Experiencia negativa: I don’t see how there are any good reviews for this place. I got a sternum tattoo of flowers on my chest. The artist asked me if I wanted to wear pasties. I told her I was ok. She then proceeded to tell how there will be guys walking around and they may see my breast. We were in a room, but she had the door open. I told her I was fine with that. She still insisted I wear them. Very unprofessional. I am barely an A cup. As an artist you should do what makes your customer comfortable. Absolutely weird and gross.

Experiencia fantástica: The shop is very clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice. My child was very anxious about getting her ears pierced (even though it was her choice, no one made her) and they were patient.

Experiencia fantástica: My son got his first tattoo and it was something he wanted for over a year now. As a mother I was so nervous. My friend from work referred me to Jay he was absolutely amazing, and his design was better than we had in our mind. It was so Personal and meaningful .As a mother I new we where in good hands. we went in there to talk to him for our consultation. finally it was the day of his tattoo and he was so excited to get it. I was still nervous Jay listened to what we wanted and he did such amazing job. The staff there were so friendly and very welcoming I forget the lady name up front but she was so friendly. When my son was all done the staff that was working that night all came out to see his tattoo and they were so nice Jacqueline was so friendly too. As I was paying I was almost in tears because how happy my son was and Jay really has amazing work. thank you so much for taking care of my son first tattoo and the experience was amazing and not to mention how clean the store was too. Thank you to everyone a Red Dragon.

Experiencia negativa: I'd heard such amazing things about J and the others so I was going to bring my kid here for their first tattoo. Unfortunately I ran into the owner Gabe and he was just the worst. Thankfully I hadn't scheduled my kid's tattoo yet. Will find a place owned by someone pleasant instead.

It was my first year anniversary of getting my nose pierced, but I had gotten it done somewhere else, but the lady that worked their was so nice that she changed it for me with no problem. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice and welcoming, I got my septum percing done and it did hurt a little bit but everything went over smoothly, (it dosent hurt now after a couple of hours) and the best thing was that it didn't cost a lot. This is compared to other places that would have charged 20 dollars more than this place. "I paid 60". I would totally recommend if your just getting into percings like myself. I forgot the perciers name but he was very thorough and told me what I should and shouldn't do to the percing. He was very nice

Experiencia negativa: As far as customer service I would never have anything done here it says online that they have tattoo supplies. I went into this colerain location try to purchase some tattoo supplies. However the woman who is located in the top far left corner in their online company picture was so very rude. She didn't even acknowledge me asking a question to her after I mentioned that I was trying to purchase tattoo supplies. I don't know about all the other people there but this one particular woman I wouldn't have tattoo a dot on my baby. Felt she really need to fix her uninviting personality if you hate your job don't be there get a new career.

Experiencia negativa: Just wanted a simple heart good grief horrible Service. No bigger than a dime. Talking about make an appointment look through the artist books. Just was doing too much. Just for a heart I told them it didn’t matter who did it. Still early told me to call and make an appointment for later during the week just for a heart.. should have known it was bad business when I walked in someone didn’t like their work . The artist just kept saying I’ll give you your money back..!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my septum pierced by Lauren back in August, she’s incredibly kind and explains every step of the process along the way. When I lost a ball on my nose ring a couple months later she replaced it herself no questions asked and with no additional fee. Incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: i cannot say enough positive things about this place, i went to get my nipples pierced and was scared shitless as most people would be J and another woman (who’s name i can’t find ) were my piercers and they were the best. they talked me through everything and made the process extremely easy. J is the freakin sweetest!! I will definitely be returning here for future piercings!!

Experiencia negativa: don't get pierced here if you care about getting pierced correctly and the quality of jewelry being put into your body. the jewelry was so heavy it was tearing the top of my navel piercing and if I had known it was externally threaded and cheap I would've never gotten it pierced. i had to go to a different shop to get good quality jewelry. my navel piercing is actually not even a navel piercing, it's completely above my belly button. its a just a surface piercing in my stomach at this point. their piercers seem knowledgable but they are nowhere near it

Experiencia fantástica: Got my eyebrow pierced by “Tattoos by J”! It was a very good experience; the staff are all super nice and I felt comfortable the whole time. When getting the piercing, J dotted where the piercing would go and checked with me to make sure I liked it and he made the process quick and painless. Afterwards I was given an aftercare paper with some Q-tips in a bag and I bought some antibacterial soap at the shop. Prices are very affordable as well! I will be coming back! :)

