Experiencia fantástica: I got my second lobes done here many years ago and came back to get a rook and conch piercing on my right ear. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel right at home! I wasn't rushed through the jewelry selection at all and they explained every step of the piercing process when it was time to get it done. I'm extremely happy with what we went with for my ear and I felt like I was in good hands for making sure they heal happily and look good. Can't recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Has inventory nobody else has. I had a piece just like this that got lost, had paid $50 for the bar, and reused existing beads I already had because they wanted $15 per bead "that goes with it" When I came back to replace my lost jewelry, they wanted $50 for the bar and $60 for the beads... $30 each!!! And look, within a week it broke. I did my best to epoxy the bead back on, but now it sticks out too far. (I reglued it and got a better result than the picture) Edit: I was contacted by an employee and was told to get a warranty replacement, so I went to adorn east and after a small wait, I did receive a replacement bead.

Casey was our piercer and she was awesome, explaining everything fully to put my daughter at ease. The gentleman at the front counter was really helpful too. It’s more expensive than Claire’s for ear piercing, but for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the jewelry I’m fully satisfied with the price we paid. I absolutely would come here again. 100% recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Service was five star, no complaints there. But $160 for earlobe piercing is crazy. ($90 for the required pair of the smallest earrings available.) I know they say that professional piercing from a place like this is superior to getting your ears pierced at Claire’s for $30, but there was absolutely no difference in the result this time around then when I had it done at Claire’s five years ago. Wish I had saved the money. For something less common and more risk prone, I’m sure it’s worth the money.

Ares explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the placement of new piercing beforehand. They kept everything clean and sterile, which is super important, obviously. I've had numerous compliments on it - even from my parents who aren't fond of tattoos. :D He was very professional and friendly, straight-forward about the process and efficient in his work. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo.

He went over everything and made sure I knew how to care for it. I’m over the moon with how it came out. It’s been 2 days and there’s no swelling at all. All my friends have complimented how good the piercing looks. 10/10 would highly recommend Adorn and Dana! Oh also, everyone in the shop were super kind and welcoming. Dae is extremely knowledgeable, so friendly, and lead this very nervous gal through not one but two helix piercings and did a beautiful faux snug on my twin sister! Dae talked through each step, checked in with us throughout, and even made sure to incorporate breath work. Highly recommend Dae if you want the best of the best!

Cherish was kind, professional, quick, and upfront about everything the process entails. It was honestly what I could only hope for: super smooth when the needle/earrings went in, considerate piercer, and minimally painful. Cherish also gave me (needed lol) advice on the placement of the holes and gave me the opportunity to check if I liked the distance between my existing ones (no surprise, of course I did, first attempt). Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough good this about Adorn in Beaverton. My daughter had her ears periced 4 years ago (NOT at Adorn) We had to have her close them up due to infection. In Nov we had them peirced at Adorn in Beaverton. The peiricing process was amazing and so was the peircer. She was so good with my daughter, walking her through every step and keeping her calm. We have had to go back twice do to some challenges with one of her ears. Again, every person we have come in contact with has been extremely helpful, caring and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fantastic! Took my 9-year old here to get her ears pierced and the experience was incredible. From being greeted, to the piercing, to to checking out everyone was welcoming, warm, and encouraging. She was very nervous but Dana explained the process and aftercare and I learned a lot too. After the first piercing she was woozy and went pale, but Dana was kind and supportive and she was able to center herself and go for the next. I’m especially impressed at how intuitive and tuned in he was to what was happening to her body, and then explained it in a way she could understand. She is needlephobic after being held down (by 3 people) for a blood draw a few years ago, so having that kindness and autonomy was so important for her experience. And after she got a sticker and certificate for first piercing, which was just icing on the cake. Huge thanks for making this such a great experience for her (and me)

I went in for one of the more “adventurous” piercings (at least by my standard) and thought I’d feel anxiety, but the kindness and professionalism of the people there made me feel comfortable. I was pierced by Dana and he was great. He made sure I was happy with the placement and the gauge. He timed his technique perfectly with my breathing, and it was done with minimal discomfort. The room where I was pierced was cleaner than an urgent care center, and they take sterile procedure very seriously. I left the studio feeling glad that I had gone to the right place.

I was fully educated on what materials would work best for my needs and what caused past issues. Money was discussed upfront fir the service and options. He was funny, personable, respected my request to mask (I'm immunocompromised and I felt respected), and was so gentle! This is a man who respects his craft and position. I'm a client for life and will see Dana in the future fir my piercing needs. You'll be well taken care of.

