Esperienza fantastica: Had the perfect experience here, would really recommend! Me and my friend got our nostrils pierced and we are so happy! The lady was super nice and kind!

Esperienza negativa: Don’t go there. I’ve done both a piercing and a tattoo, and the aftercare service was nonexistent. The piercer put me a shorter jewel after 2 months but it was too short and started rejecting. when I came to change it I had to pay for the other jewel, even if it was their mistake. I’m having issues with it but I’m going to another piercer to solve it. They don’t care about you, they just want your money. edit: yes i came at your shop and yes, since it was YOUR mistake to change the piercing with one that was way too short for me, you should have changed it for free. It is your job to choose the right jewel length, and you cannot blame it on me. I have many piercings and never had a problem nor infection in my life, so I am pretty confident to say I can take care of my piercings. It is easy to blame the customer for not caring for the piercing, when it is most probable that you didn’t give me the right information on how to take care of it. Very unprofessional. I told you the piercing was two months old and was doing okay, you said that it could be changed no prob and you chose a piercing that was way too short for me and since then it started infecting and rejecting, and when I contacted you to have information on how to take care you did not give me any information at all. So I came to change the piercing again with a longer one and you charged me the new piercing, when you could just exchange the shorter for the longer one, since the shorter one YOU CHOSE was not suiting me and will never be able to wear it, so it was just a waste of money. Nevertheless, I decided to pay for the new piercing and leave, but I was very disappointed with the way you handled it. You should be more aware since you are playing with people’s health. Your answer is the proof that you are not professional at all. and just to clarify, yes, other piercers would get the piercing in exchange, since you have an autoclave and could easily sterilise it, but you probably prefer to steal people’s money. good for you, you lost a customer, and I will make sure I will never recommend this studio to anyone.

Esperienza fantastica: My tattoo artist (Polo, I believe) did an amazing job. He was slight handed and quick. I got 2 tattoos and he did them within an hour. They were able to get me in the following day I stopped in their shop. Everyone was so sweet and nice!

Patronne très gentille et aimable avec une bonne discussion malgré la barrière de la langue. En revanche la tatoueuse qui nous a fait le tatouage ne nous a pas adresser un seul sourire ni un mot, on se demande si elle aime son métier ou même les humains en général… Son travail était quand même très bien, la cicatrisation c’est bien passer le tatouage n’a pas bouger. Merci beaucoup je recommande.

Esperienza negativa: Got a tattoo here a month ago and it looks terrible. Was supposed to be in white and the tattoo artist was so rough she made it look like I’ve done it with a paper clip. She was also so rude! I understand it must be frustrating tattooing tourists all day, but that’s the job. She wouldn’t make eye contact, didn’t even want to speak to you and got annoyed if you asked any questions. Please avoid this place and go somewhere else. Also, this tattoo is about an inch long, took three minutes for her to tattoo, and cost €80. So overpriced and horrible service.

On est venus sans rendez-vous et 1h apres, ma femme et moi on est répartis avec un petit tattoo chacun. Travail super. Tres precis, lignes fines et en plus elle est vraiment sympa. Je recommande. Esperienza positiva: Love my tattoo and everyone was so very friendly! I just have a few issues I’d like to bring into consideration. For context, me and my buddies went to get tattoos on our vacation to Florence. There were three of us and we were all walk ins. The staff was lovely, but forgot to mention a few very important details. One, we were not told how much our tattoos would be. It was quite a shock to me when, being rang up, I was charged a good €400 for a less than palm sized black and white tattoo. Luckily I have been saving for this trip for a long while otherwise I would have been screwed. Please consult your clients on pricing before you tattoo them. Second, my tattoo artist kept disappearing for quite a long while. Fifteen minutes max two times. I’m not too upset about that one though, since things happen. Third, the second skin stuck for maybe a good thirty seconds before rubbing off and falling off. (Exaggeration) All three of us had an issue with this. Other than those tiny issues, I love my new tattoo and gave him a name. Lewis the Eagle!! :)

Esperienza fantastica: 55 euro for a nose piercing with gold jewellery. It would be 40 for the basic silver jewellery. Service was fast and I'm very pleased with the result. The piercer who is also the owner was very kind and professional. They take walk-ins.

They had lots of flash available (we went for the Florence folder of course) and were able to choose quickly. The guys in the studio were so friendly and made sure that we got the size and placement just right. We were really pleased with the clean lines and the overall experience. Esperienza fantastica: This tattoo shop was super professional and straight forward from my initial walk in appointment. The workers Dante and Quise were super professional and friendly. The shop was clean and very well taken care of. They were patient with me as I chose the right design I wanted and choosing different sizes. With so many tattoo shop options in Florence I went with these guys to support a local growing business. Bolo was my tattoo artist and he did an exceptional job to put the details on my tatto on my arm. I am so happy with my tattoo and I can’t wait to show everyone the amazing job this studio did!!

Esperienza positiva: My best friend and I came here spur of the moment for a tattoo Sunday evening. The place is very clean. Our artist was talented, but awkwardly quiet. We were not told the price of our small simple tattoos ahead of time (we should have asked) however €250 was a lot. I was expecting closer to €150, I’ve had many tattoos and this being one of the more small/ simple and yet the most expensive was shocking. Get your price quote first so you can make an informed decision!

Esperienza positiva: My friends and I are happy with our piercings from here but be careful about them trying to upsell. We ended up getting charged $20 extra because of the jewelry we were given (he gave it to us, we didn't chose). Again, these are professionals and they did a great job with the piercing, just make sure to clarify price DURING so you aren't blindsided like we were at checkout. My piercer also took a phone call mid-piercing so I was sitting there with a needle in my ear for a minute while he talked on the phone. Still, I would recommend!

Esperienza negativa: pricing was pretty okay bc i got 6 piercings but im leaving a 1 star review because the piercer totally messed up one of my old piercings by putting in a short earring, and now the earring is STUCK in my ear and i have to get it removed by a doctor. it’s a totally irresponsible thing to do as a piercer.

Esperienza negativa: Went in for a tattoo, waited for a couple of hours which is totally understandable since it was a place with high foot-traffic. The energy of the staff was very nice, and the tattoo artist was super sweet and funny at first too. Since my friend and I were getting matching tattoos, I didn't mind the artist using the same stencil on me. He left to go do another tattoo after the 1st stencil placement and left again for a piercing, and overall seemed pretty rushed. When I asked him to place the stencil so it would be closer to my other tattoo, his energy changed. He put the tattoo closer to where I wanted it, but it was tilted. I asked to replace the placement, and was met with more sighs and a lot of muttering words. When asked to place it not tilted but in the same location, he called me out for it and said it was difficult to work with me especially since the stencil was falling apart at this point. 1) The whole point of a stencil is to ensure the design looks good in the location/isn't tilted before it's permanently inked into your body 2) The stencil was falling apart since it was already used for a completely different person's tattoo, not just because I asked to replace it a couple of times 3) Reprinting a stencil does not take that long :( I was disappointed at this point since I had been very understanding of his frustrations and was apologising the whole time just to be met with hostile energy, with him saying things under his breath, and complaining about the stencil falling apart.. I considered leaving but I did in fact want a tattoo to commemorate the trip so I finally just went with the last stencil placement even though it wasn't exactly where I wanted it. Nothing bad to say about the skills of the artist at all but I have never had this experience with any of the tattoo artists I have worked with in the past. Loved the rest of the staff though, thank you to the kind person that helped me come up with the design!
