Fantastische ervaring: Super sympa. Travail propre et soigné

Negatieve ervaring: Grosse arnaque , je me suis faite tatouer 2 petit mot sur ma main , 300€ . Au début il me dit 150€ et au moment de payer, le double! Honteux , ils ont juste profiter que j’étais peut être jeune pour imposer un prix pareil . J’ai du payer avec mes économies. Fuyez svp . Deçu et dégoûté

Negatieve ervaring: Comment se fait- il qu'il y a des commentaires datant de la période de fermeture des tatoueurs (commentaire fake?) Malhonnête, incompétence et de mauvaise foi. Très mauvaise expérience, lors de mon tatouage la personne n'avait pas le bon matériel, le tattoo est difforme, normal que c'est raté au lieu de discuter avec son collègue la tatoueuse ne s'est pas concentré sur mon tatouage, pas du tout professionnelle de sa part et en plus elle m'avait dit un prix et au final j'ai payé le double, c'est cher payé pour un tattoo raté et pour effacer ça coûte cher. J'ai même des doutes quant à la propreté et à la stérilisation du matériel car ma peau s'est infectée et j'ai souffert pendant plus de deux mois. J'ai fait une réclamation, en retour j'ai reçu une réponse d'une méchanceté incroyable de leur part. C'est cher payé pour un accueil déplorable et un résultat catastrophique qui reste à vie, c'est tellement moche que j'en pleure. En résumé: pas accueillant, pas professionnel. On devrait faire une loi pour interdire des escrocs comme ça de tatoueurs qui ne savent pas tatouer!

Negatieve ervaring: Au début tout était correct. On ressent que c'est l'usine mais l'équipe est très gentille. Je souhaite faire 2 tatouages pour 120€. Un fois mon premier tatouage fait, le responsable m'explique que ce n'est plus 100€ mais 150€ que je vais devoir régler ! Je dois donc renoncé au second. Pas de TPE pour régler en carte. On séquestre ma pièce d'identité pour s'assurer du paiement. Une arnaque du début à la fin ! On m'impose le prix après le tatouage ! A fuir.

Fantastische ervaring: Je me suis fait faire mon premier tatouage, normalement j'avais pris rendez-vous avec Sapo mais qui n'a finalement pas su venir, petit bemol il ne m'a pas prévenu. Mateo m'a accueilli très gentiment et m'a expliqué qu'il pouvait réaliser mon tatouage, bon il ne parle que anglais et mon anglais est très mauvais, mais j'ai su me faire comprendre et ça c'est top. Il a réalisé mon tatouage a mes côté sur sa tablette et ça j'ai trouver. Il très a l'écoute de nos envies ☺️. J'étais assez stressée pour mon premier tatoo, il a su me détendre . J'adore mon tatoo merci à lui pour ce super travail et le prix est très raisonnable. Encore un grand merci a lui pour son travail.

Negatieve ervaring: Salon à éviter. La communication est désastreuse, les gens sont impolis, et j’en passes. Je m’étais fait tatoué il y’a de ça quelques années par Felix, qui manquais cruellement de professionnalisme, et qui a fait un mauvais travail (n’a pas du tout respecté ma demande, stencil mal posé, n’a même pas correctement tatoué le stencil, a improvisé sur les zones où le stencil s’était effacé, lignes pas droites, qui dépassent, qui bavent, beaucoup trop profondes, quand je lui ai dit que un détail ne me plaisait pas, il a dit que non c’était comme ça) que j’ai payé beaucoup trop cher, et que j’ai dû finir par recouvrir…

Arrivée sur place, la personne qui me parle en premier ne me parle qu’en anglais. Elle me dit qu’une personne francophone va arriver et j’ai attendu plus de 30 minutes sans personne. Donc accueil nul, je suis partie.