Experiencia negativa: I had a friend purchase my gauges for me from this location while being on FaceTime with her and one of the staff there. We were going back and forth about which size would be a good fit and she told me if I had any issues or concerns about the gauges to contact her and she would fix the problem. Unfortunately when I received the gauges they were way too big so I didn’t even attempt to put them in my ears. When I called to exchange them I was told that I could exchange them but I would have to wait to talk to the piercing lady directly. I called day after day and never could get in contact with her, the last time I called someone answers and said that I can not exchange the jewelry due to cross contamination. Like I never even wore the gauges and I spent $50 on them I’m pissed I was falsely told that I could exchange them if need be. I’ll never shop at this place again! If you do make sure you know your size and note that they don’t do exchanges even if the associates tell you they do!

Experiencia negativa: I had gotten my anti-eyebrow pierced here in June walked in thinking that the price is going to be $59 as it was listed on their website and board at the shop, but instead they forced me to pay the surface piercing price even though they were piercing me with a curved bar which I am now told that is the incorrect jewelry to pierce a surface piercing now I have to go to a rep piercing shop to have this looked at and most likely have to wait a total of three months before I am able to get the correct jewelry and have to spent an additional $100 to fix this… do not go here for any piercings save ur money and find a place that has consultations

Experiencia fantástica: I've received two tattoos and one piercing from J. Fellows and am very happy with the results. The tattoos are beautiful, unique, and stunning pieces that I know will last a lifetime and still look gorgeous. J was very easy to talk to and made the process of receiving a tattoo and piercing pleasant with his professionalism while still being empathetic and understanding. Also his stories were hilarious! I highly recommend getting your tattoos and piercings at Red Dragon.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a nose piercing done here in December. Since then I had to return twice because my pierce had fallen out and I wasn’t able to put it back in by myself. The girls were very friendly and helpful each and every time I stopped in. I will be delivering a baby soon and knew that I have to take it out during the hospital stay and the girls were very understanding and they recommended me something easier to put in by myself until I can return back. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to getting a tattoo after birth and I will definitely return to this place. The salon is also very nice and with a medieval look which reminds me of my hometown of Transylvania. Very pleased with my experience every single time I come in and have nothing but good things to say.

Experiencia negativa: Went in today because my back piece came off my recent ear piecing that I got on 6/18. I have got 4 piercings from here in the last 3 months. Never had any real issues. First off I go in and was greeted very rudely. 4 females were at the front desk having inappropriate conversations, cussing and just loud. It was a weird vibe. Then I say what I’m there for. The girl ask me what kind of back piece, I tell her. Then as we’re going in the room for her to put it on, she says just to let you know it will be twenty dollars for me to even put this on. Her tone, was super nasty not friendly at all. Like she was irritated she even had to do it. And the price should have been communicated to me once I told them what I was there for. Then to charge 20 bucks just to screw a back piece on… when I just got it pierced from this establishment is insane to me. There should be some type of clause or policy that states if your jewelry comes out within a certain amount of time it should be put back in at no cost or a lesser cost than 20 dollars. Who’s to say that when I got it pierced it was screwed on tightly. Things happen….I will never spend another one of my hard earned dollars here. Ever! I’m big on customer service and I do not appreciate how I was treated today.

Experiencia negativa: Hello! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I would absolutely NOT recommend going here! Back in august of 2023 i got my septum (my first piercing) done here! I wanted black jewelry which they upcharged me 20-25 dollars for! I thought nothing of it. But it was REALLY painful. and to this day made me CRY if i barely touched it or moved it. I thought that it just took longer to heal as i cleaned it regularly with saline solution. But i was WRONG. I went to another shop today because I noticed it felt REALLY tight, and almost stuck in place, when comparing to my friends theirs moves around freely like jello almost. And as soon as i told them i went to red dragon they already knew it wasnt going to be good(they told me that they deal with red dragon clients on a daily with incorrectly done tattoos and piercings even though some of their tattoo artists are close friends!) 1. the upcharged jewelry was FAKE. and not appropriate to be in my nose. It was painted over! 2. IT WAS EXTERNALLY THREADED!!!!! which TELLS ME ITS FAKE AND my flesh got CAUGHT in it when the piercer took it out!! 3. IT WAS NO WHERE NEAR MY SWEET SPOT!! it was right in my cartilage! I payed $105 for one h2o ocean. the piercing and the jewelry. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! THEY WILL MESS YOUR STUFF UP!

