Experiencia negativa: My husband and I came here to get tatted for our recent marriage. I will never make that mistake again. I was a little caught off guard because the artist that drew everything up is not the artist that tattooed me. When my husband confronted them about it, they said “small lines are difficult”. They did absolutely nothing to make it right. Not only that this small tattoo should have been no more than $50 but I paid $125. Be careful going here. Now I have to go pay someone else to fix this. Zoom in at your own risk… it gets worse and worse with every letter.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Atomic-Countryside for a hot minute now for my tattoos and piercings. I have never had any issues or experiences with any of the staff there! This time around I got my nipple piercings from James and lemme tell you! His aura and vibe made my whole experience so comfortable! I do love that James and Kai both are LGBTQ+ friendly and they both guide you throughout your service! Def a 10/10!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Pricing is perfect, but that's not why I wanted to write a review. James was an absolute DELIGHT to work with. He has a soothing voice and calm demeanor that will make any new face to the piercing world relax. He walks you through everything perfectly, and takes his time with his work. I never felt safer and more comfortable, and the product came out FANTASTIC, especially for a symmetrical piercing. If you go here to get a piercing, I HIGHLY recommend asking for James Abram.

They're very knowledgeable, hygienic, and overall one of the sweetest humans. The day I met them about two years, I immediately felt as if I have known them forever. I will ALWAYS go back to Kai.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions to be pierced or get a tattoo. Getting my tattoo was amazing and I loved having Sabrina do my tattoo. She was so sweet. But every time I came to this location to get a piercing I was denied by Kai saying ethier she doesn’t do it (which online she said she did) or I didn’t have the right anatomy, but when I would go to other atomic tattoos in ybor or largo they were more then able to do the piercings and all have healed fine by this time.

I’m very anxious and she was super patient with me, and waited until I was ready to go. I unfortunately lost consciousness for a few seconds, and she got me cups of water and candy from the front, and made sure I was okay before walking me to the front. I would go back for a piercing any day

Experiencia fantástica: Things I didn’t know: 1. Minor child needs to have notary signed permission - they will notarize their form but you need $10 cash (I don’t carry cash) 2. Piercings are mostly walk-in, no appointments (long wait when it’s busy) 3. Standard silver/sparkly stud for nose piercings- you can’t pick your jewelry (no pun intended) 4. $50 for side nostril (not exactly cheap) But the piercer Sam is AhhhhhMAZING at her craft. Could not be more please with my daughter’s experience (birthday gift) - personable AND professional ❤️

Cassie, the piercer, was super nice, explained everything and even checked to see if my tragus piercing was still open. I will be contacting her soon for new jewelry for that. Experiencia negativa: my friend and I came in to change two of her piercings. We waited 40 minutes in the lobby after filling out the paperwork. The man upfront said something about the piercer not being ready at the moment. We waited patiently and then another customer came and went ahead before us and got pierced. We were just confused. we continued to wait patiently, and after an hour we left. and the lobby was empty, literally there was no one there.

Kai immediately knew what size I was wearing and helped me find the perfect jewelry to size up to. Super professional and kind. Will absolutely be going back to get my next piercing done here. The jewelry I purchased was high quality and came with an alcohol wipe to sanitize beforehand. The jewelry slid in like butter. Thank you again, Kai!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in after booking with Sabrina for one of her flashes and as expected got an absolutely beautiful piece all in one session and could not be happier with how its’ turned out!! I found her work after going to Jaydica for a while and decided to take a look at the other artists in the shop, love both of their work and styles so i’m happy to say i have 2 trusted artists in the same location!! Would love to come back and visit them for my tattoos almost exclusively. Extremely cleanly, nice, and understanding staff pls if you're considering coming definitely do it!! Experiencia fantástica: I'd been trying to get this tattoo done since early March, but life kept getting in the way. Sabrina was super patient with cancelling and changing my appointment. She's super friendly and has a great demeanor while she's working. Had everything printed out and ready for me to size and place when I arrived. Got the right size and placement and went to town. It's not a complicated design, but it came out beautifully. I barely even noticed the passage of time or the pain. Definitely booking with her again for my next one.

Experiencia fantástica: I was slightly nervous but pleased to find a genuinely kind nonbinary piercer named Kai. They were friendly and weren't offended when I wanted my piercing in a specific spot. I'm not fond of the tipping system at checkout(I know it's been normalized by society even though it's roots aren't good.) I believe people should be paid fairly without the awkwardness of the tipping system. Aside from that, I have no complaints. I like that I received instructions on aftercare because even though I have multiple piercings, one can miss a thing or two.

