Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best experience I have had in a tattoo shop. Jesse was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient and made sure everything was perfect. I will absolutely only go to Euro from here on out.

Experiencia fantástica: Son got his nose pierced here, was top notch, treated well and made comfortable. Plenty of jewelry choices and was so happy we are headed back for more. We had tried another shop in town, but they wasted our time, tried to over charge, and where just a terrible experience.

Experiencia negativa: Usually I do not give ratings… but I will say, I am disappointed. I have heard from everyone I know that euro is amazing, but I did not experience that. I got my earlobes pierced and It was going good! Great piercer, quick, and painless.. until it was literally sinking into my ear. The earrings were way too short and tight (although they were as loose as they could go). So I call to get their professional opinion on what I should do. I was basically told that they only have one type of earring, I was overreacting, and to just keep pushing them up regularly. And that if I was worried too much, then I should buy jewelry and have them replace both of them. Last I knew you don’t have to push earrings up or buy your own jewelry unless getting it downsized. I went and got a second opinion, they told me that it was pierced at an angle and it would take longer to heal. And that what they told me to clean it with, would do more harm than good. One side is mildly infected, the other has damage to my skin. It $60 for a service that was done completely wrong. I understand that sometimes piercings fail, but it being pierced incorrectly and telling me to clean it with something that isn’t necessarily good? I thought it was the time to write a review. It would have been different if they were nice about it and maybe offered to look at it? Any other alternative could probably be better than what they gave me.

Experiencia positiva: Went to get al capone and it looked good but then noticed the eye was fading and went back and had it retouched and now it still looks faded and I have tattoos over 20 yrs still look good and never faded.

Talked about a few different design options and she came up with a design I really liked. Since then I have got 2 more from her and all of them have turned out amazing. Will be returning for more work from her.

Each one came out amazing—clean lines, beautiful detail, and exactly what we had envisioned. Amanda is not only extremely talented, but also professional and efficient. She worked in a timely manner without ever making us feel rushed. You can really tell she cares about her craft and her clients. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work from a skilled and thoughtful artist!

Experiencia negativa: Woman with ginger hair charged me $100 minimum for a letter B tattoo because that was “shop minimum” when I called hours earlier, they said I can come in and work out the price. She even said she was getting new tattoos to fill her portfolio, which means she’s isn’t experienced… why would they charge at that rate if she’s relatively new? Not coming here again, thanks.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to get two anime tattoos and spent like 300$ something on them the dude the the stencil on upside down, and then I noticed now looking closely that the one my left forearm he did it completely wrong upside down, and the one ony right there's a line that is not symmetrical whatsoever smh it's my fault but these guys should not be in business I got robbed for the price and the crappy work that was done super unprofessional receptionist guy was just playing call of duty mobile with the "office" and paid little to no attention, they also didn't have me fill out any waiver's or anything :/ never again

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE!!!!!! My ear literally ate the earring and was soooo infected and it was put in at an angle! I went to tattoo bobs to get it fixed and re-pierced and was done amazing and had immediate relief of pain the same day. I do not recommend going here for piercings, I don’t know how they are with tattoos but I know tattoo bobs will do you great. Also the earring was wayyyy to short/tight for my ear and didn’t give it enough room for my earlobe to swell even a little bit.

Experiencia negativa: I had bothTragus pierced. Treated them as instructed and the next day I slightly itched by my ear and it like BENT out of my ear. CHEAP EARRINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

He also makes sure the piercing is marked correctly and in the spot where it should be (he double checked it and asked me as well). Definitely recommend going to him for any piercing needs!

Experiencia negativa: what a terrible experience the piercer here has a nasty attitude and did a dermal and she did it cockeyed and didn’t use tweezers to put it in. she used her fingers and it took her maybe 3 minutes to put the jewellery in so all that digging is guaranteed for a black eye. don’t go here if you want piercings!!!

Experiencia negativa: The piercers here are terrible every piercing I've gotten was with poor quality jewelry and all of the advice I've received was awful and unsafe one guy told me to crush up aspirin and rubbing alcohol to heal a bump which can result in a chemical burn another guy whos always wearing a bucket hat tried to rip out my L bend instead of angling it properly because he assumed it was a bone and caused my nose to bleed profusely that same guy tried giving me advice on stretching my ears which he told me he uses acrylic tapers to stretch his large guage ears and "it will hurt but you just have to push it through" then told me he wears the tapers for several days before switching to silicone tunnels all of which can cause blowouts and horrible infections then he charged me 15$ after that just to rip out my nose ring

Experiencia negativa: I had a decent experience when I got my septum pierced a few months back, my piercer was rude about me being nervous which I understand he was just trying to do his job but it was extremely unprofessional to be rude about it, and he gave me horrible after care advice, I understand that that's not his job but if you don't have the right advice then dont give any. I had an okay experience, it was just extremely unprofessional of him to be rude about somone being nervous, I never got his name tho, I might have but this was a few months back so I have forgotten by now.