Experiencia positiva: I used to absolutely love this shop, and have several piercings done here that are all thriving, and look great. Unfortunately, this past Friday I called to inquire about a high nostril piercing. I was told to come in so the piercer could see if I had the space. Upon arriving the piercer quite abruptly informed me they do not do those piercings because it goes through bone. The piercing does not go through bone. I did not want to cause any sort of issue so I accepted the answer and left, knowing that was not correct. A high nostril is done JUST BELOW the bone if you even want it that high. I am not a piercer, but did my research including having an extensive conversation with the establishment that was able to give me the piercing I wanted. I do not get pierced on a whim, so I was well aware of the procedure. I am not sure if something was miscommunicated, but I did not appreciate the rudeness or misinformation.

Experiencia fantástica: Jay is one of the best tattoo artist that i have ever seen. We gave him a picture of our dog Daisy and he nailed it 100%, not everyone can do fur and make eyes like they are looking at you, just beautiful, it looks just like her, I wanna cry just looking at it, but it's a good cry cause she gave us such joy. Experiencia fantástica: I've been in for tattoos and everyone there is absolutely lovely. I am not the greatest person to tattoo as I wiggle and squirm. However not once have I been judged for that. They always do their best to distract me from the pain. Everyone is hilarious! I always do my best to recommend to anyone in search of a tattoo or piercing to come here. I'm about to get my first piercing here though so I am excited!!!

Experiencia negativa: (Stopped in on a whim). Will never go here again!! Went in for jewelry change on 2 earrings and a new conch piercing, wanting 2 existing holes gauged. STEPH was the piercer. No personality at all. Left me laying flat on the chair when I was finished (my 13 year old daughter helped me up), didn’t show me the new piercing. Terrible customer service from her. I was hoping to get 2 holes gauged. Girl at the front desk, while lacked some knowledge, was super friendly. Steph acted like I was an idiot and told me she couldn’t do that, that I’d have to “buy the stuff online to do it”. This was my whole reason for stopping in. Also, without asking how long I’d had all of my other piercings, barely went over after care instructions since I “already knew all of that anyway”. So unprofessional. Please don’t give her any business! She totally acted like I was wasting her time! $155 later…. It’s only SKINCRAFT FOR ME!

Experiencia negativa: I stopped by the shop on 2/21/24 1:15 pm. Upon entering the parking lot one young woman got out of her car and met me inside. She went behind the desk, next to the receptionist. There was another woman that stayed outside that was in the car smoking. No greetings from the ladies- I inquired about a nose & belly button piercing. The receptionist told me that a piercer would answer all of my questions. I filled out the required paperwork and was asked to pick out jewelry (limited amount) I wasn’t given a price of anything. I was told to have a seat and SHE’LL BE WITH YOU! Huh?? I LEFT THE BUSINESS…. The energy and professionalism was DEFINITELY NOT THERE ON THIS DAY! AND NO ONE WAS TOUCHING ME! ALL THREE LADIES SAT ON THEIR PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME THAT I WAS THERE…. NO THANK YOU!

Experiencia negativa: Website is incorrect. It says they do walk in ear piercings for children on Tuesdays. My grand daughter had waited for weeks for her birthday and to get her ears pierced. The family all met at Red Dragon only to be very rudely told by the young woman at the desk that the website is wrong and they don’t do walk in ear piercing for children on Tuesdays. She stated that’s just how the owner runs the business. We will take our business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: piercer is terrible. didn’t ask any questions, just pierced me. gave me a very heavy piercing that dragged my skin down and ripped through my skin. i had tissue coming out of me the first day and almost passed out. my skin is bruised, dry, and completely damaged. this is terrible.

Experiencia negativa: When I got my navel piercing at Red Dragon everything was great until i took it out recently and had a good look at it. The actual piercing is completely above my belly button, nowhere near it! It’s unbelievable, I had described my fear of the piercing being above my belly button instead of through before the actual piercing and everyone in the shop assured me that that would never happen, well obviously that isn’t true. I’m really upset about this and will be getting it fixed as soon as I can!

