Ik heb 4 fine lining tattoos laten zetten door Giselle en ben er super blij mee! Giselle is professioneel en ik voelde me erg op mijn gemak. De studio heeft een relaxte sfeer. De tattoos zijn prachtig en precies zoals ik het me had voorgesteld. Het was een middag met een gouden randje ✨️

I only had a general idea of what I wanted, and both Mavi and Rosalynn helped me translate that into a design that perfectly fit my wishes. They guided me through the process and were respectful and patient throughout. They made sure I was completely confident before booking the final appointment. On the day itself, Mavi went above and beyond, making sure alignment and placement were perfect, and showing great care for hygiene and safety. That immediately put me at ease, even though I was nervous at first. The whole session was smooth, professional, and comfortable. She answered all my aftercare questions and made sure I left with full confidence. I’m very happy with the result and am convinced Mavi is the right artist for this style. I’d absolutely recommend GronINK, and I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastische ervaring: The whole tattoo experience went smoothly. While choosing sizes, it was like Giselle was in my mind, already having an idea which size i would love. She is super nice and calm, but most importanly (because this is why people come to her) she knows her job. My tattoos came out perfect, they look like stickers haha, thats how good she is. After reading all reviews I made an appointment through mail. Further communication went through whatsapp. In a couple of days we made an appointment to discuss my design. When I stepped in, I immediatly had a nice feeling about Gronink. A nice atmosphere, chill environment and very friendly assistent (sorry, forgot her name) Who helped me out with the design and picking a date. Yesterday my second tattoo was tattooed by Mavi. This was a great experience. Mavi is a very professional artist, very friendly and thoughtfull person. In this one hour session she was very focussed, prezice and made me feel very comfortabel. Fantastische ervaring: Had my first tattoo done with Mavi. She was all around amazing! Very friendly, comforting and honest. We discussed and worked out the design and placement for close to an hour before tattooing. We casually talked while she was applying the tattoo, in between me watching TV and checking my phone. Her workflow really helped to relax and enjoy the experience. So far, a couple of days after the tattoo, I have no issues with ink falling out, fading or infection, which shows that Mavi's work is diligent and clean, and that she provided excellent aftercare instructions. I would definitely come again if I need a touch up, or desire another tattoo!

She very thoroughly takes her time for the design, and can make small adjustments where necessary very quickly. The tattooing itself was done very nicely and Mavi was relatively quick aswell. Negatieve ervaring: I’ve come here for piercings before and the owner was incredibly good at it and professional. I wanted to come back with my cousin for another set of piercings. I had to plan my appointment 2 months in advance, which I was alright with I understand that the shop may be busy. On the day of the appointment after 2 months of waiting, after we both planned our work schedules to fit this appointment, the owner wants to reschedule. I told her I couldn’t, I asked if my appointment was still on, I was told “for now yes” xdddd Like are you kidding me?! Incredibly unprofessional, promises not kept, 2 month waiting time and appointment may be disregarded.

Fantastische ervaring: Vorige week liet ik mijn allereerste tattoos ooit plaatsen bij Gronink. Ik was via Instagram op zoek gegaan naar een goede Fineline tattoo artist en kwam toen al heel snel Giselle tegen. Ik voelde meteen een klik met haar en haar mooie werk, dus zocht ik contact met Gronink om te overleggen wat de mogelijkheden waren. Ik wilde twee tattoos waarvan een op mijn vinger. Dit was een lastig gebied wat best wel wat onzekerheden met zich meebracht. Na goed overleg was dit toch mogelijk bij Gronink en heeft Giselle dit vorige week, samen met de andere tattoo, bij mij geplaatst. De tattoos zijn precies geworden zoals ik ze ontworpen had. Daar ben ik echt onwijs blij mee! Ook is Giselle een onwijs lieve, fijne, gezellige en professionele dame die goed weet wat ze doet. Ze is zeer secuur te werk gegaan en heeft mij goed begeleid. Ook toen 's avonds (lees: 23.45u) het beschermingstape van mijn vingertattoo af was gegaan en ik helemaal in de stress was over 'hoe de tattoo nu te beschermen' kon ik Giselle zelfs nog bereiken en heeft ze mij verder geholpen. Onwijs fijn! Ik zou Giselle en Gronink aan iedereen aanraden. De plek is super fijn en gezellig, mooi centraal in Groningen (zeer goed bereikbaar met het ov mocht je van verder komen), de service is top en ook het contact voor- en achteraf is ontzettend plezierig. Ik heb nog meer toffe tattoo ideeën en ik weet zeker dat ik hem dan weer bij Giselle laat zetten. Grote dank aan Giselle en Gronink voor zo'n fijne eerste tattoo ervaring.