Experiencia negativa: Decent place, a few good artists. Pick and choose wisely, ended up going to get a piece done and never had it finished, was told to come back the following weekend to finish. I came back multiple times and they said the artist is arrested. Regardless the piece should’ve been done (by the next available artist) since the money was paid. But it wasn’t ever finished, they said they couldn’t help me.

Experiencia negativa: I stopped here to get a piercing done and a girl in the parking lot with short black hait told me they were closed already although they were not, I came about 15 to 20 min before closing time and a piercing takes 10 min, she basically turned away our business. I guess I should have stuck with Tattoo Bobs after all, they're never scared to stay an extra minute. What kind of business turns business away??!!

Experiencia negativa: Took my daughter, even after being warned about potential infection from someone who also was pierced here and got an infection. My daughter ended up with an infection, we take great care of our piercing and tattoos in this house. That same day I asked to have some jewelry replaced and she clamped the hoops shut instead of putting the ball in. They were clamped closed crooked/ partially open and keep getting my hair and shirts caught in them. At least they didn’t get infected like my daughters.

Experiencia negativa: I was told to go to this place to get my nieces ears pierced again, because the lady was really nice and they did a great job. So I drove my niece an hour away, to get her ears pierced and she was super excited. When we get there the lady was extremally rude telling us that they don't pierce children under the age of eight. I asked if it was on their website saying this, because maybe I had missed this when I looked. She said no that was the hirer ups that did the page and they didn't put it on there. She then says "sorry" in a haute tone and says "were done here" and walks away. Mean while my niece is devastated and the people behind us left because they were there for the same thing! So we go out to the car and call up, what i thought was another establishment and ask if they pierce children under the age of eight. They say they do and says to come on in, it was the same place just under a different name. So we call back and let them know we were just there and turned away. The guy had us come back in and another person pierced my nieces ears. This guy was amazing with my niece and she was soo happy with her ears. Moral of the story is if you work with the public you should be nice! If you don't feel comfortable with doing your job on a young client just let them know and not walk away from a potential paying client. I would never go back to this lady, but I would go back to the guy.

Experiencia negativa: Got my helix pierced here in July. Piercer used a stud instead of a bar, and a butterfly back which left no room for swelling and it ended up sinking into my ear. Had nothing to do with my aftercare, as I was cleaning it twice a day and avoiding laying on it. Had to get a procedure to remove it, currently on antibiotics. Save your time and money and avoid this place for piercings unless you want them to go wrong.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not sure how to rate a tattoo shop that isn't good at re-doing tattoos. Their tattoo artist were making all types of excuses on how they couldn't fix an outdated tattoo. I'm like if you can't work with something that is already completed, why would I want you to put new art on me? I'm definitely not getting a tattoo from this place.

I was so pleased when Souk told me he could do the sketch in 30 min and we could do the tat TODAY! It is my first tattoo and I was so happy that it didn't hurt. He made it look even better than the pic I came in with. I was trying to plan my next tat while I was in the chair. Highly reccomend Euro Tattoo and Souk!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve only delivered to euro tattoo so don’t mind the 1 star it has nothing to do with their work. But I will say they’re TERRIBLE tippers!! I’ve delivered to a couple of the females there from a couple different food apps. But they order a bunch of food and hardly tip 5%. depending on which app they use us drivers are only getting paid 2.75 - 3.00 a delivery with out a tip or with a bad tip. I realize it’s my job & I can quit. But there is a way they show us deliveries with out the full payment & we won’t see the full amount until after we deliver. There are excellent tippers out there that get exceptional service from me. & then there’s terrible tippers that don’t even deserve their food, but get it Anyway. Don’t order delivery if you don’t like the service fee because WE DONT GET ANY IF IT BUT 2.75 or 3.00 so plz do better. If you can afford to buy the entire staff lunch or dinner you can afford to show your driver appreciation with a 15% plus tip. You might say I shouldn’t deliver if I don’t like it, well I say go get your own food if you don’t like to tip!!! This is how the people you pay 100s of dollars to, to get tattoos this is the same group that has the #1 shop in the city. do better ladies & gents!!!

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I got our Medusa and conch pierced here today by Colton. We were both super nervous, but he did a phenomenal job and was very reassuring! Piercings look great and he's an awesome guy! Update: Lowering to 2 stars because this is NOT a go to piercing shop like they claim to be. Online they claim to be able to pierce everything but when you stop in they tell you they only do the basics. They can't even change out more 'advanced,' piercings, let alone pierce them. They also use low quality jewelry. They claim to be the best piercing shop in Rockford yet they use hoops (stainless steel, no less) in fresh piercings. Any real reputable shop knows better.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a 3 inch tattoo. Was told it was going to cost 220, was fine with that considering all my other 3 inch tattoos costing about the same price. My tattoo is not 3 inches. At first I was presented a half inch stencil, asked for bigger and was told normally it’d cost more but she’ll do it for me. That is ridiculous. Even now the size she came back with was not what I intended on getting. The tattoo itself is beautiful, but the artists should know what 3 inches is. They should also not charge near 250 for a half inch tattoo. I will never come back here again.