Experiencia positiva: Went here on good word from some friends. Staff were super friendly and made my piercing experience comfortable, they were super attentive and kind. My piercer was the sweetest ever. However, I went home with a crooked nose piercing that I ended up spending around $100 for. A lot of friends think I should remove it and have it redone but at that cost I’m hoping it will heal alright so I can just put a hoop in and forget about it.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see jocelyn to get a tattoo booked her for a 4 hour session I was nervous as I haven't exactly had good experiences with tattoo shops to say that she is a professional in every sense of the word is a complete understatement that doesn't even begin to do her justice she was not only the nicest person but her attention to detail and line work is nothing short of incredible she was always willing to answer any questions and was the definition of amazing she came up with an original design which was a total home run and I was lucky enough to be there on what they called "girls day" and the atmosphere was just so amazing they were all total Rockstars she was immaculately clean and sterile just overall the best experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop

Experiencia negativa: Literally worst place ever. Made me wait an hour and a half just to get help with my nose piercing. They took so many walk ins that i was there way before. and when they went to do it they tried charging me for something that took them 3 seconds?! luckily i was refunded but in cash bc the lady didn’t know how to do a refund on card? lollll and didn’t even give me all my money back. The lady at the counter is actually the rudest girl i’ve ever met in my life. The piercer in the back is so sweet, the lady at the front ruined the entire experience both times i’ve been here. I just can’t get over the fact that they took WALK INS over someone who called ahead and was there way before. seriously go to a place that doesn’t overcharge and doesn’t have the front desk ignoring you, i promise there’s places charging half the price for way better work

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was in town to celebrate her 21st birthday, we had an appointment at another shop they canceled so we found Red Dragon Tattoo as walk ins I didn’t have much hope being a Sunday. But I was extremely excited that they could work us in! The shop has a great vibe and very clean and the staff is professional and so nice Thank you Kyle "The Bishop " for the amazing art work and a a fantastic experience for my daughters first tattoo! We will be long term customers.

Experiencia positiva: i went here to get my jewlery changed, the staff was nice except the one doing my jewelry change herself, she didn’t introduce herself to me so i’m not sure what her name is but she has pink/orange hair and was just not very nice over all. i was having trouble changing my jewelry which is why i came in and she was just very rude throughout, aggressive tone, no warning on putting in the jewelry though she struggled and it was obviously a little painful/uncomfortable (which is typical for piercers to give warning of as a piercer) any piercer i’ve ever had has never shown this level of what i felt as disrespect. I took my jewelry out the night before i came in and she kept questioning me as if she didn’t believe me and it all just came off so mean. the rest of the staff was very nice, im just glad this woman didn’t do my piercing itself, considering her overall aggressive behavior.

Experiencia positiva: The tattoo artist Courtney was very talented, quick, and chill. Very happy with her work. The chick at the front desk was rude though which made the vibe weird. Also they tack on additional fees that they don’t mention when you get your quote. My total went from 550 to 610. Before tip. I was told they charge by the hour and I definitely spent over a half hour waiting. So. The math just isn’t great. Otherwise I’d give more stars.

Experiencia negativa: Went for a septum piercing, was charged at the front desk before receiving it. The employee at the desk that gave me the papers was rude and snobby towards me. The piercer did not seem to know where the sweet spot was for a septum and claimed an area in my nose was "smaller" than most peoples. Its not. She also struggled to get the hoop it. I've had my nose pierced 3 times before and I even had my nipples pierced, but getting this septum piercing was the most painful piercing I've ever gotten. After receiving the piercing I had intense pain, even without touching it. The piercing wasn't even moving on it owns at all, I looked at it in a mirror and realized it was through the cartilage. I struggled to take it out and when I was able it made a loud popping noise that someone else in the room was able to hear. I do not recommend them for piercings.

Experiencia negativa: got a sunset beach tattoo here on my shoulder 8 yrs ago , but all that remains is the two palm trees , the complete sunset is 100% faded gone. contacted them about getting it touched up and received a very rude response saying it needed to be completely redone but none of the artists there were interested in touching it ! WTH ! terrible business practice here !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my septum pierced a year ago here, I’ve had no problems with it and the piercer was very nice. I had to call around to many shops to try to find a gold ring so I was grateful they had it! I lost one of the balls recently and I went in to see if they could help me, she gave me a new ball and even put it on for me which I really appreciated. Thank you :)

