Experiencia fantástica: Decided to get a sleeve as my first tattoo and was told to consult with Fran. As my first tattoo, I did not know what to expect but Fran made me feel welcomed and informed me on everything I needed to know. Fran did my sleeve in 2 sessions and included every single detail, even though it was not his specialty. Everyone in the shop was also welcoming, would recommend 1000 times again.

If you’re doing any anime I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Excited to finish the rest of my leg with and any future tattoos just look at this art.

We went with a Black & Grey piece with Color on my lower left inner arm that came out so fire! Experiencia negativa: Just overall bad experience made an appointment sent the deposit, appointment was set for 9/19/25 I made this appointment weeks in advance the artist claimed they could do the tattoos and do it the way we wanted me and my wife. I had to ask 3 times for an image of what he will do took him 3 times to get me a rough draft for it to not even come close to what was asked for then claims he couldnt wrap his head around the tattoo that the clients vision isnt a good one and doesnt work yet never tried only used the images provided as reference (asked for artist to make the dragon couldnt even do it) now its 4 days away from the appointment and I am told they cant do it the way we wanted then gave us a rough draft nowhere near close to what was asked. Upon requesting refund was told i had to wait days for it mind you i sent it via zelle if i never got it done should be a 123 refund back. The artist then gets upset and argues with me on text as if I caused an issue, if you cant do it you should have stated that earlier than have me wait and assume we’d take whatever we get poor customer service all around from artist. @miguelangel_tattoo just over poor communication and customer service

Experiencia fantástica: On June 4th I went to get my lobes pierced for the first time. My piecer was Niki and she was sooo amazing!! I was nervous because it was my first time ever getting pierced but Niki was super comforting and professional. She made sure everything was clean and sterile, took her time marking my ears and even let my mom and I look it over before she pierced me. She also gave options for different types of studs, but I went with the basic one. The piercing was quick and pretty painless; Niki was very sweet and made it way better than I could've imagined, even telling me to take deep breaths when she was piercing my ears. She also gave me a coupon and an after care package. I couldn't have imagined a better time getting pierced! If you're looking to get pierced I'd definitely recommend Niki!

Experiencia negativa: I paid $3,200 to have my forearm tattooed, but he never finished the job. His excuse was that he was tired and we needed to continue another day. He told me; we could do it any day, since it would only take him maybe an hour to blend the two tattoos properly. After a few weeks, I contacted him on Instagram and iMessage to find out when I could come, but he never told me or simply didn't respond. @dinerotattoos He is a good artist, but it seems that he only cares about money and not pleasing his clients.

I loved the art in the place. I suggested to Josh that they keep a few pieces of their art in the shop so that people, such as myself, could purchase a piece or two. My cousin and I came here for our birthdays and we loved the experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Nikki (@piercingmermaid) did my tooth gems about a year ago and they're still going strong. When I went in there she found the exact gems that fit the shape and size of my tooth and to this day I think that's why they're so sturdy. I got a gold snake, two opals, and a heart gem. She's lovely and when I want some more I would definitely go to her.

Even with gentle hands she still continuously ask if your okay or if need anything always putting her clients first. Was available when i had questions on after care and always followed up with me. Highly recommend going to San for any piercing :)

I got my nose jewelry changed by PokedbySan and ended up with Enterococcus faecalis infection in my nose piercing site - which is a bacteria found in FECES!!!! I am so distraught and never in a million years would think that this would happen. This place is soooo unsanitary when it comes to piercings. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your research when finding a piercer and stick to one that is reputable and you can trust. The jewelry is also not titanium and low grade quality. Do not spend your money here or you’ll end up getting an infection. This place is DISGUSTINGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I came in to ONLY get my nose jewelry changed for only a couple weeks later to end up with an infection. The piercing artist San, who changed the jewelry struggled to insert the nose rings attempting multiple times leaving my nose sore for 2 weeks. I knew something was off but disregarded it. I asked if the jewelry could be cut so that it wouldn’t stick out of my nose to which she advised was okay to do and told me to come back since she had to order the cutting pliers off Amazon and would come the following week. I came back in to get the jewelry cut, and noticed that she also struggled to cut it, once again forcing/ removing the jewelry to get it in. Weeks after getting the jewelry cut my nose began to throb for 2 days straight. On the third day, I woke up to a huge bump with the piercing site filled with puss. I went to my doctor, and then a reputable piercer who informed me that the jewelry was not titanium grade jewelry for starters.There were broken pieces of the jewelry in the piercing hole and was told that the jewelry should’ve not been cut because it was cutting my skin causing the infection. Not to mention because she forced/was removing the jewelry multiple times she expanded my piercing hole. When I went to a more reputable piercer I was also informed that it was cheap and was probably brought from Amazon. I do not recommend coming here for a piercing or even changing jewelry.

Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also just an all-around amazing person. When it comes to piercings, she makes sure everything is super clean and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. She explains the whole process, sets clear expectations, and uses only top-quality, surgical-grade titanium jewelry. She offers great advice based on her professional experience but always respects your decisions and supports you through the entire process. What really sets her apart is the follow-up care—she encourages check-ins for jewelry downsizing and deep cleanings, which is something you rarely see elsewhere. As for her tattoos, her fine-line work is absolutely stunning. Some of the pieces she’s done for me didn’t even need a touch-up, which says it all. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she really loves what she does. On top of all that, Sandra is just an awesome person to be around. She gives off such good vibes that you’ll want to keep coming back—not just for her work but for the experience as a whole. Experiencia negativa: Got a navel change here by the piercer, “PokedBySan” I specifically told her that I wanted an internally threaded navel jewelry made of implant grade titanium. She told me it was (which if it was a reputable piercing shop it would ONLY have) and i was given a poor quality navel jewelry. it was externally threaded, and caused a lot of trauma to my piercing site. Not only that, it's cheaply made, and most likely not titanium, which is unacceptable for piercing. As someone with 18 piercings and knowledgeable about piercing and safepiercing and APP, this place is not reputable or safe place. They should not be providing piercings and the piercer should become more educated.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten a lot of tattooed at this store and it’s very clean and safe! the staff is super friendly and attentive, this time i got tattoed by isa, she was great very gentle and made sure i was comfortable with the designe, the placement and that i was comfortable all the way until the end! her IG is inkbyisa_ hit her up she replies fasts!! 10/10 experience over all!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tattoos both done by Kerry and she did an amazing ing job on both. The purple flowers with skulls was a great cover up. I get nothing but compliments every where i go on how detailed and beautiful the mix of purples are. I also attached a before pic of the part she covered up. Then may nightmare before Christmas piece was a basic stencil she took to a whole new level with eclipse look since we did it on the day of the eclipse. In this Pic it was almost totally healed in such a short time. Kerry has a soft had and does such great color pieces. I'm already planning my next with her!

Experiencia fantástica: My man Dinero is the GOAT. Don't even have words to describe his art. He is such a good artist but an even better person. He truly has a passion and love for his work and will not be done unless the client is satisfied. His only goal is to satisfy the client. Such a funny dude but also takes his work very serious. His work LASTS. You can see his healed work and it looks BEAUTIFUL! Many artists nowadays use filters and only show fresh work, which looks good in the moment but does not age well. Trust me, Dineros work look spectacular new, but ages like fine wine. Also, his PRICING IS GREAT. You can not find anyone at this caliber charging as little as he does. Respect homie, see you soon!

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Fran for his colors and creative design of characters in his tattoos. Scheduling was very easy and finding the shop with parking right nearby it was great. Fran is a genius with ink. The characters are large with a lot of detail, vibrant colors(sure to catch the eye of any passerby), and all custom design(no copy, paste, and then just tattoo). Fran and his fellow artists at Monsters Ink were all very welcoming and great giving insight and conversation throughout the entire tattoo appointment. Fran always made sure you were comfortable throughout the whole process, with constant check ins and breaks. Fantastic artist, I've already recommended him to friends and family who have and are looking to get tattoos. If you're looking for an artist, Fran will not disappoint. Absolutely will be going back for future projects!
