Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke. My thing is this, everyone makes mistakes but these people have the hardest time taking accountability for theirs. THAT is the insult to injury. They pierced my ears and they are completely off and uneven. When the man marked where he was going to pierce he turned me around to the mirror to get my approval. They were even but then he pierced the first, ok cool. Then the second one, NOT cool. The guys name was Mike who did the piercing, looked me square in my eyes and said it’s not crooked. It clearly is. I’ve been debating on leaving a review because I just don’t leave reviews but I think people need to know about this place. I will be letting all 700k + followers on TikTok know just to warn them seeing as how I heard about this place on there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. Find another place, don’t waste your time and money here. I really wish I could give them no stars

Experiencia negativa: Extremely racist experience. When I was 16, I went to this shop excited to get my nose pierced, and I was accompanied by my mom. They asked for documentation since I didn’t have a driver’s license, which was completely understandable. We left and came back with my birth certificate. I was born in Lagos, Nigeria, but I am a U.S. citizen. After looking at my birth certificate, they laughed and told me they would not service me. The behavior was blatantly racist and completely unacceptable. There was no other reason to refuse service after I provided proper documentation. It is incredibly disappointing that in such a diverse city, people are still treated this way. With everything going on regarding immigration in Houston right now, immigrants should be cautious about supporting businesses like this. They do not deserve a penny of your hard-earned money. No one should be laughed at or denied service because of where they were born. Racism has no place in any business.

Experiencia negativa: I did not have a good experience here. Was told the wait would be and hour, ended up being almost 2hrs. They make you pay upfront so i was going to leave and just come back another day, the girl said I no dont leave they're almost ready for you. That wait ended up being another half hour. I got 3 piercings and the first one was a disaster. All 3 piercings were previously pierced before and had closed. The first was the tragus and the old dude did it. He was so cocky and ended up messing up. Blood was everywhere and he kept yelling at the girl talking about she gave him the wrong tool or something. I cant remember what he called it. He did eventually apologize and kept saying thats on me, thats on me. I just blurted out, "of course its on you. She's not the one piercing me." I still can't believe I sat there and let him do 2 more, I hope I don't get an infection Response to their response: You dont understand my review because you must've already lost all of your brain waves. Which is probably why you think this wasn't recent. This was very recent its only been like 11/12 days FOH like you cool!! To clarify, agreeing to an “approximate” wait time doesn’t mean agreeing to an excessive or poorly managed one — it simply means I understood what was communicated at the time. Approximate and inaccurate are two different things. As for the infection concern, I shared my experience as it happened. I’m glad your paperwork reflects your internal processes, but as a customer, I can only speak to what I personally observed and experienced. Regarding the timing of my review — sometimes people wait before posting to see how things resolve or to allow time for reflection. Reviews are not required to be immediate to be valid. When I tried to leave before being called back after the long waiting time, I asked about getting a refund. I was told they dont give refunds but they will give me their version of a "store credit" (I forgot what she called it). Thats the reason i stayed and got the other 2, like I said I just cant believe I let him do anything else. The fact that me wanting a refund bc of the wait before even being called to the back and him messing up are 2 reasons alone as to why I should've been given a refund. But I guess they're that hard up. I left an honest review based on my experience. If that experience was confusing to you, imagine how it felt from my side. Customer service just not a strong suit HUH!!! Again I didn't have a good experience here, just left upset, dissatisfied and really wished he would've handled the situation better, but hey can't get good customer service everywhere....

Experiencia positiva: The process of getting the piercing was seamless. I had it for about 3 months and when I went to a different place to get it downsized, the piercer there told me that Mike pierced it crooked and it was sitting at an uneven angle, hence the irritation bump. I noticed the piercing was crooked from the start but thought that was simply the anatomy of my ear. Edit: I did not sleep on it and am not making any assumptions. I followed the care instructions properly. I don't like how in every response you immediately cast doubt on the customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for the toys for tots drive. And the experience was 100000/10. I was quoted an hour wait due to the high volume of customers. But i actually only wait 30 mins. So I was happy about. The process for the paperwork was quick and easy. Only one form and show your proof of identification and then you wait. The piercing experience was amazing with Mike. He was quick and almost painless. I did get a tongue piercing. And I am in love with it. The placement was perfect and the jewelry size was good to accommodate swelling.

