Since it was our first time, he was very polite, patient, and considerate — he took the time to explain the process and made sure we both felt at ease. The line work is crisp, clean, and very precise. You can tell he takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about his clients. We’re both very happy with how our tattoos turned out and would absolutely recommend him.

She is an artist, through and through, I am very very fortunate to have met her, the work is so precise and we talked the entire time. Anyone who wants a tattoo or is even considering should contact Modo Ink they are all talented but Aleen was my artist and I am blown away by her talent and who she is as a person.

She responded so promptly and got the process started - on the day of the appointment, she made me feel comfortable and confident about the session. I am incredibly happy with the result; Lucine took all of my sample photos/ideas and executed the cover-up perfectly. I used to be so insecure about the old tattoo, but now I have a piece that flows better with my existing style of tattoos. I didn't think it would be possible to create a "delicate" piece over the old work, since it was blown out with bold linework, but she blew me away with her execution. Lucine excels in both monotone AND bold colors, I consider her very versatile style-wise. I couldn't recommend her work or this studio enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My friend and I popped into Modo during a recent Disneyland trip, and had a fantastic experience. Ha started working with me a month out to set-up our appointment and provide clear pricing, then sent me a proposed design a few days prior. Day of, we were able to choose from three different pre-drawn sizes, just to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The experience was pain free and only spicy in a couple of areas, much to Ha's credit. Other than having to wait a bit past our scheduled start time, my friend and I loved how the shop maintains a great atmosphere and choice of music. I would absolutely recommend Ha and Modo Ink to anyone in the Anaheim/OC area!

That’s exactly what we did, the girl in the front desk was really sweet and helpful. She told us to wait for the artists to get there since they had just opened. We did not wait too long and we were approached by Reagan. He was everything we could have asked for. Very sweet and so so talented. This was my first time and it happened to be a very special tattoo for me. He made sure I had just what I wanted. I chose fine line tattoos. I got a beautiful sunflower and a few words. She was so detailed, so focused, and really loved the design a friend had drawn for me. She really put me at ease which I appreciated because this is my first color tattoo. She emailed back and forth with me in the days preceding the appt to get the details just right. The color and depth in the finished tattoo are fantastic. The lettering turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. All my interactions with the shop before and after the actual tattoo were professional, prompt and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Aleen during a consultation at Modo Ink, she was very warm and you could sense she is enthusiastically passionate for her art. I checked out her workings further and knew I needed some work for myself. I applied online, we exchanged emails, locked in a date, $100 holding deposit, and I told her what I was looking for but gave her the majority of the creative dictation. Told her I wanted a burning house with some fine line work, stipple shading, and told her that I like Trash Polka style. I provided her with some reference images and a few days before the appt., she came back with a design; I loved it. I showed up for our appt., she advised me what she thought would be best for placement and sizing, she prepared all the materials, and we began 30 min. later. Unfortunately, a few minutes in, I got cold sweats and begun to pass out, despite my preparations to prevent this (has happened before -- this appears to just be a "me" thing), and she was wonderful and supportive. Gave me a candy, I laid down, and after a few minutes, I was good to go and we continued. Luckily, I was the only customer at this time. We took no breaks, finished up just under 4hrs, took some pictures, and I was paid and out the door after 4hrs 30min in total. Aleen is extremely detailed and takes her time to assure that the job is done perfectly and will not settle for any less. Her line work is precise and her execution is smooth and gentle. I find that this investment was well worth every penny, especially considering the time, attention, detail, and skill that went into this work of art. I am extremely excited for future works with Aleen.

Experiencia fantástica: The first time I came here was years ago for my first tattoo ever and I had a great experience them so i wanted to go again. I absolutely love both the tattoos i got and will probably come back for more in the future. The most recent one I got is from Yeon. The meaning for my tattoo is for mental health awareness and my love for cats. The semicolon is a special meaning in the mental health world and I really have an affinity for cats so I was thankful to Yeon for finally making this come to life. I sent a mock of of what I drew and she just made it so much better with the whiskers. It is such a cute tattoo and I will never forget this moment. Thank you Yeon for really making this come to life.
