Experiencia negativa: I’ve gotten my eyebrow done from them twice on each side they all rejected I never slept on them and was very clean 24/7 and I feel like everything I’ve got from them never worked out besides my septum otherwise never again

Experiencia negativa: Just had my anti-brow pierced at around 4pm with a CURVED BARBELL by Sarah, which is literally never okay for a surface piercing. was too embarrassed to say anything once i saw it on my face and paid 50$. took it out 2 hours later after reaching out to numerous other piercers who i trust. im sure shes a great piercer, but thats completely unprofessional and common knowledge. i most likely would’ve been left with a huge scar on my face if i didn’t know the correct jewelry for an anti brow

Experiencia negativa: Went and got a tattoo for me and my girl birthday was her first was my 9th tattoo, not even 3 days she said it look like a infection we went to another artist and urgent care and they said it was , he offered another tattoo instead of refund and was charged to much by a guy with low experience. Would never go back here again , worse birthday present for us both now we have to wait 3 months to get it retouched up . Smh and the boss didn’t even care either .

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional place , I got three ear piercings done and they all got infected and had to be removed . They told me to use antibacterial soap and bactine to clean it and also told me rotate it when I clean it but turns out you’re not supposed to do any of that . They also pierced my ears with the wrong jewelry that went against the anatomy of my ear . I didn’t know any of this was wrong until I went to a piercer at a different place that actually cares about their customers instead of just their money .

Experiencia negativa: Don’t come here for your snake eye piercing the guy pierced my tongue with a smaller bar which you are supposed to have a longer one first and then downsize and my bar kept falling out because it was too small for my tongue and it fell out again last night at 4am and I couldn’t make it because needle masters doesn’t open until 11am and I had to work so when I end up making it here the guy says it’s closed up and I have to wait 2 months but when I come back I have to pay ? Doesn’t make sense it’s not my fault the guy put a bar that was too small this is exactly why I wanted to wait on whitey to come in !!!

Took my daughter to get her 1st piercing (nose pierced) and so happy Whitey did it, he made her feel so comfortable and kept her laughing and distracted, he did it so fast and so good she didnt even flinch! Shop was clean, atmosphere 10/10 recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: i got 2 piercings had a lot of pain and trouble healing both. i’ve had many piercings from other shops and didn’t have this much pain. decided to go to another shop to get them looked at and removed if needed. they stated they both were infected, placement was not good, both needed to be removed. ihave a large keloid inside my ear and i’ve been having headaches since i got them done. in healing process now :(

Experiencia negativa: I’ve gone here for piercings and tattoos. I never really had an issue until recently.. A while back I got my Bellybutton pierced by an apprentice at the time Which I later had to take out because she took way too much skin and the piercing was pulling backwards and would not heal.. I went back to get it pierced again about a year and a half later Just to have it rejected again. I went back recently to get two piercings with my friend and although everybody was nice, it took a very long time to get serviced and even during my service it was a constant stop and go game To where it just took way too long.. I had mentioned something about my belly button piercing, and he had told me that we could pierce it again for a third time and just do it in between the scar tissue. After my appointment, I had gone to a different piercing shop because my eyebrow that I just got pierced had the jewelry falling off, The people at the shop told me that all of the aftercare I was told was absolutely incorrect and unprofessional, and also told me to not get my bellybutton pierced again because now the whole top of my belly button is all scar tissue because of damage they did… I would not recommend coming here for piercings, even though it is cheap, Once again, all of the staff were nice and patient, but I just feel like they don’t know what they’re doing.

Experiencia negativa: although everyone was kind here i’m not happy with my experience otherwise. everyone seems super chill and nice but i wasn’t satisfied. so i have been there a few times to get jewelry changed and it always took a really long time i have waited for an hour+ just to get jewelry changed and one of the piercers had a very hard time changing my jewelry and pinched me a lot. recently i got 2 ear piercings there one of which is crooked i cant get anything directly underneath it like i had planned. i was advised to use bactine which i know is too harsh as ive had 11 piercings before these 2 so definitely didn’t do that. the piercer also talked a lot and kept pausing during my service which made it even more uncomfy and prolonged the pain. i really wanted to give needle masters a chance but i wont be coming back:(

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give less than a 1-star! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO FOR ANY PIERCINGS!!!! I have attempted to call the studio several times, with the call always “getting disconnected”, attempted to reach out via Facebook Messenger with no response! The advice of being told to use Antibacterial soap twice daily for piercing cleaning here to find out is not the proper aftercare treatment, turning the earrings is NOT proper aftercare treatment and the kicker of it all being told to apply Bactine to the ear piercings to help with the discomfort is a HUGE NO! Even on the Bactine site it directs you not to use on body piercings since they are puncture wounds! As this was not my first piercings (but has been well over a decade since my last piercing) but my first at this studio, it is my own fault for not doing my research first! But now I know for future references and in hopes to help others with ensuring you do your research before going somewhere!

