Het gaat mij er niet om dat iemand geen Nederlands spreekt. Maar wanneer je als tattoo artist ook geen Engels spreekt én belangrijke wensen van klanten niet begrijpt, ontstaat er een groot risico op fouten die permanent op iemands lichaam terechtkomen. Kortom: een frustrerende ervaring, slechte communicatie, geen verantwoordelijkheid achteraf en een beschadigd vertrouwen. Ik kan Vean Eindhoven daarom niet aanbevelen.

Иногда клиенты проявляют неуважение, постоянно спрашивая, когда освободится мастер — через минуту, две или десять. Если у вас есть вопросы по записи или ожиданию, гораздо удобнее позвонить в салон или написать в Instagram и уточнить всю информацию. Спасибо Лиге и всей команде за их работу! А клиентам хочется пожелать чуть больше терпения, уважения и внимательности к людям, которые стараются сделать ваш визит комфортным.

Negatieve ervaring: Helaas heb ik een erg negatieve ervaring gehad bij deze studio. Ik kwam voor een navelpiercing en gaf tijdens het gesprek nog aan dat ik twijfelde over de plaatsing. Terwijl ik nog onzeker was, werd er ineens gepierced zonder duidelijke waarschuwing of bevestiging dat ik er klaar voor was. Dit vond ik erg onprettig en schrikwekkend. De piercing bleek vervolgens veel te diep geplaatst te zijn, verdween volledig in mijn navel en veroorzaakte direct veel pijn en een trekkend gevoel. Ik ben dezelfde dag nog naar een andere professionele piercer gegaan, die bevestigde dat de piercing verkeerd geplaatst was en direct verwijderd moest worden. Daarnaast vond ik opmerkingen dat ik zou moeten afvallen om de piercing goed te kunnen zien erg ongepast. Ik heb geprobeerd dit netjes met de studio op te lossen, maar een terugbetaling werd geweigerd en er werd alleen een voucher aangeboden. Ik deel dit zodat anderen zelf een geïnformeerde keuze kunnen maken.

Positieve ervaring: I'm giving a higher rating only because the person who tattooed us (Nikita) is great and the tattoo turned out excellent. My brother and I got matching Tom and Jerry tattoos and we are very happy with the work done. However, I am not satisfied with the difference between what was agreed upon and what we ended up paying. My brother and I came in the day before (18.4) and arranged the tattooing for the next day (19.4) with the girl at the counter, and the agreed price for two tattoos was €120, and we paid a €40 deposit. The next day, when we finished getting tattooed, we were shocked at the register — she told us the price for 1 tattoo is €120, meaning 2 tattoos would be €240. Luckily I applied some discount and I ended up paying €177, which is still far more than what was agreed upon. Definitely be careful.

First, they do not honor their appointments. Your time simply doesn't matter to them. But the bigger concern is who is actually doing the tattooing. Many of the "artists" listed have no traceable online presence, no active Instagram, no portfolio, nothing. In an industry where any reputable artist proudly shows their work, that silence speaks volumes. Where are these people coming from? What are their qualifications? Add to that the fact that a business claiming to operate multiple studios is running phone numbers registered in Latvia, and the picture becomes even murkier. This has all the hallmarks of an operation that cycles through cheap, unverified labor with little regard for hygiene standards, proper certification, or client safety. And here's what most people don't realize: a tattoo might look fine walking out the door. Ink quality, needle hygiene, and technique don't show their damage immediately. Poor ink fades, blurs, and bleeds. Unsterilized equipment carries real health risks. Improper technique causes scarring under the skin you won't see for years. You won't know what you paid for until it's permanent. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at a verified studio with a traceable artist, a clean portfolio, and a certified setup. Your skin is with you for life. Don't gamble it here.

Was getting ear piercing,the piercing artist Liga was super proffesional,done her job accurate without any troubles,explained how to take care of the fresh made piercing,that it would heal good and without troubles. I highly recommend to make piercing at this salon. Later on I wanted to ask about the price of the tattoo,but the administrator had bad English skills,so I barely could understood her, so that's why I didnt get almost any information about it. But the rest was all good,thinking to comeback and make new piercing.

And It healed very good. Negatieve ervaring: Ik heb hier een navelpiercing laten zetten. Ten eerste is die scheef gezet, omdat ze dus niet gemarkeerd hebben tijdens het zetten. Ten tweede zijn ze onduidelijk over de prijzen. Ik raad het niet aan.

Fantastische ervaring: Dochterlief wilde al heel lang een helix. Zijn super fijn geholpen, goede uitleg over plaatsing, verzorging en mogelijkheden bij elke maat. Vriendelijk personeel, heel netjes en hygiënisch en redelijke prijzen. Werden direct geholpen en dochterlief liep helemaal happy de shop weer uit.