Experiencia fantástica: Had the BEST experience with Steph today. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, and comforting. I have a really bad fear of needles but wanted to get a conch piercing with my friends. Steph took her time reassuring me about my piercing, calmed me down, never made me feel silly for being so scared at my age, and took such good care of my friends and I. The shop was super clean and all the staff were kind and knowledgeable as well. Would absolutely recommend and would come back again for any piercing needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday was my second time coming here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The building has a cool design, but everything was sterile, which is the most important part for me. They're super sweet and gave me a jolly rancher when I started to get nervous my first time around. I did walk ins for both ear piercings and a nipple piercings and recommend the place to all of my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely friendly staff, beautiful clean shop and very calming atmosphere. I was in and out quickly and my snake bites are AWESOME. They were done by Steph and she was very fun, knowledgeable and professional. If they look crooked in the photo it's because I got them done two days ago and I'm experiencing a small amount of swelling which is normal but I can assure you they are straight! I haven't fell in love with a shop this quickly in years. The price is worth it.

After reading the reviews and viewing the website (which by the way is very thorough and well thought out)I decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. The sign in was super simple. Steph greeted us at the counter and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the procedure. I suffer from high anxiety and Steph was super patient and walked me through the steps so that there would be no surprises. The procedure was far less intimidating then I had imagined in my head and that is largely due to the fact that Steph really took her time and made us feel calm. I recommend Steph any time you decide to get a piercing. A+

Experiencia fantástica: I came as a walk in to get my nose pierced. Everyone was so nice as soon as I walked in. I’m a lot more anxious about piercings than tattoos but Lauren made me feel so comfortable. She explained the process before we began and the healing/cleaning process after we were done. I’m sure I had a lot of dumb questions before and after but she was happy to answer them all! If I ever get more piercings I will absolutely come back to see Lauren!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a walk in, got my second lobe piercings done by Lauren. They look great and I'm so pleased! I also love the jewellery I got for them here. The whole experience from when I walked in til when I left was perfect. All the staff were amazingly professional, and super friendly, the shop is spotless clean and looks great. Lauren was so sweet and she made my visit comfortable and fun. Everything was explained to me regarding aftercare. I will definitely be back to see them for any other piercings, and maybe my next tattoo as well! Thanks so much, guys <3

J Fellows has done several pieces of work on me and each one has been stunning. He has immense talent as an artist, he’s hilarious and laid back (which is the vibe of this whole place), and he listens to my ideas and takes the time to turn them into beautiful pieces of artwork unique to his own style… which is incredible. Choose this place- you will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my septum pierced by Lauren. It was my first ever piercing other than my ears, so I was pretty nervous. I got sick from the nerves but she was extremely patient and understanding, and the piercing looks fantastic! Will definitely be back

Experiencia fantástica: Steph is fantastic! I had surgery recently and needed to switch out all my piercings for plastic retainers. I had 12 piercings to switch out, so it was a lot to handle. But Steph was great and took the time to carefully switch them all out for me. After my surgery, I went back and had all my regular jewelry put back in, and again Steph was just wonderful and so kind and helpful. Red Dragon was also the only place anywhere near me that had plastic retainers. I called so many shops and no one else had them. Even though there are closer shops to me, I will now only go to Red Dragon because I would trust Steph with any of my future piercing needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This wasn't my first tattoo, but it was the best experience I've ever had. The artist conversated with me and made me feel relaxed. Before we even started he did a couple test lines to see if I was cool and 2 1/2 hrs later it's done. Will be going back. Great job, Love it.

Experiencia negativa: Ugh, I’m so torn about this place. I’ve been three times to get various piercings done and the first one was great! Kyle (I think) did my septum and was patient and explained everything and just had a great vibe. The last two times I went I had Steph, who is a great piercer and answered all my questions and also explained everything. But the last two times when I came in and was greeted by Steph she was just so short with me! I asked about a specialty piercing and the first and only thing she said was “no” without even letting me show a picture to better explain what I wanted. It’s one of those things where you’re so excited but then her attitude immediately makes you feel stupid and it ruins your whole mood. (I had a similar experience with her the first time I met her.) But then when getting the piercing done she was super friendly and easy to talk to… I don’t know, they do great work and I wouldn’t Not recommend them, just be prepared to deal with Steph at the front desk.

She explained everything to me, answered my million questions, and is such a sweet person. She went above and beyond for me a few different times to help me with other piercings and also to adjust something on my septum jewelry that I wanted adjusted.I’m so glad I went here and I’ll never go anywhere else now.

I have a very hardcore needle phobia and she made the experience seemless and fast. She was super thorough in explaining the process and keeping me comfortable. I'll absolutely be back.