Experiencia negativa: Had a total of 6 cartilage piercings there 3 years ago, I asked if they could put hoop earrings and they did but did not warn me pain would be very bad for 1 year…. In 1 year I removed all hoop cartilage earrings because pain was still bad… so total waste of money! This year I found this tattoo place in St Pete, and they redid my cartilage piercings, and they told me they could not put hoop earrings in cartilage because pain would be very bad, and that hoops prevented ear cartilage from healing and customers were complaining…

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 11 year old daughter to get her first ear piercing, as well as getting a stacked lobe piercing above my existing lobe piercing. Kai was amazing and went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable and made sure to make it a fun time! They were nothing but smiles and beaming happiness and made sure to mark twice pierce once on my harder to place piercing. It’s a very clean studio with lots of stud options for even the simplest lobe piercing. Walk-ins are quick and easy on an off night. Pricing is competitive, without a decrease in quality. Experiencia fantástica: Their piercer, Chase, is LITERALLY THE BEST. The whole store is very clean and the atmosphere is nice, and Chase is very professional. You can tell they care very much about their clients. I haven't had a chance to really interact with everyone, but as far as my experience goes they're all wonderful in store.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with Chase! I had a rook piercing done from a different shop and was having issues with it getting infected for over a year. I took it out and went to Atomic to have it redone and with different Jewelry put in. Chase was very nice and gave me some tips I haven’t heard from any other piercers before. She also put in the right size bar which I didn’t have before. The last piercer put one in that was too short so my skin would swell over it. I had no idea but after it was changed I could immediately tell the difference (I also went to a very reputable shop the first time it was done). Now my piercing has finally been able to heal and when she put it in she was very gentle and the process was super quick. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Had a bad piercing experience with the piercer name Chase on Saturday. Kinda rude and pierced very slowly and painfully. Should've gotten my piercing done by Kai like I used to but I really needed my piercing done and Kai doesn’t work that day so I settled with this one piercer. Never ever had my piercing done with so much pain after. I’ve been through multiple piercers but never ever had a bad experience till yesterday. She handle my piercing and wounds very roughly. Heard from my friends after about this piercer that she apparently was very rude to my friends so they walked out. I love atomic but this piercer is not it. I would recommend getting your piercing done by Kai.

Experiencia negativa: I went there Friday the 13th and got a little tattoo by the gentleman in the right corner that was African American. I forgot his name but he was very rude to me and did a horrible job on my tattoo. I have plenty more tattoos so I knew this wasn’t gonna turn out good and that I would definitely need to go get it touched up at the least. He only went over the lines once and insulted me for having a couple of Friday the 13th tattoos. You could tell he just didn’t care at all and he’s the reason why people wouldn’t want to get one of these. The lines are barely there to say the least. I will definitely have to go get this redone.

Experiencia fantástica: Kai, you're the best EVER!! I came in ultimately nervous because I wanted to get my jewelry on my chest switched out. The piercings themselves were only a week old and I was worried about the jewelry size, healing, etc cause my initial piercer gave me too small of jewelry. When Kai did the jewelry switch, they were friendly, professional, and very good at what they did because I hardly felt a thing when they inserted the taper! They also properly educated me on healing, gave me some tips, and recommended some... college budget-friendly products LOL. Anyway, normally I don't go to Atomic for anything, but I'd happily request Kai again. ♡

Experiencia fantástica: Kai (piercer) was incredible. To be pierced by a professional was such a treat, and the shop was super accommodating when I requested an AFAB piercer. I typically prefer smaller shops and avoid chains, but after calling around, Atomic provided the best price and accomodations that I was looking for. After almost passing out, Kai and their apprentice handled me like a pro, made me feel seen and heard, and ultimately was done with me in less than 15 minutes. Pros all around, and a very safe and accepting environment to find myself in. Also their office is totally too cute. Love the vibes all around!

She really took the time to make sure everything looked symmetrical and that I was happy with the spacing of the marks before she did the piercings. She is SO kind, calm professional and hygenic. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend going to Cassie if you are considering getting any piercings!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Sabrina at the Countryside Mall location put a 5 word saying on my forearm and neglected to put a space between two words. Then she blamed me because I didn’t catch it and approved the draft. However I was more focused on the right font and trusted her for the simple stuff. Who forgets a space? Any future correction will be expensive. Nobody can read the saying because they get stuck on the two run on words. Horrendous experience! Beware.