Negatieve ervaring: Manque de professionnalisme à son paroxysme. Prise de rendez-vous par mail. Arrivés sur place, le tatoueur qui nous avait été attribué n’est pas là et est en vacances. Selwyn, à l’accueil, nous demande de revenir 1h plus tard en ne nous disant même pas par qui le tatouage sera fait. Il en profite pour nous dire d’aller prendre du cash parce qu’ils n’ont pas Bancontact, la première banque étant à 15 minutes à pieds. Cela aurait été utile de le dire lors de nos échanges de mails. En revenant, Selwyn n’est plus là. On attend 10 minutes, aucun tatoueur ne vient nous voir. Je vérifie mes mails, mes messages, je n’ai même pas été informée. Bref, des litres d’essence et une après-midi de perdue. Je vous déconseille de tenter l’expérience avec eux! Après avoir rédigé cet avis, je reçois un mail en réponse à celui-ci, justifiant cette organisation catastrophique par le fait qu’il y ait 11 tatoueurs travaillant dans cet endroit. C’est justement le point qui est censé être positif par rapport aux autres salons de tatouage. Si l’idée est bonne mais ne sait pas être mise en place, et que les clients subissent un manque d’organisation sans nom, réduisez le nombre de tatoueurs. De plus, il m’a également été proposé de faire un tatouage gratuit en dédommagement et en échange, bien sûr, de la suppression de cet avis. Ce genre de pratique me conforte dans mon choix de ne plus jamais mettre les pieds dans cet endroit.

It was my first tattoo I choose a little one and perfectly done. Those tattoo artists are from around the world, what a beautiful exchange of expériences. The owner was their and he take time to us to be sure we were satisfied. My daughter used to go there and love it. Bravo teem you rock! The Canadien ⛄

Negatieve ervaring: Felix was unaccommodating, irritable and overall not easy to work with. I couldn’t care less if he’s unfriendly as long as the work is good, however, I ended up with a mediocre tattoo that I’ll be covering soon, I don't want to be reminded of how horrible the experience was every time I look at the tattoo.

Fantastische ervaring: I had my tattoo done by Valerio - guest artist at Singulier (his IG is valeriodambrosiohdtattooist). Valerio walked me through his thought process while creating the most beautiful design for the tattoo I had in mind and I am in love with the result. He was very kind and patient throughout the process - would definitely recommend him for getting a tattoo in Brussels.

Fantastische ervaring: Got a tattoo from Eddy here and I am very pleased with it. Nice reception, professional attitude but still not too serious with a fun atmosphere! Eddy is a real artist. I gave him a design that I really wanted and he made it better in every way. + he offer free touchup, even tho I don't think I will need it (more than 1 month after tattoo now). I recommend for sure and will probably come back for another one :)

Fantastische ervaring: De passage sur Bruxelles, nous cherchions à réaliser 3 tatouages de petites et moyennes tailles. Nous avons eu une date tout de suite pour le lendemain! Les prix étaient à la hauteur du travail des tatoueurs. C'est loin d'être du vol! C'est même moins cher que Paris alors que la qualité est aussi bonne. Nous avons eu Eddy et Lenkatane, des gars très sympas, qui travaillent vite et bien, ils font même attention à la douleur, chose rare! Les techniques sont variés, les traits propres .. Ils s'en sortent très bien aussi bien sur la reproduction que sur la créativité. En bref, très bonne expérience pour nous, aucuns regrets !

Negatieve ervaring: To be clear, there are some really good, very considerate tattoo artists working there. However, the overall atmosphere is just terrible. While you are getting tattooed in this large, sometimes cold space, other artists or strangers will come take a look at your tattoo, sometimes not even interacting with you like a human being but rather like you're a piece of meat. Random people that you're not even sure work there come and go in the studio; while loud music is constantly blasting. The worst about this place is maybe the gross and, well, misogynistic giant painting in the backroom, where the artists are supposed to relax between appointments. I would hate to work there. Overall, this place tries so hard to be cool and edgy, but it results in making customers uncomfortable. As a minor remark, I also have seen an artist leave their customers half naked in the open space, for sometimes half an hour, before starting the tattoo, while they would be chilling/chatting with other colleagues in the backroom.