They even gave me free balls for my septum when I lost one of mine. The people are nice and you can tell they all have a good relationship with eachother. I normally walk in and never have to wait too long. Whitey is the best and all of his apprentices are also the best. They have good real relationships with customers. I would recommend for piercings, my friends would recommend for tattoos.

Experiencia negativa: Was highly recommended this place by some friends so I decided to trust it. Please do not let the cheap prices attract you. I decided to get another helix piercing, which should be pierced with a stud for healing. However, I was not paying attention and was quite surprised to see it pierced with a hoop. The hoop they pierce with was really small and left little room for any swelling. He then pierced higher up on my helix to give the other one more room (which I wasn’t told up and the placement difference was noticeable between both ears). Anyways, they were aware they put on a piercing that was too tight as I was told to come back and get another hoop if the one I had was bothering me. After two weeks I noticed that my skin was absorbing around the piercing even with proper care. It absorbed quickly and was surprised to see that it managed to do that. Because there was no room for swelling I was unable to remove the piercing myself and had to get it cut off at urgent care. Even the urgent care staff questioned why they pierced with a hoop and questioned why it was so small.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve come in for two piercings and a jewelry change so far. They are both professional and fast, with great prices. I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: i went in for my jestrum, and even though i cleaned it as often and correctly as i should have, it became infected from what i found out was the incorrect grade of jewelry. i know of 2 other people who have gotten piercings here and done the correct aftercare just for them to end up with the piercings to be infected.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here both me and my gf and her sister went here for piercing which all got infected when I went to another piercer she told me that not only was my tongue infected but I had a way to small of a bar and the metal was cheap. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you don't want your piercings to get infected.

I had Emily and she was FANTASTIC! She was very informative and made it her entire goal to make sure my friend and I were as comfortable as possible. I’ve never been there before, so my only experience is this one and I can only speak for Emily. Highly recommend her and Needle Masters! I will say the environment and other personnel in the shop were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back next time I want something done. Experiencia negativa: went and got my bellybutton pierced last Tuesday and right off the bat I noticed something wasn’t right, I did some research and realize that I didn’t have the proper anatomy for the way that he pierced me. And I also thought back and remembered, he didn’t check my anatomy at all! so I went and got a second opinion at a different piercing shop where they told me I should’ve been pierced with a flat navel , which confirmed my suspicions of the piercing not being done correctly . It is very disappointing because I really wanted this piercing, but I had to take it out because it started rejecting. just want to let anybody know before you get your bellybutton pierced please make sure they check your anatomy!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10. I’ve gotten 5 out of my 7 piercings there. They are so awesome. The buy 2 get 1 piercing free deal is awesome. I got my 2nd ear lobe piercing on both ears done, that was perfect. Super easy and barely felt it. Then I got my nostril pierced, and it just hurt a little bit but was fine after about 3 seconds. Most recently I got my septum and belly button pierced on the same day and it went so smoothly. The septum was definitely a bit more painful than the others, but that is common for septum piercings. My belly button was super easy and I barely felt it as well. I love this place so much and will definitely come back in the future. I recommend for anyone getting piercings, especially those new to it. It is a very nice environment and everyone is super friendly. I’m scared of needles but have no problem here because of how comfortable I feel.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick servive. Withing 25 minutes I was given paperwork and wirhin 5 minutes of that they filed the paperwork. Whitey did my peircing and he gave all the info about the peircing and how to clean it and how much its gonna hurt. He was very likabe and I now see why my friends sugested him. The process for a loab peircing was quick and fast and Whitey explaned how to clean it again. All on all for ~$30 a very respectible place to go for a good peircing.

Either they’re crooked or the jewelry is the wrong size. They also use surgical steel which isn’t good for your body. Despite all this i’ll probably still go back.

Both times I was able to get right back to the piercing room and spent a total of maybe 5-7 minutes from the start of piercing to walking out the door.

