Experiencia negativa: Really disappointed with how my tattoo turned out. When telling my artist the “n” and “t in Don’t were too far spaced out he told me that it looked just fine and “that’s how it’s supposed to look with the font I chose”. The line work is splotchy and looks absolutely horrific. Can’t wait for my laser tattoo removal appointment. Do not come here.

Experiencia negativa: Went in to arrange tattoo for me and my daughter. Provided reference pictures explained size and locations. Quoted 150 for her 180 for mine, scheduled for a week later. Artist was late. Hadn't worked on our references so waisted an hour while he did that. Inks done and suddenly it's 200 for hers and 250 for mine AND he "forgot" we both paid the $100 deposit to secure the appointments. Would never go back.

I have had the pleasure of working with DP Allen twice now and would highly recommend him and Ink therapy for all of your tattoo needs . I have a sleeve in progress that DP not only brought back 2 life, ( prior work ) but will allow him 2 finish. 2day Shawn Farr was my artist and his font work is on point!!! Getting more Ink !! Shawn Farr for the font WIN !

Experiencia negativa: I received a flash tattoo at the beginning of May from their apprentice, who I was never informed was an apprentice at any time. If I would've known and had a chance to look at her work, I never would've moved forward with being tattooed. The line work is terrible, shaky, and thicker in some spots. Not informing clients when someone is an apprentice and her having no oversight is not a good practice. I have nothing against the artist as she has to learn, but the shop should not have allowed her to tattoo in this event. I have reached out to the shop more than once haven't gotten a response about making this right. At this point I'm now stuck with a tattoo I will have to get fixed. Don't go here.

I personally love tattoos of different ideas and Larry hooked me up. I wanted a hand piece and it’s original, Larry did beautifully on this piece he picked out with my fiancé because i wanted it to be a surprise 5/5 definitely recommend coming here. Also the staff all around is very friendly and has great music taste. It’s a great environment.

I just went to the Friday the 13th event 12/13/2024. It was organized so well this year! I loved it! Super organized, quick and excellent. Experiencia fantástica: 5/5. I recently got an incredible tattoo from Alex - went in with a pretty rough floral idea & he made it everything I had imagined & more & it healed BEAUTIFULLY. My fourth tattoo & my favorite to date. (Had two others done a few years ago by Ofie, also at this shop, also a great experience & great results). A couple days ago, had my nostril pierced by Alix & she was so incredibly sweet & explained everything - it’s also healing so well, with no pain. Ink Therapy is the best!

Experiencia negativa: Some of my friends recommended Ink Therapy after they went for a flash event and had a great experience with great results, wish I could say the same. I went on Friday the 13th (in October) with my roommate to each get 2 tattoos for their event, the line was long but that makes sense, so if you're going to one of their events just make sure you've got plenty of time! The staff was very friendly and did a good job getting everyone in within the estimated times! However, my roommate and I were a little surprised by how the process went down when we got to the back. Obviously, neither of us are tattoo artists so maybe these aren't big deals but just some things we've noticed compared to our past experiences! Maybe this was because of the time limit with the event but they didn't shave the areas that were being tattooed and didn't wrap them all before we left, just one that was fully covered by clothing. Maybe that's normal and fine but we've both had artists that shave the area and put second skin on all of our tattoos to make sure they heal as best they can, regardless of location. After about a week of healing, I noticed the lines aren't as filled in as they should be, it looked fine fresh but I was able to see this just a couple days later. Maybe it was something I did wrong but I did my normal tattoo after care that has always worked well in the past so I'm doubtful. The deal was great but my roommate and I are not planning on coming back.

I was greeted by Alex and although she was booked the rest of the day and had 15 mins before her appts started, she got me Right in and used pliers and magic to get this dang earring out! Experiencia negativa: Went in for the piercing and tattoo event being held for overdose awareness. Had to wait outside in full sun for 2 hours (got a REALLY bad sunburn), then spent 5 more hours sitting inside the shop waiting to be seen. No hate to the staff, but events like this REALLY need to be planned better for customers. Go back to the wait list and text system and have more than 1 piercer to 10 tattoo artists on staff when offering deals that you know will attract a bunch of clientele.

Experiencia negativa: Skip this shop completely, I drove over an hour for a consultation with Shawn. Then got pawned off to some bozo that does poor work. Very disappointed and a complete waste of everyone’s time. If I make a consul with a specific artist then honor that. I will turn anyone thinking of coming here away.

