Expérience fantastique: Had an amazing experience with Cas at the beginning of 2026! Communication was outstanding and she is truly an artist who wants their client’s opinion. I went in for three tattoos, all tattoos were well thought through and we spent over an hour just adjusting and designing both pieces. I had sent her some pictures of stuff that I had drawn and put together and we were able to come up with some incredible designs together. She’s extremely easy to talk to, very perceptive to suggestions, and Her workspace is extremely clean and well organized. I’m very happy to say I have found an exceptional artist that is local! I highly recommend her for anything you are looking at getting. Including piercing, though I didn’t get this service I was at my appointment early and saw the way she handles her clients. Which is with extreme care and a calming tone. So happy to have found this place and Thank you Cas for 3 exceptional tattoos!

They were very gentle with the piercing process, and told me step by step what was going on which was very comforting for me as I am afraid of needles!! I recommend this place 100%!! ◡̈

Expérience négative: The piercer at the shop has no clue what she’s doing. She pierced my nose wrong and I had a hell of a time getting it out and when I got it out, they had to repierce it because she screwed up. I wouldn’t trust her. She doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Expérience négative: A few years ago I got two tattoos done here by Cas as my first experience and if I knew what I know now, I would have never went. The aftercare Iinstructions I was given were NOT what someone should do after a tattoo (this I learned later from another tattoo artist). I ended up having a deep cut on one of the tattoos that wouldn't heal for weeks due to the tattoo splitting my skin. I was told to get in the shower 6 hours after getting the tattoos and to scrub them with soap in water as warm as I could handle. I was told to do this until it stopped burning. This resulted in very sore tattoos and a lot of scabbing/damage to the final piece. I was also informed by my current artist, that this would be a huge no go for any future tattoos. My tattoos were misaligned and had very inconsistent linework. I was told they do free touch ups on their tattoos, but after the experience I had, I decided to cut my losses. I was later told by someone who claimed to be familiar with the shop, that the artist who did my piece was an apprentice at the time... but I was completely uninformed of that. (I'm not sure if they were an apprentice or not though.) After going to a new artist for the past 2 or 3 years, my tattoos look much better, cleaner and the aftercare is completely pain free. I've never experienced the same type of cuts or pain from any other tattoo, except for the ones I got here.

Expérience fantastique: Had two tattoos done yesterday by Cas. I didn't really know what to expect, but I left totally pleased and satisfied. Clean and tidy shop. Cas made sure was happy with the designs. Loved her openness and sense of humour - she was willing to talk through the whole thing and made the time go much faster. Most importantly, she didn't hurt me. That may sound dumb, but I have had several tattoos over the years and these caused me the least amount of discomfort I have ever experienced. I left the bandages on for the time she said, and no redness or pain. The next time I want a tattoo, I will definitely be seeing Cas. I went back yesterday for another tattoo. Once again, a fantastic job by Cas !!

Expérience fantastique: I got my nose pierced here on Friday, and let me tell you it was a great experience. Personally I'm very picky about the places I go to to get piercings because it’s so easy to either have a horrible experience with the employees or the piercing itself (as in done wrong to a point of medical care needed). I used to go to a girl in Brantford but their prices never stayed the same and always kept on going up, plus just the drive alone to Brantford I couldn’t keep doing it anymore. But after this experience here, I have finally found my permanent piercing parlour!!! Everyone was so nice, and welcoming, also the piercer explained everything with detail, and showed off every instrument she would be using which reassured me. We also talked like we weren’t just complete strangers for about 20 mins which calmed me down and made the piercing experience even easier. This is a place I would 100% recommend to anyone that’s seeking for a new piercing.

I was a bit nervous at first, but I got a thorough consultation and on the day of Cas was very reassuring and open to any questions I had.. She was very good in reviewing the tattoo care. The shop itself is very clean, tidy, and all supplies are 100% sterile. Would highly recomend!

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommended! Piercings are done by hand for a reasonable price ($67 for both ear lobes, jewelry included), and piercers are very kind and knowledgeable. They don't try to upcharge you on any products after, and they gave my friend a replacement earring for one that was irritating her from another shop for free.

Expérience négative: Had a bridge piercing done over a month ago and was fine with it, as it was my first piercing. Found out recently that it was a 16g piercing and that you're not supposed to go thinner than 14g for this type of piercing. Also had it done with a curved barbell which apparently shouldn't ever happen with a bridge.

Expérience fantastique: Called here for an ear piercing and luckily i got an appointment the same day. The place is small but very clean and well lit. The staff were nice especiallly Cas, the one who did my piercing. She was thoughtful enough to tell me that my past piercing were still open so i did not have to get it pierced. So i just had her pierced on diff spot... She Explained all the details i needed to know from the start, during n til finish and made me take my time.

Expérience positive: Got a tattoo done by Cas and she was great! She is very sweet and fun to get tattood by even though she was over an hour late to start my appointment. My tattoo is well healed, lines are crispy and I genuinely enjoyed my time! Only giving 4 stars because of some hygiene slips like touching dirty things like drawer handles and rummaging through the drawer in the same gloves she was wearing to actually tattoo me. I'm not a germaphobe but hygiene is important!

This is a place I would feel 100% comfortable getting a more complex piercing or one in a more intimate area because the staff are experienced and create a high level of comfort. My artist Tim talked me through the entire procedure beforehand and left plenty of time for questions. I did not feel rushed at all. The placement of my piercing is awesome as well - my friends and family have been telling me "it looks like you have always had it - it's so you!" - best compliment ever! :) It's healing great too. Expérience négative: Owner Tim isn't a good dude, he's actually pretty rude. My friend an I got our ears pierced here and both of us got infections. Also have seen a bunch of botched tats done by him on other people. He doesn't use tattoo derm to wrap the tattoos either which has been proven more effective and cleaner.