Experiencia negativa: This was my second time visiting this location to purchase jewelry. On both occasions I have been met with less than amazing customer service. One such instance I was ignored entirely while service was only rendered on my partner who was also browsing. On this second occasion my partner made it clear that I was the one seeking to make a purchase and I was shown the jewelry I was interested in. I asked for a set of 4 thread-less studs and enquired about some replacements. Once I was serviced at the counter for payment I was surprised to see that they had only set aside the replacements and were requiring me to set up an account even though I’ve purchased there previously. I was disappointed at the lack of communication and service I received today. There appears to be an air of haughtiness and unwelcome vibes to walk-ins post Covid…. I can’t help but wonder if it was because I wasn’t white and tattooed….

Experiencia fantástica: Needed help with ear piercing after a surgical procedure that required all piercings to be removed. Was able to schedule an appointment for reinstallation of my hoop earrings. Casey was great and caring, making sure I was comfortable during the installation.

Experiencia positiva: I first discovered Adorn because of its great reviews, and my experience getting pierced by Dana was amazing. I instantly fell in love with the place and came back several times. However, on one occasion, I thought I had booked with Dana but ended up getting my septum pierced by Xia. Unfortunately, it was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. The jewelry had to be changed twice to fit properly, which only added to the pain. After waiting five months to change the jewelry, I found out that the piercing was not done correctly. On my most recent visit, I was helped by Colter, who was super sweet and made the experience more pleasant. Based on my overall experience, I would only recommend seeing Dana if you are considering this place for a piercing.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter to get her lobes pierced here back in December 2017. She was almost 9 and we had discussed it for a while before she finalized her decision. I called ahead to make sure they allowed minors, what paperwork would be needed, etc. Definitely a good idea, since I don't walk around with the required paperwork usually. The process was fantastic. First, they required informed consent, which is HUGE for me. They talked to her, clarified to and through me when needed, and made sure she knew what was happening the whole way and that she wanted the piercings. We waited for everyone else to go ahead since piercing a minor takes a bit longer. We just looked at jewelry and talked. It was around an hour to get in, but it was busy. The piercing itself and aftercare were done thoughtfully (making sure she knew what to do) and it was quick. She loves her now-healed piercings! The shop is, of course, very clean. I feel bad saying that because I've never seen one that isn't, but since the stereotype is pervasive and this is regarding piercing a minor, I'll mention it. It's a very welcoming shop. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my kids back here, and I'm planning on going there myself soon. ETA: It's 2024 and we have been back another couple times, same kiddo got a septum piercing and another got a double lobe. I have nothing but raves for this parlor and the piercers. They are so informative, friendly, calming, and most importantly competent. I plan on going here for any/all piercings. If you are reluctant based on pricing, I promise it is worth it. My kiddo's septum is perfectly placed. Lobes are well spaced. Piercers have been so accommodating and knowledgeable. Even overhearing another client with issues from a previous piercing and surgery, she left very happy. Adorn knows what's going on. They employ geniuses at the craft afaik.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to update my thoughts! Ben (the owner) had come in and fixed my issue and gave me a great discount. I really appreciate the kindness and care that he had for me. Thank you very much! I went in to downsize my philtrum. Hannah was amazing and did a great job. However, a week later it fell out and I called to ask if they could just quickly put it back in since it is fresh and I don't want it to close. They weren't very nice about it. Not helpful at all. Pretty upset honestly. After spending $75 for just a jewelry downsize I would expect better customer service.

Back in March I got my seconds and a helix done by Casey and had a wonderful experience. So far the healing is going wonderfully and I haven’t had any problems. I love the jewelry that I picked out as well, they had a great selection. Casey was extremely friendly and did an amazing job piercing my ears. Yesterday my best friend and I went to Adorn to get piercings and we had such an amazing time. We had tons of help picking out jewelry and they answered all our questions and were patient and kind. Their guest piercer, Mantis was the one that pierced us and they were wonderful. I got my septum done this time and my friend got their left nostril re-pierced. Mantis walked us through each step and also seemed to just love what they do. Everything was very clean and organized as well. We will definitely be coming back for more in the future. I spent around 100 for my septum including jewelry and aftercare.

Experiencia negativa: I came in just to buy a septum ring (I have the piercing itself I just need the jewelry) and they want $100 out the door for just jewelry? Lmfao my piercing AND jewelry cost $40 out the door. I also didn’t need anyone to put it in for me (I literally have 22 piercings I’m a big girl- I can manage just fine; yet they insisted me waiting for a piercer) They tried to give me a speech about “high quality jewelry” yadda yadda yadda nah, it ain’t worth no $100 just for jewelry what a rip off

