Negatieve ervaring: Mijn neuspiercing hier laten zetten, na 1,5 maand viel die er af door het onhandige systeem wat ze gebruiken en toen ik het kwam laten fixen, toonden ze nul begrip en moest ik ook nog 25 euro betalen en hebben ze eigenlijk ook geen woord tegen me gepraat. Ze zat ook een kwartier aan mijn neus te trekken, duidelijk weinig ervaring. Praten alleen maar engels, wat niet erg is maar gaan ook geen gesprek aan. 2 weken nadat ik deze nieuwe had gezet, viel de diamant er af, slechte kwaliteit ook nog! Ze werken wel steriel, is het enige positieve wat ik kan zeggen vandaar 1 ster. (Zie hieronder de piercing waarvan de diamant er af was gevallen)

Fantastische ervaring: Vandaag mijn conch laten zetten! Super goedkoop en heel fijn geholpen, ik heb hier ook een tattoo laten zetten. Mijn tattoo is echt super geworden. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Negatieve ervaring: Slechte piercings en belabberde service. Ga ergens anders heen. Is de andere piercingshop in Haarlem dicht of op vakantie? Deze plek is niet je oplossing. Oké, waar zal ik beginnen. Ik ben oorspronkelijk bij Vean terechtgekomen omdat mijn tepelpiercing eruit was gevallen en ik hem opnieuw moest laten zetten voordat het gaatje volledig zou dichtgroeien. Bij binnenkomst spraken de medewerkers achter de balie onderling in een andere taal en ik voelde me niet echt vriendelijk behandeld. Maar goed, de piercing werd opnieuw gezet en ik ging weer naar huis. Na een paar dagen viel het balletje van de piercing eraf. Ik ging terug met de vraag of ik een nieuw balletje kon krijgen. Dat kon niet; ik moest een volledig nieuw sieraad kopen. Dat kostte me opnieuw €15, maar ik ging ermee akkoord. Enkele dagen later viel het balletje wéér eraf. Ik ging opnieuw terug om dit te melden. Omdat de piercing er intussen helemaal uit was gegaan, moest hij opnieuw worden gepiercet én moest ik wederom een nieuw sieraad kopen. Ik vroeg of dit onder de service viel, maar dat was volgens hen niet het geval. De schuld lag volledig bij mij, en dat werd me op een onvriendelijke manier duidelijk gemaakt. Met een naar gevoel verliet ik de winkel. Ongeveer drie weken later gebeurde hetzelfde opnieuw: het balletje viel er wéér af. Ik ging direct terug om aan te geven hoe frustrerend dit was, omdat dit steeds bleef gebeuren. Volgens de medewerkers hadden ze “nog nooit zo’n klacht gehad”, terwijl ik in de reviews juist vergelijkbare ervaringen lees. Ik vroeg om een passende oplossing, omdat het voor mij steeds meer geld kostte en het inmiddels leek alsof er een probleem was met de kwaliteit van de sieraden. Er werd mij echter geen enkele oplossing geboden; letterlijk werd gezegd dat het “niet hun probleem” was. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik de manier van communiceren niet prettig vond en dat ik het fijn had gevonden als we samen naar een oplossing hadden kunnen zoeken, zeker gezien het feit dat ik het product inmiddels drie keer opnieuw heb moeten aanschaffen. Ja, ik heb een probleem met het product en ik zou daarom deze shop afraden, maar Jezus wat een onwijs slechte, onaardige service. Doe normaal joh… nog een reden om niet te gaan!

Negatieve ervaring: Horrible staff. Unkind, unprofessional, unhelpful. If you have any problems they will charge you again and again and again because it is not their problem. Don’t go there, there are lots of better places than this hoax.

I got my tattoo from one of their students. Great that they offer them a platform and support. Happy with the result, care and information to keep it in good condition. Happy to go back there and get a third tattoo in the near future.

Piercer took her time, in a good way, and was fast, again in a good way. Very friendly. Also my piercing is healing without issues, and that is rare for me! Not the cheapest in the 'hood (I must be fair) BUT I will return for more bling in the face here. Because good. ❤️

Negatieve ervaring: Gisteren bij vean tattoo langs geweest voor het zetten van mijn medusa piercing Het laten zetten van de piercing verliep redelijk soepel alleen is er een veel te kort staafje in gezet toen ik daar vandaag over belde aangezien er veel druk op mijn piercing staat werd mij verteld dat ik tot morgen moet wachten om geholpen te worden en anders zelf maar mn piercing er uit moet halen wat ik eerlijk gezegd belachelijk vind Ik heb 60 euro hier voor neergelegd Mn staafje word aan de binnenkant door de zwelling in mn lip gedrukt en dit voelt niet lekker ofzo zou de volgende keer graag serieus genomen worden als ik bel met zorgen over mijn net gezete piercing Als piercer zou je moeten weten dat een verse piercing extra ruimte nodig heeft in verband met zwelling

Negatieve ervaring: I had a piercing done here four days ago for €30. Now, after such a short time, the top part has already come off. Today I went back to the shop to discuss this, but the employee (a blonde woman) was not friendly at all and absolutely not customer-oriented. Instead of thinking along or offering a solution, I was told it was my own fault that the piercing broke. How can a piercing already be damaged after just four days? I don’t think it’s normal to treat customers this way. In the end, I had to pay again for a piercing. I then chose one for €12, because I didn’t want to spend another €30. In short: very disappointing service and a complete lack of customer friendliness. I would not recommend this shop.

