Experiencia negativa: Walked in to get a tattoo on my hand..small cursive and was told because I only have 1 sleeved arm and not both completely sleeved they refused to tattoo me.. either take my money or dont but dont discriminate against me because I wanted trust God tattooed on my hand.. so I wanted to leave this review.. rejection is my protection and with the bad energy from homie with the long hair and beard to match definitely was not it.. stay blessed and far away from this shop.

Experiencia positiva: I usually get pierced by Abstract and Hector from the other location on speedway. I had called about getting my dermals done and neither where in at the time so I was impatient and didnt want to wait so I decided to try this location out. I had asked multiple times if they were familiar with dermals the lady said yes! I was pierced by a small Chinese Mexican lady. She was kind but her hygiene seemed odd her nails were black under and she gave me a small care package that included spooly qtips as well as a small vile with a clear liquid. The spooly had lint on and the qtips looked black. Anyways she did not seem that she knew what she was doing she couldn't get the dermal to anchor and she had to remake the whole bigger so the experience was extremely painfull and it took her about 6 -9 mins just to get the one in!! It seemed to me she was getting refamilar with the dermals wich is not very professional it was painful and she put them way to high on my back !! Just be carefully with who you allow to stick you !!!

Experiencia negativa: Ashlyn saying we need to provide more resources to the people living in the wash… take the time to go out there for the day and sit out there.. those people dont want help they want to do drugs.!! harsh drugs. They don’t want the help… there’s resources available for homelessness and to be truthful you can’t continue using drug when getting help so unfortunately they don’t want the help. You wouldn’t feel a second safe if you took the time to spend the day out there so don’t act like there’s no resources available!

Experiencia fantástica: Ash just did my helix piercing and I’m very happy! She is efficient, communicative, and kind. I wasn’t nervous because I have several piercings, but if I had been, she would’ve calmed me right down with her chill energy. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I got a tattoo from this place and will i say this is the place to come, the environment is positive. i got the artist Logan, and he was so patient, and nice with us, we got our first tattoos with him and i would do it again. the service is great and efficient, MUST BOOK!!! trust. Enchanted Dragon is the spot!.only thing i need to complain about is that fact that they won’t let you get a tattoo YOU want if you don’t have a curtain about of tattoos already that. i don’t understand.

Experiencia negativa: Location on wetmore has the rudest piercers ever, the alien faced lady rolled her eyes at my friend when he wanted to do a more serious facial piercing. She got two piercings mixed up and got mad at us for her mixup. Theres a "safe space" sticker on the door, but the lady kept misgendering him. At that point we told her we were going to go somewhere else. How could you be so rude to some that's 1. Paying you and 2. Youre about to stick a needle in.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here!!!! I literally got my tat done by strange and had to buy extra gloves for him in the middle of him doing my peace. I wanted a certain design that he did not do. When he was done tatting me he did not disinfect nor wrap my tattoo to prevent infection. I got and infection which hospitalized me. I felt uncomfortable due to him trying to flirt with me on top of giving me an infection on my arm. My skin was bruised and scarred so deep. Don’t go here!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Got 3 helix piercing done here about 3 years ago by the girl idk her name I just remember she was short and wearing all back. took 2 of them out the following week for pain and continuing of bleeding. Kept one because I thought it was healing I went back a week later to put the 2 piercing back but I was told by a dude it was closed I was charged I think $15 just for them to look at and tell me it was closed. I’ve had the one helix piercing for about 3 years hoping it would heal and that the $265 I spend on those 3 could count for this one piercing. TODAY I got that one helix piercing taken off should have done it sooner. I was told that this piercing was so crooked by a professional. Also not charged for taking it out!!!! DO NOT RECOMMED ANY PIERCING FROM HERE

