I was sent to that place for a reason & I got to see everything “they” were talking about. The owner is completely money hunger & I saw it for myself first hand. Man tried to charge me $375 for some small bull crap that I purposely went there just to get intel on lmao! I will not be back!!! Second time in the shop & it was my LAST.

Super Nice, very inviting made my whole visit comfortable and fun. She has the cutest pink room and everything matches from her outfit to the awesome care package she gives you at the end. If you’re not sure what you are looking for, she’ll help pick out something fitting for you. I got the side iridescent gem to see what it look like and I’m definitely going back for more. She is professional, explains step by step what she’s doing. Her prices are super reasonable.12/10 I RECOMMEND!!!

Experiencia negativa: i did appreciate the positive attitudes everyone had. However, I came here to get a second tongue piercing and unfortunately it didnt go as well as i hoped. The piercer used the wrong jewelry length, pierced the placement too far back on my tongue, and didn’t use clamps, which was my first red flag. Because of the wrong bar size, the piercing started to embed and caused tremendous pain that I’ve never experienced before. I’ve had a fully healed tongue piercing for over a year, so I know what normal healing feels like, and this was not normal. I ended up having to go to another professional piercer at a different shop to get it fixed. They immediately told me the jewelry and placement were both done incorrectly, and they had to change the bar out before it caused more damage. After switching to the correct jewelry, the pain finally started to ease. I really wish the piercer here had taken their time instead of rushing, because rushing and carelessness of using the wrong jewelry caused it to be done wrong. I shouldn’t have had to pay someone else to correct a fresh piercing. I appreciate when piercers focus on safety and accuracy, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here. After reading other reviews i see others have experienced the same problem I have and the fact that it still has not been corrected is unacceptable. Will not be returning.

I’m very sad about this entire situation… I was really excited to get my cheeks pierced and decided to visit this parlor during a recent four-day trip to Memphis because of the many positive reviews. I was originally scheduled to see a specific piercer, but she was busy and asked a gentleman to perform the procedure instead. After setting up, he marked my face and prepared to pierce. When I asked if I could use mouthwash, he casually replied “before or after,” which immediately raised concerns. He also did not disinfect my face despite the fact that I was wearing makeup. Unfortunately, the jewelry he selected was both the wrong gauge and too short. My cheeks began to swell and swallow the bar almost immediately, and when I asked whether the bars were long enough to accommodate swelling, he repeatedly assured me they were. By the next morning, the ball inside my mouth had been completely engulfed by my cheek. I returned to the shop to have a longer bar inserted. BB, the piercer I had initially booked, re-pierced my cheeks using the correct gauge. However, due to the significant swelling, the piercing could not be perfectly aligned, and it ultimately came out uneven. I ended up removing the right side entirely. BB was extremely kind and professional, and I truly wish she had performed my initial piercing. I believe the swelling made it difficult for her to correct the placement. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. Because of their courtesy and BB’s skill, I feel the fairest rating is two stars. Unfortunately, the initial procedure and lack of proper sanitation made this a very upsetting experience overall.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been getting inked for over 30 years and currently working on getting my entire back done. I recently relocated to north Mississippi and spent several months researching and talking with different artists in the region seeking a skilled Japanese Artist. I stumbled across Ink Therapy and talked with Claus. We had a good vibe with each other and he had all the knowledge of this style of ink. He literally was the first artist I came across that is really into Japanese Tattoos. He knows the style, the mythology, the imagery placement and the color palette. He pulls clean, fine straight lines and can pack in solid saturated colors and fine detail. Not only that… I sat for 7 hrs and could have probably sat for 10. In all my years of being inked I have never had an artist with such a lite gentle steady hand. Majority of the time I didn’t feel like I was being tattooed. I literally could have taken a nap it was so pleasant. I highly recommend getting work done by him especially if you are planning on getting a sensitive area done like ribs, neck, traps, inner arm etc.

Experiencia fantástica: A sibling and I went to get piercings during a day it was super busy. We arrived at 12pm and there were already so many people lined up waiting to be called. While we did leave around 4 hours later, the 5 star review is because everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people yet the actual piercing process did not feel rushed, painful, or sloppy. They also handled the large amount of people very respectfully, amicably and generally in an amazing manner. I would recommend this place 100% for peircings based on my experience.
