As someone who has had this specific piercing eight times before—my "floating little necklace"—I came in with a lot of experience and specific expectations. I can confidently say that B not only met them but exceeded them. First off, B's flexible schedule made booking my appointment a breeze. It was easy to find a time that worked for me, which is a huge plus for anyone with a busy life. When I arrived, B's professionalism was immediately evident. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to discuss my history with this particular piercing, ensuring we were both on the same page. The procedure itself was as quick and efficient as my previous experiences, if not more so (historically, I've driven to Westport in KC to have dermals put in). B’s attention to detail and calm demeanor made the process smooth and reassuring. The final placement is perfect and looks fantastic. Knowing that dermal piercings can sometimes reject, I told B that I would definitely be returning to her in the future if this one needs to be redone. The level of comfort and trust she established is the main reason I’ll be back. As far as I’m aware, none of us have needed to go in for any corrections although I know if I needed to, they would work with me! The hourly rates reflect their quality of work. I definitely recommend ABSOLUTE whenever someone asks where I got my work done!

Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend wanted to check out the shop and tried to come in for a piercing and immediately after stepping in staff were rude and unprofessional told me my age was questionable and started barking orders to prove i had the right anatomy laughed saying even fine line wouldn't pierce me jokes on them I absolutely love the piercer at fine line but for a tattoo parlor they seemed very judgmental and I don't think they intended to peirce me the moment they started talking absolutely horrible experience

She is honest about anatomy and always has a backup plan if something doesn’t work out, she is always quick to respond if I ever have any issues with healing, always suggests ideas to assist in making healing painless and easy, and is always quick when ordering new jewelry for custom curations. All of her jewelry is high quality that makes healing a breeze. She also takes extra care to ensure that everything is super clean and sterilized, even with a simple jewelry change. Then proceeded to insult me by making fun. Never have I experienced such immature behavior from another adult. Extremely unprofessional. The second time she did a portrait of my cat that was also a cover up. And the third time was for their Friday the 13th special! It was extremely busy and the wait time was a bit long but was totally worth it for the quality! I have two appointments currently scheduled and will continue to return! I've also gone to see Brittany for nipple and a lip piercing! She's great as well and made me feel comfortable during the whole process! I've had a great experience every time I've been go the shop!

Experiencia negativa: I called to set up an appointment and get pricing for a piercing but when they told me the price I was politely trying to turn them down and thank them for their time when I was very rudely hung up on by the girl who answered the phone. The overpricing I can look past, but to be so rude as to hang up on a potential customer? I will never use this business because of the impolite customer service alone.

Experiencia negativa: Artists are skilled but service is terrible, attempting to request some examples of an artists work will not be honored, attempting to get a quote is unlikely, attempting to get a concept design is a definite no with them literally saying “our artists will only do a rough sketch on an iPad the night before or day of before beginning the tattoo, for $150/hour rounded up”. Attempting to book an appointment requires 4-5 months of waiting. Either the person manning the email and phone are just extremely unprofessional or they simply lack any concept of courtesy and don’t care. While I’ve seen good work from others in the community, I would never get a tattoo from this place, their service is just that atrocious. And while the price of $150/h is fair, I expect to receive a simple concept design and proper customer service.

Jacob goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy with the design. I’ve gotten tattoos regrettably at other shops and during the tattoo it was extremely uncomfortable and hurt. I have had my biggest tattoos done by Jacob and they look the best, and he is so gentle I could actually fall asleep it is so relaxing. Highly recommend, I won’t be going anywhere else ever again!

Experiencia fantástica: We had called several places trying to find someone to pierce my daughter’s ear (ear cartilage). Everyone would tell us, they have to be 13 or 14 with parent consent. My daughter will be 13 in just a couple months, but you know when you want something done, you don’t want to wait months for it to happen. We drive to Absolute Tattoo. We walked in the door, they were so friendly and professional. We talked about things and they told us to be back in 2 hours. We went back. The girl that did the piercing was awesome!! Super gentle, explained everything, clean, and she made my daughters weekend! Thank you so much!!!

So I'll obviously be finding a different tattoo shop, not pleased with them at all, guess they don't want return business. Yeah they post that but leave out all the messages I replied back after I called and was told they had no messages from me. Whatever guess all my money will find another tattoo shop

They make sure you're happy with placement, they explain the process, they're clean and they explain the aftercare very well; they also give you sea salt. Also, if you have a problem with something they'll take care of you! I went to another place in Topeka and the lady was very cold and she explained nothing!