Experiencia fantástica: My partner and I both got our earlobes pierced here about a month ago and Alix was super professional, fast, and overall great. I had a small issue come up with one of my piercings a few weeks after getting it done and they helped me correct it same day as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I've gotten two piercings with Alix now and each time she's explained what she'll be doing and she unpackaged everything in front of me. She gives detailed aftercare instructions and has told me to reach out if anything looks/feels unusual or if I have questions, and I've never needed to. I immediately felt comfortable with her and would recommend Alix for any piercings.

Experiencia negativa: Four of us got finger tattoos and chose Ink Therapy as they said we’d get unlimited touch ups. They later said it was good for a year (okay, that’s fine). Well, the original artist that did them no longer works there and the shop is refusing a first touch up as they “can’t guarantee the results.” We’ll take our business elsewhere for all future work.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I cannot in good conscious say this tattoo shops nor it's artists are of good quality. I had originally schedule an appointment for a consultation with an artist (whom will remain nameless) who's work I thought matched my style well, in September of 22'. the consultation went well, and I put my $50 deposit down, Scheduling the Tattoo appointment to take place in early October. The day before I was to go in to have my Tattoo done by said artists, I received a notifications via text that my appointment had been canceled. I immediately messaged the artist and contacted the shop via phone call, asking why my appointment had been canceled the day before It was scheduled to take place. I told them I had put a deposit down with the artist and to my knowledge the appointment was still on, why was it being canceled without contacting me first. The front desk lady was not forthcoming as to the reason, but mentioned they didn't work their anymore. I was disappointed and sad but I called it a wash and have been looking for another artist since. (in 2023 now) Then about 5 months later, I received an inquiry to my inbox from the artist, asking me if I was interested in having a tattoo done. I told them all the same information I had told them at the consultation appointment. I also asked where they worked. They said Ink Therapy. I explained in brief that my appointment had been canceled in Cctober of 2022 stating that I had made a deposit in September. they informed me that the deposit wasn't valid anymore. I am quite put out by this. I informed them that I find that a dishonest practice due to the fact that the cancelation of my appointment was not my fault. I was not contact by the shop to discuss anything prior to my appointment being canceled, nor by the artist. the appointment was canceled without my authorization or knowledge. I am not pleased with the artist's choice in business practice nor the shop for it's communication skills.

Experiencia negativa: I waited 5 hours with my girlfriend for a Friday the 13th tattoo. We sat in the shop from 430. No one told us how long the wait was going to be. When we asked we were repeatedly told it would only be about an hour. 5 hours later there was still 5 people ahead of us. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This was wildly unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for Ofie and no other. I got 2 tattoos done by her, 2 separate sessions. Each session she did not speak to me once. I had a rib piece done and laying on my side for 4 hours was really bothering my hips and I kept making comments to my friend that was with me that my hips are hurting laying on my side for so long. I was moving around a little to get more comfortable but not once did Ofie ask if I was doing ok. My rib tattoo has a ton of blowout, it's embarrassing to look at.

He was quick, did great work, and was overall a great guy to work on me. 2nd visit, had an apprentice do a tattoo on me. All black Spider-Man logo. She was very good. Turned out great! She's still learning, but if this is any indicator, she will be fantastic in no time.

Experiencia fantástica: I got both my nostrils pierced and my septum done as well as some jewelry upgrades to make them cuter and matching. Alexis did my piercings today and their services were excellent. I would definitely recommend them. It was almost completely pain free. The experience was relaxed, comfortable, and very sanitary. They explained the entire process of the piercings as well as all the steps as they were going through them. They were very gentle but fast with the needle. They offered a really nice selection of jewelry and let me know that they could order pieces as well if they didn’t have them. I will be going to them in the future for my piercings.

Experiencia positiva: The actual piercing and tatt staff are great. Very professional. Very patient with customer questions. End results are amazing. Linzee did my simple ace of spades tatt but her focus was 100% because she really wanted to get it perfect. And she did! The down side of this place is organization. Example when I walked in two staff were talking at my firing off questions and in the end confusing me. Then, since I didn't have my phone to be used for their QR check in process, they had to scramble to figure out how to process me. I received 4 text alerts and 2 emails in advance of this appt. Not a single mention of needing my phone. Check out is awkward. I'm expecting a follow up call from a piercer but I'm wondering if that will happen. I'm glad I went here. They could up their game tho.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been here a few times for special events and piercings but my boyfriend and I went today for a memorial tattoo for our dog and this was his first tattoo ever. DP was absolutely amazing. He made us feel so comfortable and was informative with the process and aftercare. Will definitely be returning soon!