Experiencia fantástica: I truly could not be happier. Went in to get both of my daiths pierced (I have migraines, so I had to try it, even if a slim chance, but I also think they look cool). The wait was long, but you don't have to hang around and wait the entire time. They're pretty accurate with the estimated wait time! Super organized place, and knowledgeable staff. Mike is a freaking piercing wizard. Talked me through it, perfect placement, quick execution, and excellent tunes. No hesitation, this guy knows what the heck he's doing. I know it's different for everyone, but mine barely bled. Probably because Mike is the man! Healing is going well, and their instructions are thorough and easy to follow for after care. No matter what, my piercings came out so much better than I had imagined! I love them, and I can't wait for them to heal! Y'all are the best, thank y'all! Experiencia positiva: I was in love with My piercing first day. The only issue is instead of personalizing the experience nd making sure the jewelry would heal properly. I didn’t have an allergic reaction. Maybe my body was just rejecting it. I understand the speech of meds but me person I don’t medicate for any piercing shit I hardly even medicate at home unless it’s like in dire need. My only issue is I called the following day about my piercing and was told I’d have to wait a hr and a half when all I needed was a jewelry swap me personally I would’ve changed on my own. Which I’ve done for my Medusa and nose piercings . With the swelling u are supposed to still be able to have wiggle room. I did the compress and it helped a bit and I even tried the ibuprofen before I just put the blame on everyone but self. But the issue still occur that the bar was to little . I only had it in my mouth for 36 hours nd have craters on both side of my lips. A little disappointed but I would say very sterile and was a quick process so I’d assume the piercer also does tattoos as well. I will return and explain in depth that I’d like for a more lengthy piercing. And give an update but it’ll be about 2-3 months from now. Everyone was nice friendly and honest. Just because of the environment I’m willing to give them another try.

Experiencia fantástica: i have been coming here for a long time now and i realized i had never left a review. i always get my piercings here and not once has mike ever failed me. me and my friends are regulars here. i’ve gotten my ears pierced, nipples, and most recently, my smiley. i have never ever been met with dissatisfaction. mike always makes sure im comfortable and is extremely client oriented. during one of my piercings, i unfortunately fainted and i was immediately met with support. i will forever go here.

Experiencia negativa: I received a Tragus piercing from this location was disappointed in the healing process I let the piercing heal for over a month time span and to no avail it still was swollen after a month I went to the shop talked to the piercer and was asked why I was dissatisfied and that I should keep it after disclosing my discomfort and constant headaches then after I was told I had to pay a removal fee for a service that I was dissatisfied with therefore leaving me with a swollen ear I highly do not recommend I was given attitude by the same piercer who gave me the wrong type of bar to place for said piercing and told that I might have not cared for it in the right way when it’s been a month over and my piercing would not heal also I was asked for a consultation and before the removal process it wasn’t even examined at all to figure out what was causing the discomfort these are before and after pictures

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting and it won’t be the last. Everybody was nice and their own funny way. I just love the realness and the vibe there. If there is a wait time, don’t let that run you off. Go grab food or something until they call you or just wait, because time goes by fast. Prices are good as well. $20 for a piercing, when another place quoted me $60. This place will win every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely FABULOUS. The wait was a bit long but that just gave us time to kill. Mike did both mine and my mom's noses, and when I tell you he was AMAZING. I was really nervous cuz ya know...its a needle going in my face, I've always been deathly afraid of needles, and even though I've had my nose pierced before, it was kinda intimidating being in a professional setting. When I sat in the chair my stomach dropped to my asshole, but he was very patient, talked me down, and talked me through the whole process with a voice that was like BUTTER. It was over before I knew it, and the corkscrew nose ring going in hurt worse than the actual piercing. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for the rest of them, and it's $20 for all the piercings, quite literally can't beat it

