Jesse and his apprentice at the time—who worked on my crosses and bottle—are incredibly talented artists with outstanding attention to detail. Beyond the skill, the customer service is what truly sets them apart. Professional, welcoming, and passionate about their craft—they’ve gone from artists to friends. Expérience fantastique: I can’t possibly recommend Tom highly enough (@charcoalfingerss on instagram). His attitude was very professional and it’s obvious he cares about every detail of his work. Getting tattooed by him was a very relaxing experience. I sent him some inspiration and he was able to put his own twist on things while incorporating some ideas that I had requested. A true artist. 10/10 The studio itself was noticeably clean. Snacks and beverages are provided for guests, and front desk was super pleasant!

Expérience négative: Tattoo work is amazing but customer service was absolutely horrible came here before 5:30, they close at 6, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Eventually a lash tech opened the door saying the receptionist went home early and she couldn’t help me book or do anything because she’s not qualified. If you have people leaving early switch your hours because that is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t make me wanna come back.

Expérience fantastique: I had Tash do my first two tattoos, and she was so patient with me, she made sure if I needed a break I would get one whenever I needed, however many times. I’ve gotten so many compliments and it’s honestly bc of Tash. She made me so comfortable and at home. Not to mention she is the best! Art sharks is also so inviting, comfortable, and a great atmosphere. For all of your needs I would 1000000/10 recommend Tash. Love her work. So talented and artistic Bc she’s is absolutely phenomenal. She let me feel at home and take as many break as I needed. She made me so comfortable and I really don’t like needles but she made it as painless as she could and was bearing with me through the pain and how much Time I needed. She is truly the best. Tash, you are WONDERFUL!!!

Rebecca created a piece of art and I was lucky enough to get it placed on my body forever. She is incredibly talented, quick, thorough and on top of it all, just a lovely human with lots of love for what she does (and it shows). I will share my tattoo once it's done, but so far it looks sooo pretty. I feel so fulfilled and fortunate for the experience! Expérience fantastique: The studio design is super cool and fresh; I felt very welcome (and they have very comfy wait chairs!) The studio itself was very clean and I had no concerns about whether or not it was safe and sanitary. The tables aren't private but that doesn't bother me. Seth did my tattoo at the expo and my touch-up at the studio. He tattoos quickly without sacrificing quality. He made sure I was comfortable and knew I could take breaks if I needed. He is everything I expect from an artist and more. Seth is extremely friendly, accommodating, and interesting; no awkward conversations here :)

Expérience fantastique: I received a tattoo from the apprentice Danae who was extremely professional and very personable. I was coming off of a nightshift and was very tired and got a little shaky at one point and she stopped to see how I was doing. Offered me multiple breaks if needed and applied bactine spray to help with the discomfort. But I'm forgetting about the best part, the freaking tattoo is so dope! I am so happy with how it turned out and couldn't recommend checking out her work enough!

Expérience négative: Was told that I could not get the tattoo I wanted because it was pulled off google images so got other design drawn up and was told it was one of a kind only to find it on google images myself a few days after it being finished. Took about twice as long as quoted as well.

I trust him, and now he's stuck with me lol. I want some more tattoos. What a wonderful experience. I was a little nervous for the first time, and he walked me through it and talked to me. It was a really good experience. Everyone at this shop is really really nice. Talked to the owner too, he's really kind and the receptionist is wonderful. I have been tattooed by Sean Vis, Jesse Zabos, and Rebecca Blair. Every artist is extremely friendly and talented. I knew what I wanted, but couldn’t put it into words. All artists came up with ideas that surpassed my expectations. I can’t say enough positive things.

Expérience négative: Pros: 1. You can tell the owner cares about his business understands the customer service model. He will be very successful in this business. 2. The shop is in incredible shape. Very clean and modern. 3. Really friendly artists that are down to earth. 4. Reasonable rates and good booking times avaliable. Cons: 1. Told different rate over the phone from what I was charged after tattoo finished. 2. Artist was late 30 minutes for consult and only had a few minutes to spare then he had to go do another tattoo. 3. Artist missed details on tattoo. 4. Tattoo took 50% more time than quoted for because set up was almost an hour. Going to different artist to have this particular piece fixed. Thank you for the response Jesse! Disclaimer: Jesse didn't do my tattoo but I'd love some of his work. I am sure he would do it but I feel like I have burnt the bridge with this review.