Experiencia negativa: At first I thought highly of this place until I needed to go in for a touch up. I have over 24 tattoos and out of all the shops I've gone to I've never experienced an artist that looked at a touch up as a waste of time at least that's what it seemed. Ken and I had an appointment for Saturday and then I received a text from him stating that we would need to reschedule our appointment for the next week (mind you, he had already rescheduled it before due to saying he was sick and I understood that however I had thought he would've gotten back to me when he returned to work. It was days later until I had to text him and ask if he had went back to work) so after the first time once again the day of the appointment he texts me saying he was the only artist in the shop and that he technically wasn't allowed to do touch ups over the weekend. I didn't respond because I was already questioning if he was just trying to get out of doing the touch up however I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. I waited a couple hours and then called the shop, within two rings Ash picked up, I asked them how many artist were in shop? She said there were 4 artists in shop. Then I asked her if touchs up were allowed over the weekend to which they responded yea that it was fine as long as I talked to my artist about it and scheduled an appointment. So at that point I'm really upset, I used to speak highly of him because the work he did was amazing and he seemed like a nice guy I felt like I picked a great artist and then suddenly it seemed like he just didn't want to give me the touch up. To be honest I was already aware that the time it took to redo the lines wouldn't have taken as long as setting up the machine so I had $20 for a tip which I felt was a good amount. So I ended up texting him back telling him what Ash had said and his only response was about the touch ups not being allowed Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays. I did not text him back. Even if that was the truth, why didn't he share that when we were scheduling the appointment. Even our first scheduled session was on a Friday? Also I waited a couple days before writing this review. I wanted to see if he would come around and text me. Trusting a tattoo artist to put something permanent on your body is a big deal. Make sure you find an artist that cares about the after care as well. I do not plan to go back there and I ask people to make sure they trust the artist they are gonna work with. It will be on your body forever, not theirs.

Experiencia negativa: I would just avoid getting piercing done by the lady Leah or something. At first thought she wanted to help but just wanted the money . Walked in wanted my dimples done and unfortunately they didn't have my size for my cheeks. Me thinking okay so she can't do them was gonna leave but she was able to talk me into getting dermals due to my past experience. She again only had very limited jewelry. Long story short I come back today about 3 weeks later and my right cheek looks like it's about to ether reject or swell over honestly hard to tell. I wanted to changed the ball is the only reason. I came in tbh becuaee she let me know I could after 3 weeks but she said I wouldn't do that and tried to charge me 5 $ just to clean it . As a professional you need to own your own work. It's 5$ yes but it's the fact it's all been a bad experience for me . All my piercing have never had a problem with them and if I did my piercer was always very accommodating. Just wants your money doesn't care about their work UPDATE: I have one dimple in rn ended up having to get it removed at a different location in order to avoid the lady that did my dimples. Other location 5 starts but honestly I'm real disappointed. Pictures below. Would never had to reject that bad if she looked in the first place

I'm so glad enchanted dragon tattoo gave him such a memorable experience. This was my third tattoo and my experience at this shop was the best by far. Everything is clean, the people there are so friendly, and my tattoo was done exactly how I wanted. I can't wait to come back for another tattoo soon!

Experiencia negativa: My sister and I are so sad and disappointed from coming here. We came in at 11:15 looking to get personalized matching tattoos. Granted, we did not have an appointment - we saw they took walk ins and tried to come earlier in the day rather than later. When we got there, there was only 1 tattoo artist who already had someone in their chair. We were asked to come back at 12 when they had more artists coming in. When we came back, it was us and another man. The other man was helped immediately and went back to get his tattoo and also was a walk in. Our tattoo artist was Ghost who we really liked and was very kind and professional towards us. We told him what we were trying to do and he went back to sketch. We noticed he was back there talking with several individuals, prolonging the sketches. He was gone 1 hour before he came back up to have us approve what he had come up with. Once we did, it took another 30 minutes to get us back in his chair. He had stenciled me and was about to start when one of the girls working up front couldn’t figure out how to do a return. He got up and left to go help her and by that point, we were just done. We had been there closing in on 2 hours. We gave him each $20 for his sketch work and left and he didn’t even seem surprised. For whatever reason we can’t seem to understand, we just couldn’t get someone there to put ink to skin due to Ghost having to solve everything else for everyone. I don't write this bashing Ghost, he was a very nice man. Two hours for a couple of 3” tattoos is just insanity and the employees at the location need to get it together.

Experiencia fantástica: I got 6 ear piercings from Ash this month and she was incredibly professional, kind, and skilled. i was her first piercing she ever did and it went perfectly! i can honestly say that she is a detail oriented piercer who genuinely cares about her clients and their wellbeing. besides that, all my piercings started healed wonderfully.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve came here plenty of times to buy piercings but there’s a guy here that just jokes to much … and refused services for the vertical labret if your a woman of color I recommend you go to the other enchanted shop the treatment was way better . I’m unsure why he sent me to another location but I felt a bit like he was prejudice.

