Experiencia negativa: Bad customer service,they tell you to go at a certain time and when you show up they tell you to come back later. Had to go to a different shop(Grand legacy) to take a look at the issue,they were super friendly and knowledgeable.

He tattooed me for 7 hours straight and never lost his steam - he kept the vibe very calm, was great with conversation, and even took some brief pauses to help guide me through the process when the pain was getting to me. Fantastic artist, super nice guy; I’d recommend him to anyone and will definitely be returning to him in the future.

She designed it to flow with another piece I already had and worked w me to make it cohesive, organic, and elegant. Her linework is sharp and she did some shading to bring it to life like I wanted. Throughout the tattoo she was attentive to my reactions and asked how I was doing. I love the vibe of the shop and the people there as well! I booked my appointment online and I loved the way you could fill out your information, and give them a description and even a sketch or photo of your idea. They have all their artists portfolios online so you can pick your artist. I had 2 artist in mind and got paired with Kenzie who was 1 of the 2 I wanted. She texted me and coloberated with me to make my tattoo perfect. When I went for my tattoo she was friendly and prepared. She has a light touch and an amazing attention to detail. She didn't rush anything and my tattoo turned out perfect. Her line work is crisp and precise. This tattoo is special to me as it was to honor my mother who passed 3 years ago. All I can say is that if you want a tattoo or piercing this is the place to go! But don't book Kenzie cause she's mine! Lol just kidding, book Kenzie because she is amazing and you won't be disappointed!

Her attention to detail is unreal and her line work is out of this world. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does, and she made the whole experience so fun and comfortable. Kristine worked on some of the others in our group, and even though I didn’t get tattooed by her personally, I loved watching her work. Her lines and detail were incredible — she seriously crushed it! The whole shop had such good vibes — everyone was so welcoming that it felt like we’d all known each other forever. Let me tell you, I did loads of research to find the best reviews and experiences with piercing baby’s ears. I have heard horror stories. After doing a great deal of research, I found Birdie to have a great reviews, and we now know why. She was kind, knowledgeable, took her time, and did an incredible job (how anyone pierces a baby’s ears to begin with is beyond me- extremely challenging). She did it confidently, swiftly, all while making us feel comfortable, and our baby as well. Small touches like putting on Disney music, directing how I hold her and encouraging colorful images and engaging sounds to get baby to turn and look. We are SO grateful we found her and left the job to a true professional. The shop itself was clean, inviting, I would eagerly go back again for any piercing or tattoo need. The next day, her birthday, she was so jazzed! She came in ready to rock, she picked her earrings and did great…until the pain set in after the first ear. I thought we were going to have to leave because my girl was not cooperating for the other ear. But Birdie was patient, understanding, worked her magic and we pulled through! It’s been 4 days and her lobes are doing great! She loves showing them off and telling people she was almost going to be a pirate (one ear pierced), but she was brave so she could be a princess (both ears pierced). Experiencia fantástica: It was my first piercing experience. I didn't know what to expect. The piercer, Josh, was helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and preparing me for what to expect, showing me where the needle would go and when to expect the needle to go through. As someone with an aversion to needles, this was helpful. The actual piercing through my earlobes barely hurt. Later in the day, they started to hurt a bit, as the blood rushed to them. The next week or so, they were sensitive, but I never noticed any blood or puss from them, since I cleaned and washed them regularly. I love the look; I recommend doing it, and this place in particular!

Experiencia fantástica: We made an appointment with Josh to get my daughter’s ears pierced. She is 9 months old, so I wasn’t sure how it would go. He explained everything in detail. She missed her nap so she was a little (a lot!) cranky when we got there. She screamed as soon as we took her out of the car. Josh was a champ and executed the piercing perfectly and didn’t let the temper-tantrum phase him. The whole process took maybe 4 minutes. I will definitely be back for my own ear piercing (always wanted the second hole done). He was quick, super clean, very professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My daughter took an excellent hour long nap after, which was a bonus! 2 1/2 years later…I returned to Josh for my daith piercing. I have suffered from migraines for so long and have tried all the medicinal things. He was so kind and gentle!