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at Adorn and also my first piercing since getting my ears done with a piercing gun at a department store when I was like 8. From the moment I walked through the door everyone was very friendly. The space is very warm and welcoming. Cherish was my piercer and they were absolutely wonderful. They walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m absolutely in love with my septum piercing and will no doubt be going back to Adorn when I want another piercing.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best piercing shop I've been to. I got my 3rd hole ear piercing a year ago and recently, my nose(2 weeks ago). My nose didn't even swell, unlike the last places that perieced my nose. I was educated on why a hoop isn't a good option as an initial nose piercing, unlike the last shop I went to which gave my a hoop( it was a disaster and healed horribly). It is pricey compared to other shops in town but it is worth the investment. I plan to come back in 6 months to switch out my nostrile ring to a hoop and re-pierce my right nostrile. Dana(I think) was my piercer and he was great, didn't mean handle my nose and talked me through it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for their next piercing. They also have a great selection of jewelry, you will find thing you like.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely incredible. I went in with an appointment for an eyebrow piercing, and was immediately welcomed by kind workers and a beautiful little waiting area. Everyone was incredibly patient, and the process was very easy-going, which made my pre-face-stabbing anxiety lessen a lot. I was lucky enough to be booked with Dana alongside his shadow, and the experience was wonderful. The two of them were very sweet and genuine, and it really felt like they were most interested in me being happy with the result rather than just being there to get the job done. After some consultation, we realized that my anatomy isn't quite built for an eyebrow piercing, and they were very straight-forward about that fact, but assured that if I really wanted to go for it, they would try their damnedest. I ended up swapping for a bridge, and they were endlessly supportive and took plenty of time making sure it was perfectly placed. By the end, I wasn't stressed at all, and their easy conversation made the entire process comfortable. If I ever want something else done, I know the perfect place to go -- I can't recommend Adorn enough. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Dana is incredible!! I’m not new to getting pierced, but I’ve never had an oral piercing. Came to get my tongue pierced and was greatly informed on how to properly take care of it without making me feel like a newbie. He made me (and my friends) super comfortable, was charismatic, and provided an incredibly warm and laidback atmosphere. The process was super quick, and it’s placed absolutely perfectly. The three others at the front desk were equally great! I’ll definitely be returning to see Dana for my future piercings. Thank you!! Update: It’s healed beautifully!! Came back in a couple of times to get it sized down and now it fits perfectly. Everyone is always so friendly and I’ll die before anyone other than Dana pierces me (even though I’m sure everyone else is just as good<3)

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and painless, the team here really made this an easy experience, finding jewelry was difficult because of the wide selection. When we put in my first stud I didn’t like it very much, we went downstairs picked out another and changed it on the spot. The healing process was explained very clearly and your given after care. This was my first piercing and I will be back for more, I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Hannah and the team!

I came in to get my conches pierced on both sides, but they talked me out of it because sleeping on them could cause them to heal crooked. The piercer was very confident and professional, and did a perfect job... I absolutely love my new piercing!

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced. She was a little nervous and a lot excited! She had a fabulous experience with the front staff who helped pick out the earrings and Colter for the piercing. He explained the process with her. She said it didn’t hurt as much as she thought. Colter was really good with her! I would definitely recommend Adorn and would return for any other piercings or tattoos.

I’ve seen Shea a few times now and they’re literally the best! I highly, highly recommend this crew. You cannot go wrong with any of their staff! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely superb staff. Everyone is clearly a professional and is willing to answer any questions and will be super honest about risks and timing. I’ve been thrice now (an old Claire’s piercing troubleshoot, a double-lobe piercing, and a troubleshoot 4 months later for a weird infection that was likely bc I slept with wet hair) and each person I’ve seen (Billy, Dana, and Lia) have been absolutely everything I could have wanted. Experiencia fantástica: I got my naval pierced today and everyone was so kind, I got pierced by Zandr and he did amazing! I was extremely nervous and he talked through everything he was doing and really helped soothe my nerves. Amazing place, I would definitely recommend to come here for any piercing or tattoo. Experiencia fantástica: My 8 yo daughter had her ears pierced. The staff at Adorn is AMAZING. From the welcome staff, Krista, who was EXCEPTIONAL. To the artist, Colter, doing the piercing. Exceptional all around!! I highly recommend Adorn. Front staff made my daughter feel safe. Colter was hands down amazing. Slow and patient and my daughter felt comfortable with Colter.

Experiencia positiva: Very professional and nice! Edit: The piercing got infected, which was probably my fault, but they pretended it wasn't infected and changed the piercing size, which didn't help. I ended up having to take it out and let it heal over, leaving a faint scar. I don't know how to feel about it all. Edit pt 2: I think I'm allergic to surgical steel (my earrings only stopped being irritated and oozy after I used pure silver for them), and them not trying to figure that out is :/

Always making sure she knew what was happening, making her feel comfortable and in charge of the piercing. Very nice and positive experience overall, and she left very happy!

Experiencia fantástica: I have only gotten percings here but wow what a wonderful experience everytime I have gone! I have had both my nostrils and ear lobes done. I've seen 3 different artists here! each one was patient, kind and understanding! when I got my second nostril done we placed it for a hour! she just wanted to make sure it was to my exact liking! There are no surprises they walk you through every single step and I understanding of potential fears! highly highly highly recommend!!! 10/10 experience everytime!

