Kayla was our piercer, and she was incredibly kind, sweet, and patient with my daughter the entire time. She took the time to explain every step of the process so my daughter felt comfortable and knew exactly what was happening. Kayla made the experience really positive and reassuring, which meant a lot as a parent. My daughter left feeling so happy and excited about her new earrings! The pricing was also very reasonable. The shop itself was very clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciated the professionalism and care we received. I would definitely recommend this shop, and especially Kayla, to anyone looking for a great piercing experience.

The rest of the staff are also very kind and informative. I usually get the $15 jewelry which I believe is their minimum price, and they're all so cute! This place always does discount deals every so often as well, so definitely look into those!!

I was instantly made comfortable in the shop by the employees that greeted me. The shop itself is really cool, very colorful and fun! Jess herself was down to earth, and very relatable (though I am old enough to be her Mom ). Jess had some ideas already prepared, as we had texted beforehand. Her ideas were exactly what I had hoped for, and my tattoo is absolutely amazing! Was able to see Ric who I booked with very fast only a few days after scheduling and few minutes once I got there. Got hooked up with a lil snack before we started after he heard I hadn’t eaten yet which was my fault. And he was gracious enough to give me a slight discount due to me only having my card on me letting me save a bit of money on the card fees.

Overly kind, friendly, talkative, and VERY welcoming. Ric made me feel very comfortable and had a very non judgmental attitude stating if I needed to stand up or get a drink of water. Ric went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and overall enjoyed the process, constantly asking me if I was okay and if my pain level had gone up. Ric communicates in a very non judgmental manner making sure I’m 100% comfortable at all times. Highly highly recommend him for anyone looking for a tattoo artist!!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a long one but I’m SO happy! A week ago I spoke to the shop over the phone with my concerns and questions on toddler piercings. The phone call was definitely reassuring and helped me get over my nerves. I forgot a question about the jewelry and messaged them over IG. They got back to me relatively quick and answered my question! The conversations helped me make my final decision on taking my girls here for their first ear piercings. Also the piercers being APP Certified (association of professional piercers) definitely helped as well. It gives a piece of mind for parents that these people actually know what they’re doing and you trust them easier. Today my family and I took my two daughters (4 & almost 3) for the first ear piercings! I waited to have them ask me for earrings so that they’d understand what’s happening to their bodies (ears) and initially give mom the OK to finally pierce! Came in to our appointment time and were greeted nicely and warmly. We filled out forms for both my kids along with a photo of my drivers license (very important for parents to bring!) Kayla took us (mom, grandma and youngest child) back to the piercing room. We separated my girls to go one at a time to have them focus and just in case, not syke the other one out. Which was brilliant! She put on a show she would enjoy during the piercing process. I personally thought it was so sweet to have some comfortability for a little who doesn’t know what’s going to happen and not get nerves up in a new place. She explained the process to her and the first piercings complete! She cried during the second one but after she was totally fine! Went out, swapped places and my oldest came in. She handled it so well and no crying, she loved the process and was so excited she finally got her earrings! Took some photos and grandpa covered our bill for their birthdays. We purchased the saline spray for cleaning and we discussed cleaning how-to’s with Kayla. Overall, the experience was amazing! From start to finish. We all had the best time. Shop was friendly, clean and welcoming! I felt so comfortable and I will 1000% recommend everyone here. Thank you Ink House Tattoo shop and Kayla for everything! my girls are beyond happy and so are we!

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful studio! My brother and I went for their Cinco de Mayo sale and got some matching tattoos, and I was able to get an extra one as well. The front desk was polite and thoughtful, letting me use their employee bathroom when the regular one was a little hard to navigate with a wheelchair. My artist, June was attentive and fast, and the shop itself is gorgeous! Lots of beautiful jewelry and cool taxidermy. I'll definitely be back ♡

Experiencia negativa: Went with a group of 3 which we called ahead of time and was told we could all be done after 6PM after she did 2 of ours at 5:45. She ended up having a 5 group of people in the back while the last person in the group waited. Finally got into piercing room at 7 only to be sitting there another 15 minutes. At 7:30 we left and said bye only to find the staff talking amongst them selves with a completely empty shop. Would not recommend since they seem to overbook and do not attend to all clients the same. On top of that there were cockroaches crawling on the display glad. Very disappointed since the piercer seemed like she was great but lacked in giving an overall good customer experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a nose piercing done at EMPIRE TATTOO that developed an irritation bump that lasted months with no help after contacting the original piercer. I found Vie at INKHOUSE & she determined I needed a downsize & my piercing bump has basically disappeared! I also had Julissa assist in changing some healed ear piercing jewelry with a captive bead & flat backs. Staff is all very helpful, kind and friendly! They make you feel comfortable and welcomed :) also APP certified is a plus. Shop is very clean and lots of jewelry options to choose from.

Experiencia negativa: initially thought i had a great experience but i was wrong :( i got my navel piercing around 7 months ago and had absolutely no issues with irritation or anything during the healing process. i got my piercing done at another shop and also had my navel bar downsized. i went into inkhouse to get a new piece of jewelry where i was told they only had longer bar sizes. i was assured that this was fine and that it wasn’t likely that i’d have problems with snagging or irritation. i got the longer bar size and loved it at first but ive been having many problems. for one, my piercing has been getting very irritated and has been hurting which again, was never an issue throughout my healing process. on top of this, i also just got a blood blister!! it is profusely bleeding regardless of the fact that i’ve been cleaning my piercing. i understand these kinds of things happen with piercings, but i paid 15 dollars for the jewelry change service and of course for the jewelry itself. i found it a little ridiculous that i had to pay for a jewelry change service, as no other piercing shop ive been to has charged me for that. i called to see if i could come back in to get a smaller bar size or switch the jewelry again and they let me know it’d be an additional 15 dollars for the service fee again!! honestly really disappointed :(. having to pay again because their jewelry didnt work for me honestly feels like a cash grab. keep in mind they charge an additional fee for paying with card at checkout. i thought id found my new go to place in the moval area but wont be coming back

Experiencia fantástica: I got my first tattoo today with Kirby and cannot be happier. She has some of the best fine line work I’ve seen and really brought to life my floral bouquet vision. She has a soul that is just so awesome and approachable even through my consultation she was beyond helpful. High recommend getting tatted up with Kirby if you have any floral pieces or fine line tattoo ideas. All her tattoo pieces look absolutely amazing!! I’ll definitely be back:)

Experiencia fantástica: this was my first time getting a tattoo, so i was pretty nervous. Wasn't sure what to expect but @Jettblackjune helped me pick something out that was a little more my taste. She was very kind, and I would love to come back to her when I'm ready for my next tattoo.
