They were very professional, calmed her anxiety by talking through each step, and pierced both ears at the same time. The shop and piercing kit were clean and sterile and made for an amazing experience for my daughter! Will definitely be returning, whether that be for another piercing or a tattoo.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been several times and even though I get piercings and smaller services, I'm always treated with kindness and respect. I got a cartilage piercing tonight and my experience was great (as it ALWAYS is). Tabitha patiently listened to me (as I nervously rambled) and helped me pick a location when I asked for a cartilage suggestion. We went with a flat cartilage piercing and it's perfect! (She even listened when I said I would change it to "something sparkly" as soon as I could change it out... And Jarrod actually used a sparkly star earring to pierce and now I don't have to wait!!! I wanted to cry at being treated so well.) These may sound like small things, but I'll tell ya... I've had a very rough time lately, losing both parents within a year, dealing with rude customer service at some local places. I have a birthday coming this month--just upsetting things all around. I needed something small for myself. And the attention to detail and creating a comfortable space for clients... That's what Psycho Clown does. Thank you Jarrod and Tabitha! I'll definitely be back.

I sent him some vague ideas to start and he came back with a fully unique tattoo that met all of my needs, including cover up. He is extremely skilled and the shop is always clean and ready. Great to communicate with and is very responsive with scheduling and design! On both of my tattoos, his fine line work is incredible. I had my children's names done in script for my first. My most recent had a fuzzy bee, a snake, and writing to memorialize my sister and grandmother. I have attached the bee and snake. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Got my nose pierced here a few months back, never had a nose piercing before and it got infected. I called before was told by the female working that it would be $40. Came right to the shop, was told by the same female that it was $60. Paid it regardless and it got infected pretty bad. Swelled regardless of cleaning it many times a day. I have used this shop many times so I hate to say it but I had a bad experience and will not return due to it all..Plus, the owner is outright unprofessional and rude. True shame, could've truly could have came to a easy resolution.

Just stabbed through cartilage and in the wrong spot. don't get me wrong it was a good size, just very much in the wrong spot. please don't do septums if you don't want to do them right.

Experiencia fantástica: I am thrilled with the work Vance did for me. He was very professional but also outgoing and encouraging. I needed a little pep talk because the smaller tattoos I had done at a shop in Austin turned out not so great, but he was very knowledgeable and informative about what works best and what should be avoided. And he was right; bigger tattoos really do look better long-term! The lines he did are clean, I didn't really feel any pain, I didn't see any blood, and here i am, less than a month later (and because I listened intently and followed his after care instructions), it's already healed up and looks fresh as the first day. I plan on going back to Psycho Clown tattoos and getting a giant metatron's cube/mandala fusion piece on my lower back, hopefully sometime in the very near future. This place is a hidden gem, and the folks working there are experienced and safe and clean and just all around awesome people. I highly recommend!

I posted on a Facebook page looking for a miracle and didn't know I'd find this incredible gem named Jarrod! He reached out to me personally and was exactly what I was looking for. He was able to get me in same day to check out my MESS and scheduled me right away. He worked some serious magic on me. I'm SPEECHLESS. I didn't think he could make it look this good. You can even tell this was a cover-up to a cover-up. I'm grateful, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for a tattoo after Jarrod tattooed an artist's autograph on my mom in the early 2000s- came in with a custom piece by the same artist while my mother got a 'get what you get' from Megan. Jarrod did an awesome job! Communication was super clear leading up to and at my appointment with both him and Megan. Jarrod was very clear about what he was doing while doing the tattoo itself and when asking about making artistic changes, and if he asks you, you should trust him. He suggested color and lighting changes that I never even thought of that made the art look 10x better. Photos seriously don't do the color work justice. They were both super accommodating of my schedule, too, since I went on a long trip very shortly after so the touch up had to wait a bit. It was touched up by Megan who did an excellent job as well, and even asked me about my trip, which just shows me how much they listen to their customers and clients. My mom is also super happy with her tattoo and she brags about it all the time. We'll definitely be coming back in the future for more work done. Super clean shop with friendly artists who know what they're doing!!

The owner reached out to me and made the situation right in a timely fashion. One of the oldest standing tattoo shops in the Fort Worth area, and I would imagine it’s because Jarrod makes customer service his primary responsibility. Not only did he fix a really bad tattoo, he made it look better, did it in a quarter of the time, didn’t charge me for it, and made me feel good enough that I will for sure be coming back to him to finish my arm up.
