Experiencia positiva: I went here for Friday the 13th. I called all day to make sure I didn't miss line cut-off. I was driving an hour. We got there at 8 line was cut at 9. We waited for a few hours. They let multiple people go in front of us. Let people in front of us get 3 and 4 even 6 tattoos when the limit was 2. It was 1am by the time it was our turn. The artists rushed. Complained and moaned and groned the whole time. The young artist with the gorgeous hair and two braids in his face was particular rude. They should have cut the line or just told us they could not do it. I'd have preferred that over my shitty rushed tattoo. The lines are not all the same. They put on a crappy spray protectant that we both broke out to instead of the second skin they claim us trash. If they don't want to do 20 dollar tattoos. Don't. Up the price and take less clients. I would not drive back to this shop and I would not recommend them to anyone. They had like 35 pages of 20 dollar flash and free hotdogs that's the only reason they got 3 stars and they are one of the only ones still doing $20. You get what you pay for.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner, Gio was so cool and talkative, I loved his vibe. Chai is the best ever and takes a lot of time to pay attention to details. The piercer was very nice and encouraging, very gentle handed. All of the artists cleaned their spaces before and after and the place was neat. They have a speaker playing with music and the walls and roofs can be signed!! There’s markers at the desk:) Definitely recommend coming, it’s a great ambiance for first timers such as myself. 100 stars✨

Experiencia positiva: This was my first time visiting. My Friday the 13th experience was both amazing and okay. Due to the event we did have to wait about 2.5hrs which I didn’t mind. The owner kept coming out and giving updates. Gave us chips, drinks and hot dogs to keep us okay. The piercer, was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. She tried to make my industrial as painless as possible. I had an apprentice tattooist, and he was not happy at all. You can tell he was over it all, which I truly understand. Never smiled, didn’t greet. Got upset when I asked to reposition the tattoo. He didn’t put any after care on my tattoo. Thankfully he did amazing and his line-work was good. I just wish he was a bit more personable.

He was very patient when I asked to add/take away from the design + tolerated my excessive yapping and encouraged me to keep talking. He welcomed my friend to stay by my side and also let us choose what to watch on TV. Ace also tattooed both my hands fairly quickly and the pricing was reasonable as well. Kevin is very light handed and works fast, checking up on you pretty regularly to make sure you’re doing well. His shop is clean and smells good too!

He got our fonts and sizing just right, had a bunch of colors to pick from, and the process was seamless. He was super fun and professional, and he genuinely seems like a sweet guy. Experiencia positiva: Won a drawing to get a free piercing for my kid. There was a bunch of miscommunication trying to get it scheduled. It wasn't open until 1pm, then the piercer wasn't even there yet, and then they said i'd have to drive back home to get documents nobody told me I needed, and I was starting to get really frustrated. Just when we were about to give up and leave, the guy got a text saying we were good to go. After that, the piercer Christina, showed up. And she was so good with my daughter that all the rest was forgotten. Sterile, clean, professional, friendly and patient with my kids. I would recommend this place for piercing, just make sure to ask a lot of questions about documents, time, hours, scheduling, etc, before going. One you get past all that, it's definitely worth it.