Fantastische ervaring: Last week I got my first tattoo, I decided to get it done at Gronink since I really liked the works they have posted on instagram. I was pretty nervous but the people at Gronink helped me decide on the position, talked me through the design, gave me different options for how big I wanted the tattoo to be, … all while also giving me the space to make sure that I'm happy with everything and sure about my decision. I was nervous for the pain that everyone told me I would feel, and but Mavi talked me through everything and made sure I was alright. When the tattoo was done they gave me clear instructions on how to take care of the tattoo as well as the possibility to drop by to check things in case I’m not sure whether or not the healing is going well. I’m very happy with how the tattoo turned out and I’m glad that I decided to have it done at Gronink by Mavi. Mavi is a very skilled artist with an eye for detail, she created a perfect tattoo.

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kon binnen een paar weken al terecht, goede communicatie via de app (Engels). Mavi neemt uitgebreid de tijd voor je. Ze past het ontwerp net zo vaak aan als je wilt. En ook voor de juiste plaatsing neemt ze de tijd. Je krijgt uitgebreide info over de nazorg. Ik heb nauwelijks korstjes gehad, alleen wat velletjes. Het is inmiddels 10 dagen geleden en het heelt echt mooi. Misschien wat kleine lijntjes die bijgewerkt moeten worden, maar niks schrikbarends. Het is een kleine tattoo met fijne lijntjes, dus dat was te verwachten. De eerste 2 foto's zijn van de dag zelf, de laatste van vandaag. Ik raad Mavi zeker aan!!

Fantastische ervaring: Voor het eerst ben ik bij Gronink geweest voor een tattoo. Ik werd buiten al erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse, Mavi. Het voelde als een warm welkom! Binnen begon Mavi meteen met het voorbereiden van mijn tattoo-stencil, precies naar mijn wensen. Na drie keer bespreken en kleine aanpassingen aan het stencil moest ik even wachten op Halyna, die mijn tattoo zou zetten zoals we van tevoren hadden afgesproken. Wat een kunstwerk heeft zij getatoeëerd! Je ziet duidelijk dat er veel tijd, ervaring en vakmanschap in zit. Ik ben enorm tevreden! Absoluut een aanrader, geen twijfel mogelijk. Een geweldige zaak met geweldige dames die in een rustige en fijne omgeving werken. Ze stralen uit waar ze voor staan!

Negatieve ervaring: I had a terrible experience at this tattoo shop. The artist not only made fun of my reference pictures but also displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the session. She continuously pulled my hand and sighed whenever I didn't understand her instructions, making me feel uncomfortable. Despite their rule about not bringing down the mood, the artist failed to adhere to it, creating a tense atmosphere. To make matters worse, the tattoo didn't heal properly, leaving only a fraction of the intended text visible. While Mavi was pleasant and warned me about potential healing issues, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Additionally, there was a language barrier between the artist and me, but effective communication should be a fundamental part of any service industry. There are many other ways to communicate what you want from the other person without resorting to passive-aggressive behavior. Furthermore, the shop constantly loses personal information and requests for resend, which raises concerns about their handling of customer data. This reflects poorly on their professionalism and adds to the dissatisfaction with their services. My tattoo should say: DIVINE SOUL What’s left of it says: DIVINI

Negatieve ervaring: I’ve got my first tattoo from her. Unfortunately due to her recommended care routine it got infected. After the infection she somehow blamed it on me like she never recommended me to cover it with cling film.