Experiencia fantástica: They did a stunning job. I got a traditional tattoo done here around a year ago and ever since I've been getting compliment after compliment. I went in to another tattoo shop for a friend's tattoo and even they were appreciating this piece. My only regret is not getting all my previous tattoos done here.

Experiencia positiva: Went for a last minute tattoo the day before my birthday. Not very detailed and only about 3 inches and paid $200 for it. Seemed really pricy considering the size and being a simple design. It was a good first experience it just seemed like a lot to pay.

The piercer was SO nice, patient, and understanding. She did not get her ears pierced. He reassured her that it was okay, and completely normal to be scared. They even refunded me for the cost of service. Great place with 10/10 customer service. Thanks guys!

Experiencia positiva: New location, same awesome staff and same wonderful atmosphere. We were put on the schedule within minutes and out the door within 20 minutes. My Intern wanted a couple of piercings and she was happy with the outcome. I'll definitely return once I figure out my tattoo situation, but for all others, you should swing by Euro Tattoo and at least visit. I think you'll definitely be pleasantly surprised.

Experiencia negativa: This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On their website it says walk ins accepted and consults available. We went there TWICE and they were “booked or not available” for either a consult or tattoo. We were at least trying to get a consult so we could show him our idea and set up an appointment to come back but they said no appointments are necessary and didn’t even ask to see what kind of tattoo We wanted. Pat barely acknowledged us and only set up an appointment after we went there two times and called in advance. When we showed up to the appointment- he didn’t even ask if we had an idea of what kind of lettering tattoo we wanted and began sketching a name on his own. Mind you This was done with the worst attitude possible. After 3 mns he was done with the sketch and showed us n was absolutely no where near what we were wanting. He was so annoyed when we told him we had a different vision and after he saw our idea he said “he didn’t have time for that kind of lettering tattoo” even tho we had an scheduled appointment. Why do you bother making appointments then? We went there twice prior to the appointment and he didn’t even ask to see what we were wanting. Why not give a proper consult before scheduling an appointment for someone? We literally wasted so much time going back and forth and it was all for nothing cause at then end he didn’t even wanna do it the way we envisioned. I’m so disappointed of this place because we had high hopes after reading the reviews but Pat has a very poor attitude and lacks professionalism as well as customer service skills. Definitely isn’t a welcoming place. I’ll be taking my money to another place where they welcome you and are willing to work with you. After all a tattoo is something you will have for life and need to make sure you will be satisfied. Is not free so don’t act like you are making ME favor.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to get a tattoo, sent my ideas to Pat and all I can say is he KILLED it. This piece is my favorite and he made it look even better then I envisioned. Definitely will be going to him from now on!!! I would highly recommend him and honestly all of them. It’s a chill atmosphere and they work well with you.

Experiencia negativa: My industrial was pierced December of 2020 and the gauge of the bar was not the proper size nor was the length, it didn't heal for a long time and kept bleeding until I had to go to another place and get a new bar in and then it healed very quickly. I'm not sure about how good their tattoos are but be careful with who does your piercings. :)

Experiencia fantástica: I love my tattoo. Patrick did an amazing job and the price was fair. It only took him 30 minutes he had a good vibe and made me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Bly did an amazing job! We definitely made the right choice going to euro tattoo! She got us scheduled and 3 tattoos done! I will definitely be returning to her in the future. The last picture was all her artistic abilities. I put full trust in her after giving her a guide line of what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park. The whole crew was friendly and respectful and just about every one stopped and asked us if we had been helped while waiting for our appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I was originally looking at going to this shop to get my medusa and second nostril pierced but after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t. The way the owner responds to bad reviews is disgusting. I ended up going to a shop in DeKalb instead (gonna keep the name private because judging by the owners responses I don’t trust that he won’t go attack the piecer at that shop online). But funny enough, I told that piercer I was planning on going to this shop originally and he told me I dodged a bullet. He said he’s had so many clients come in with horror stories from here and he had a few of his own horror stories. Spend your money at a shop that’ll treat you right and act professional no matter what the review is smh

Experiencia fantástica: New location is awesome. Amazing piercer!! Got my 17 year old daughter her bellybutton and helix pierced for her bday. In and out in 10 minutes, looks great, little pain. Under a hundred bucks with tip. Definitely recommend and will return.

Fair price with God quality starter jewelry included! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. While I was waiting, the very sweet girl at the front desk set me up to talk about my tattoo idea. Ben was very professional and showed me his portfolio to give me a better idea of his style and skill level. He is very talented and quoted fair prices! Everyone was happy to answer questions with patience and professionalism! Im very excited to get more work done with them. Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought in my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced a few weeks back and Colton was amazing with her!! He was so kind, warm, and caring and did an incredible job!! She didn't even cry! He's so great with kids! Such a great experience, highly recommended!