Tonight I got 6 individual piercings (2 daith, one lower helix, eyebrow, lip, and septum) and the whole time, he made sure that I was okay and gave me breaks when I need them. Anyone who goes can tell that he truly cares about his customers and doesn't rush, even with a full lobby. I've taken my best friend, her sister, and my partner to get pierced by Whitey and will continue going back and recommending him.

John, i’m truly sorry I decided to not let you complete my tattoo and i’m sorry you had to put away your machine. But I was not going to give you my money after several rude comments you made to me. I am 18, you are a grown man. Grow up. Piecers are great here tho and there are talented workers here. Unfortunately I caught them on a bad day.

Experiencia negativa: I ended up going in for my septum to get pierced and everything was cool until she ended up shoving the needle thru and it stabbed all the way thru to the other side of my nostril other then that it was cool but like she definitely rushed it was not a good first experience for me.

Experiencia negativa: I just left this establishment about an hour ago on Telegraph road on January 7, 2023 and had to be pierced 2 times for my navel because the lady who pierced me did it crooked the first time and even now it is still a little crooked. I am furious and annoyed because I paid about $50 for this piercing and it did not go as it should have. The pain was horrible because i had just got pierced to then get pierced again a little over in the same area. I do not know the woman's who pierced me but I would NOT recommend her to pierce women of a larger size. I weigh 245 and my stomach wasn't hard to do at all but she still gave me a horrible experience within her mistakes. I regret going here.

Experiencia negativa: Regretfully I got pierced here by Whitey, he seems to not understand anatomy in the way even an inexperienced piercer should. He does not account for the length of the jewelry to allow proper swelling and healing, even more so if you have "non-white" anantomy. I had 4/4 of my piercing reject after getting pierced here, that has never been an issue for me until coming to him, I've had 20+ successful piercings and one was in a basement when I was 13 so that's saying something. Let this be your warning to stay away from this shop or prepare for Disrespectful and Unknowledgeable employees, as well as a piercing doomed from the start.

Experiencia negativa: Whitey pierced my friend with too short of bars causing their jewelry to sink into their skin and they had to take the piercings out. Even their other location said the bars were too short!! Then refused to sell them jewelry because they left an ACCURATE review of their experience.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible piercers. went to them for 19 of my 21 piercings and i think I got to keep 14 of them at most! I seen a different piercer who suggested taking my helixes (2 of them), and snug piercings out because of terrible placement and the wrong jewelry. i’m now left with a scar on my left helix that’ll be there for who knows how long and if my snug bumps don't go down they’ll be the same. honestly don’t waste your time or money here lol.

Especially due to the way he wanted to help out with the tattoo that was next to the one I was getting. His vision for tattoos is amazing. Even tattoos that may need a little new life, he does that just because he wants to. Never met a tattoo artist that's willing to do that and that's above and beyond!! Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love coming here! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and Whitey does his best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable when you get your piercings. He talks you through things and makes sure you know how to care for your piercings to get the best results.

Experiencia negativa: I attempted to use this service today, but when i showed up today they were behind on clean supplies even though we we called ahead to have our nipples pierced under an hour earlier. We drove 40 minutes to get there and was told oh well its first come its first serve. And they have serviced over 15 people since talking to us even though people there were only getting tattoos. The manager came out came out to reconcile with me and told me he had full control to do what he wants with the shop and we can go to another shop in toledo if we wanted which was another 20 mins away. Very poor service, due to the manager rude attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my piercings done by Sarah. She’s wonderful and super professional. She accommodated to my sister’s hijab when she got her ears pierced, also helped calmed my mom and sister down with their anxiety. I recommend her when getting your piercings, super nice.

Experiencia negativa: I had received the daith piercing from Star, she bent her own needle to make it curved, and had to repierce the spot after the needle didn’t make it all the way through. There wasn’t much of a warning except “you’re gonna feel a pinch.” And then bam. Needle in skin. I didn’t see a sharps container for the needles to go into. But all in all, decent place. Edit: it has been three days since I had my daith piercing, it is too the point that blood is suddenly coming from the piercing. I currently have cotton in my ear to try and keep it from entering my ear canal. I have never bled like this before with any piercings including a previous daith, I wouldn’t go here.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here after having another studio pierce my ear incorrectly and the staff was amazing!! Emily really cares for everyone and makes sure the piercing is exactly what you want. The owner Lisa was so kind and motherly. This is where everyone I know comes and I would highly recommend!!!