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to get my left ear daith pierced on Friday the 13th. And was delighted to receive the piercing by Cherish at Adorn West in Beaverton, Oregon. They performed the piercing with aplomb after walking me through the process with kindness and respect. They even laughed at my jokes - I was a tad nervous! Additionally, the Counter Person/Reception professional, Krista Jae was helpful and attentive. She/They greeted me, checked me in for my appointment, and provided excellent suggestions on the jewelry for my specific piercing (we had to make some concessions due to the type of piercing and the size of my anatomy). She dealt with me crestfallen face and assisted with the choices in a empathetic fashion

Experiencia negativa: We stopped here to see their selection. We saw that they're busy but just asked to take a look at ring selections. The person at the front was nice at first and provided with prices to what we asked, I asked my boyfriend if we're just looking or buying (as I knew they're busy) he said we're buying. So I happily kept looking and asking for pricing. The person helping us seemed to get annoyed for some reason and said "I'll show this last one and then I do have to focus on my appointments" their attitude changed quickly, and it felt like they were like get something or get out type attitude. My partner actually ended up picking something out, to which the person's attitude changed again and became "nice" once again. I was going to get something as well, but after seeing the customer service I decided not to buy a pricy item and not to give them my business because I think that committing to buying an expensive piece that's going to be on your body, is a decision to make and they should be patient with people making these decisions, and not get mad and change their service based on whether a person will make a purchase on the spot or not. A lot of people will take a look and go home and make their decisions but when they give good service based on purchases, that definitely factors in on whether someone will spend their money or not. My advice: be kind to all your customers, regardless if they're buying or not.

This is how it should feel walking away from a new tattoo. It really makes a difference when an artist puts in the time and attention into how a tattoo fits on the body. My daughter had an appointment with Dana to have her ears pierced after having had them pierced twice before (long story short, she had a nickel allergy, and had to let them grow in). Dana explained in full detail how her ear lobes now had scar tissue, gave her options to help ameliorate the situation over time, and was so incredibly knowledgeable and honest. We were disappointed that she couldn't have her ears pierced, but appreciated Dana's expertise and care. The shop was bright, welcoming and immaculate. Everyone working there was so friendly. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: Went there to get My 15 year old's nose pierced and called set an appointment lady said I would need something stating my name and her name. I brought it when I got there. She's like, oh, sorry. Your name's are different. so I'm going to need some type of evidence. You're her real mother, crazy. Went down the street signed the paper. And got my daughter's nose pierced for half. The price this place is a joke.

My piercer was very professional and they took great care for cleanliness. I was so impressed by all of it and would highly recommend them. Experiencia fantástica: I frequent Adorn East more than West but that's just distance related; I do have to say that Adorn is the best piercing place you're going to find around here. As someone who's spent a lot on jewelry and appointments and troubleshooting past piercings that didn't go so right with other places. Adorn is the place to go to, to not only start your healing journey for piercings that are causing issues but it's the place to be in terms of vibe and culture, and obtaining knowledge. It's worth the price of the jewelry. At Adorn West I can vouch for Lia, Ben, and Kara at this location. They always bring the energy and the most welcoming attitude. Kara is so good at telling you how much everything is going to cost before you go in. She (asked for pronouns) is super patient when I'm looking at all the gorgeous jewelry. That's another point to be made. I think people, especially myself, forget that every piece is HAND CRAFTED so you're basically purchasing art every time you purchase a jewelry piece so if you're wondering about the price, that's why. Also, because there's no other shops near by that sell anything like what Adorn has. Adorn is one of a kind and it has one of kind people working for them. Lia is the first piercer that ever made me feel like I found a place to call home when it comes to getting pierced. She is very honest and definitely someone that can guide you through your piercing journey. She is a light in a dark space. Ben is super encouraging when browsing pieces and after having the jewelry put in. He (I think I checked the Instagram page but I'm sorry if the gendering isn't right) is so funny and just a hoot to be around!

They walked my child through everything, made sure they were comfortable with each step and continued to check in with her. Everything was very clean and well organized. It took my daughter almost a year to work up the nerve to get this done, I’m so happy that it was a good experience for her.

Experiencia fantástica: The only place we go to for piercings! They have done both my daughters’ ears, nose, septum , belly button and more . All have been very professional, super clean, sterile techniques. They were all so patient and kind with their first piercings when they were younger teens. You pay a little more because they use one time use sterile items but it is worth it! Not a single infection with their technique and thorough after care directions. I also appreciate that they don’t try to pressure to purchase expensive jewelry. They allow you to look over a plethora of gorgeous and some unusual options and let you decide what you can afford. My oldest went across town and got a cheaper piercing and it got infected. So you get what you pay for! During covid you could make appointments and they were very thorough about their processes which I appreciated !