Fantastische ervaring: My healing process went well! I took the recommendations that were given to me and they worked well, i had minimal pain from my piercings and no infections. The piercing cost me around 60€ and it was well worth it to me!

Fantastische ervaring: Had a great time, Nazhla did an amazing job dealing with my nerves and explaining every step thoroughly, she told me everything she was doing and did a countdown for the needle, when it was done she checked in properly, she made sure I was OK and informed me well of the aftercare. She took her time and did not mind waiting and adjusting as needed for the septum, it was to be expected due to my deviated septum, yet she managed to wonderfully pierce it, finding that sweet spot was the most fun part lol. Negatieve ervaring: Een week geleden heb ik een forward helix laten zetten en drie helix- sieraden laten verwisselen. Helaas was mijn ervaring niet positief. Ten eerste is de voorbereiding en alles erom heen duurt veel te lang waardoor je onnodig zenuwachtig raakt. Ten tweede de plaatsing : tijdens het zetten van de forward helix raakte mijn haar verstrikt in het verse gaatje, waardoor de piercing opnieuw geplaatst moest worden. Dit zorgde voor onnodige extreme pijn die ik heb gehad. Hoewel dit in theorie kan gebeuren heb ik dit nooit eerder meegemaakt. Daarnaast viel de keuze aan sieraden erg tegen er was weinig keuzes. Nu een week later zijn twee piercings spontaan uitgevallen, iets wat ik niet gewend ben aangezien goed geplaatste piercings stevig moeten blijven zitten. Het gevolg: ik loop nu met een gepiercet gaatje zonder sieraad. Ook van mijn andere oor is een sieraad verdwenen. Tot slot zijn de helix sieraden ingezet met veel te lange staafjes wat oncomfortabel is met mijn haar en erg lelijk uitziet. Al met al ben ik erg ontevreden over de kwaliteit van de service en de nazorg, vooral ook omdat mevrouw kritiek had over de piercings en sieraden die ik al had en die al netjes zijn genezen en al 3 jaar goed in mijn oor hebben gezeten. Slechtste piercer die ik ooit ben geweest in mijn leven

Negatieve ervaring: The staff was calling with some friends of her at first and she made me wait long time but no apologies. Another staff was also on her phone. The place I got for nostril pierce is weird and I asked to redo it but they said I have to pay the same amount again. I’m so disappointed. Also the pierce got broke in 3 days and I had to put it again by myself. I don't recommend to go here.

They executed it perfectly, the tattoo healed very nice and I am really happy with it! They both gave advice on the tattoo's and made it perfect. Negatieve ervaring: Im only giving 2 starts because the experience of getting my septum was good no problems still very happy with it, but.... the fact they are begging for a review made it all a lil shitty. They called me 3 times and texted me a couple of times to ask me how the experience was, if im still happy and kept asking for a review. It kinda feels there is no way out because they keep contacting you. Im sure im not the only one were they did this because my bestfriend had the same problem when the got het piercing... All ill give you guys is a hint/tip: one call and one text after it enough leave getting a review up to your costumers and dont keep begging/bothering/assaulting them. Because you guys really did a good job but this made me decide not to come back unless that changes.

Negatieve ervaring: Tijd geleden 2 tattoos laten zetten hier maar hoe langer ik ze heb hoe meer ik zie dat er dingen niet kloppen en details missen in de tattoo :/ik heb oog voor detail maar dit zijn wel foutjes die niet thuis horen in een tattoo. gebrek aan communicatie is er ook aangezien ze geen Nederlands spreken en je goed moet luisteren om het engels te kunnen verstaan.

I had some loose tattoos on my left arm and Sascha was able to incorporate them beautifully and perfectly into a beautiful arm sleeve that is now completely connected and has therefore become one whole. By the way, I felt completely at ease in your tattoo studio. Sascha is a very skilled tattoo artist. He also works very hygienically and accurately. Everything is made to perfection by Sascha. He continues until you are satisfied. Also with the design of the tattoo, he listened to me very well and the design is even more beautiful than I had in mind. Sascha is calm, precise, patient and super nice. I can definitely recommend Sascha to everyone. I was also helped very well by Victoria who arranged everything in the agenda and always reminded me of our appointment the day before. She is also very caring with pouring tea and she makes sure that you are not too cold or too hot. I have had very positive, valuable and super nice experiences at Vean tattoo. I will definitely come back to Sascha from Vean tattoo for even more unique and beautiful designs. Finally my super compliments for Sascha and Victoria. What a fantastic team!

Negatieve ervaring: durft niet eens een navelpiercing te zetten vanuit zaandam naar haarlem gereden voor niks achteraf ergens anders laten zetten.dus niet zo moelijk geweest om te laten zetten

Negatieve ervaring: I did had a tattoo here, unfortunately had to re do it 3 times after the ink wasn’t staying. The reason why it wasn’t staying is because “I went to the gym” that was told me. They bought new ink, as you can imagine after 3 times it hardly look like the tattoo i ordered the first time. Never the less its still fading. I aint satisfied about how things handled and the end result. So to my experience this wasn’t a success.
