Experiencia fantástica: This shop is amazing at taking walk-ins and appointments. The atmosphere is friendly and fun and the music is a little bit of everything and made it a great and relaxing experience for both tattoos and piercings. The staff is friendly and caring. Got a flash tattoo and then liked the shop so much I went back for one of my tattoos that needed some serious TLC and Simon knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t have found a better artist or shop to do it. Then decided I wanted a Monroe piercing and he fit me in the day after my tattoo and got it done quickly. Overall highly recommended this shop!

Experiencia negativa: My sister and I went in for the St. Patrick’s Day $30 piercing special, but the experience was disappointing. My sister was getting a Medusa piercing done by an apprentice, which we were fine with, but he wasn’t given the proper support. The “mentor”, was rude and unhelpful, scolding the apprentice in front of clients instead of guiding him. As a result, my sister’s piercing had to be redone, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The apprentice, did his best, but it was clear he needed assistance that he wasn’t getting. My own ear piercing went smoothly, but the overall experience was frustrating. We waited over 30 minutes, and to top it off, the card machine wasn’t working luckly, we had cash. If they’re going to run deals like this, they need to be better prepared. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve their professionalism and organization.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment scheduled for 09/21 at 4:30 for a tattoo session I bought a voucher for. When I went jnfor my appointment that day I was informed my tattoo artist has quite the night before. The tattoo shop was nice enough to hold my appointment time and accommodate not only me, but 3 other people. The tattoo as aetist I got was named Brian. He was nice enough to accommodate me and to outline a desire I had in mind. I had an amazing experience with this place though we had an issue upon arrival. I appreciate that he tattoo shop honored my time, my appointment, and my money. Accomodations were made and my tattoo was still done the same day though 3 tattoo artist has quite that same morning. I really enjoyed this place and I love the my tattoo came out. I definitely recommend this place they go above and beyond for their customers. Brian is a good tattoo artist, my tattoo barley hurt and I was done in about 25 minutes.

Piercing went well. I had a lot of swelling ! (Not due to him) and I went back in today Sunday, because I was in so much pain because the bar was to short for me. And I swelled so badly! He switched out the bar and took care of me and my huge lip ! lol. All of the guys were nice and helpful and comforting ! The shop is so nice! So clean! And AMAZING pieces and tattoo artist!! If you want a piercing or tattoo. THIS IS YOUR PLACE !! This is forever my go to place and will tell anyone to come here ! They fixed my problem quickly and nicely ! As a woman it’s hard to find places where men make you feel comfortable BUT HERE is one of them!!! Make sure you ask for Rigo for a piercing !! And I wanna add the problem I had was not because of the job he did piercing. But because of my anatomy and how I swelled 10/10 recommend !!!

Experiencia negativa: I actually feel very devastated to be writing this review as I have gotten ALL of my tattoos and piercings done here (besides one tattoo and one piercing). I even brought like 6 friends and family members here to get work done at various points. Simon and JD did my work, as well as one other guy whos name I can't recall. They were awesome! This was the shop I recommended to EVERYONE, and unfortunately now it will be the shop I advise people to stay away from. The guys who used to be there were so sweet, idk if they're still there. However, we came from out of town the other night to get some food and I remembered the promotion that was posted for the zia tattoos. I was excited to go back, it was about 2 hours til close. We first went to the shop near where the old Walmart used to be. They literally refused to do my tattoo and said it was their choice if they wanted to participate in that promo or not. Understandable, but that definitely should've been made clear in the actual promo. They said to go to the new location downtown and they would do it there. I guess getting up off the couch was a lot for them. They were pretty rude. Upon arrival at the other shop, we were met by a nerdy guy (not being mean, just that's how I would describe him) glasses, dark hair. Said he was the only artist there at the time and he was "too tired" to do my tattoo. TWO HOURS before close. Why even be open at that point? We tried to see if there was anything else he would do that wasn't the zia promo at which point he told us he was "out of grippy things" and his hands would hurt.. and he had already done "a million tattoos" that day and he was tired. At which point, my husband offered him a redbull we had in the car, just jokingly. That dude ended up cussing us out and literally chasing us down the stairs and into the parking lot.. threatening us and acting completely insane.. I am DISGUSTED. He refused to give us his name or the owners info. So if the owners of this company would like to reach out regarding this, I'd love to address it. If not, we will just simply never return, as sad as that is to me. That was the most insane experience and was actually very scary. I do not recommend going there and asking for a tattoo at the tattoo shop.. apparently that's a lot to ask and they'll literally get aggressive with you. Very disappointed to see what has come of this place since we moved.. it used to be a really good place.