Experiencia negativa: The piercing itself was good, but the piercer kept joking, insisting, and volunteering to pierce me and my friends nipples.. thought okay, maybe he's just passionate. However, many of my other female friends and my younger sister have had the exact same experience with the piercer! He's good, but it's super creepy... I would avoid this place and go to the other Enchanted Dragon on 4th Ave. Or a different spot in the area. Yikes..

It’s been 2 months they don’t react to my messages and don’t want to help. I need very expensive treatment 5 times of the price of the tattoo. Careless stuff and artists.

I’m not from Tucson, (I’m just here visiting for the holidays) and wanted to get a piercing. I will not waste my money anywhere that someone like that works.

Experiencia negativa: do not go here for piercings. I went there because I wanted to switch my jewelry up. The girl “professionally” installed my jewelry which fell out a DAY later. I took another chance and went back.. I even had more jewelry replaced this time. Literally a day later my jewelry FELL OUT AGAIN. After I had a professional piercer install this jewelry. It’s upsetting especially after paying 100 bucks for nothing. I have never had this happen and I always get my jewelry professionally installed to enforce that they don’t fall out. Not here though!! Your jewelry will fall out real quick if you go here. So if you want to keep the piercings you have and ensure your holes won’t close. DO NOT GO HERE. pls don’t waste your money.

Experiencia negativa: I stopped by on a Friday and asked about putting some additional background on an existing tattoo. I asked if he could work it up and that I only had 3 hours to gave him because I had multiple situations going on. He agreed and I made an appointment for the following Sunday. I put $100 deposit. On Sunday I arrived and he had worked up a design that I liked but it would take 7 hours to do! I had 3 hours to give so I didn't get the tattoo. I feel like it was a big waste of time for both of us. I could have gone elsewhere and allegedly he blocked out at least 3 hours.

His jokes where just out of line and very inappropriate. He also did not do the best job on my nose piercing. I called the same day and asked if he could redo it and he told me he wouldn’t and to take the jewelry out if I didn’t like it and to go somewhere else.. I do not recommend him or this shop.

Experiencia negativa: Their work is trash I paid $350 for a hand tattoo that faded and the artist if thats what he wants to call himself is supposed to fix it and hasn't done it they just keep taking my phone number down and saying that they will call me to schedule a time to fix it and this has been over 6 months now I won't ever go back to them I'm going to have fastlane fix the tattoo and if I could give them stars in the negative I would trash ️

I met David and he listened to what I wanted and shared his thoughts and I felt totally comfortable and the end result was Awesome!! The healing was/is not the way I thought so I'm returning to show my tattoo with David. Thinking it needs a wee bit of a touch up?? Highly appreciated and would recommend it to anyone... Thank you David. AND to the young lady who was there for me to talk with me throughout this journey. I thank her too!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been here more than once to buy needles and other supplies they sell and I’ve also gotten piercings from here and every time I come in the staff is so rude and it’s been multiple different staff that I have had give me rude looks and or just tone and attitude the whole time, it’s very unprofessional to sit and be so bluntly disrespectful. If you have an issue with someone buying needles and supplies from your shop then don’t sell them. Will not be coming back here again after as many chances as I gave and the behavior still stayed the same.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently went and got a piercing done by Liaa.Dylan she was amazing! She was super helpful throughout the entire process and helped my friends and I feel comfortable. She answered every single one of my questions and throughly went over cleaning and care procedures. I would definitely got back again! Only thing is that they don’t have a huge variety of jewelry to choose from.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my daughter to the Wetmore location to get her ears pierced for her 10th birthday. I really wish I caught the woman’s name who pierced her ears. She did an amazing job! We are on day two after her piercing and she has no redness, swelling or pain, which is beyond amazing!!! Highly recommend Enchanted Dragon for ear piercing.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is literally one of the best tattoo shops I’ve used. I’ve come to them three separate times to separate artists and it’s been excellent every time. But this time was probably the best because of Kayden’s attention to the details of what I wanted. I even came in with a pretty general idea but he added to it and made it 10x better. Can’t wait to come back again.