The 2 tattoos Tristan did were less painful AND quicker and I had them done on my hip, ribs, and collarbone. Make it make sense. Found my new tattoo artist for Texas. Will be coming back for all other pieces I want done without hesitation. 10/10 experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The place is super straight forward, i went for a walk in and i told them i wanted my lip pierced, paid, and waited. I didn’t mind the wait at all I did go right when they opened and i was 3rd in line and wait wasn’t bad at all. When it was my turn they called me and i met the piercer, he was kinda scary at first but i think that was just the nerves getting to me LMFAO. After he gave me mouth wash and gave me the run down and everything when we got to the piercing part i started freaking out and shaking and he immediately shut that down and calmed me down. Hes very nice and soft spoken when he pierces you and the process was honestly a 10/10. I will be going here in the future some more.

Experiencia fantástica: This team is SOLID. Super friendly front desk attendants, and the piercer, Mike, knows what he’s doing. I’ve been pierced here multiple times and would recommend them to anyone looking to put a new hole in their body. I believe jewelry is included in the price, however you can bring your own jewelry. If you bring your own jewelry they require around 24 hours to sterilize before they’ll allow you to get pierced with it. And that just means they care about cleanliness! Will be back for sure.

I went at 3 pm. on saturday before the date of this review, and there were 3 people at the counter to check people in. I went in for a piercing and waited around 40-45 minutes. One piercing was $20. Piercer was kind and gave some advice after a few personal questions. Would recommend to anyone willing to put in some time. And make sure to go early to get a parking spot and as well as lesser wait time.

Experiencia positiva: It is worth the wait! You WILL sign a waiver that says you'll be waiting for an hour or more so be prepared to have ate and charged your phone. I had no problem waiting but I see other reviews saying that the wait time was terrible, just make sure you don't have any errands to run that day, make sure to just dedicate a few hours there and then it won't be a problem. The guy who did my piercing was very thorough and patient, I did get a keloid unfortunately due to not properly cleaning my ear but that's not on him.He did a great job so if you get the piercing just do your best at maintaining it because they do give you a slip for aftercare!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten all my piercings here—10 in total—and I couldn’t be happier with each one! The process is simple and straightforward, with no reservations needed. You just fill out a quick form, make your payment, and head in for the piercing. The staff clearly explains what to expect, including preparation time and any wait you might have, so you always know what’s happening. The piercer was incredibly meticulous, ensuring both of my tragus piercings were perfectly symmetrical, which I really appreciated. They also provided a detailed care guide for proper aftercare. While this isn’t my first rodeo and I already knew what to do, I can’t stress enough how important it is to read and follow their instructions carefully—trust me, your healing process will be much smoother! One thing I did differently is instead of using antibacterial bar soap - I used saline wound cleaning solution instead, you can get them at walgreens or walmart. If you ever have any questions, they’re easy to reach and always happy to help. I learned the hard way that using a Q-tip to clean my dermal piercings was a terrible idea—hello, infection and painful healing process! So folks, do yourselves a favor and follow their advice—it’ll save you a lot of trouble in the long run. All in all, a great experience every time, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is too good to be true. Everyone is heaven sent. The lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart, very communicative and accommodating. The person who pierced me, Mike, was amazing! I was a bit nervous but he talked me all the way through and it didn’t hurt not one bit. My mom also came because she’s been struggling with her dermal. Went to endless shops to try and get it fixed, this place was a shot in the dark for her and they were able to fix it right away. How crazy is that. An easy 5 starts. Everything is dirt cheap too and very sanitary.

Would like to respond to their reply, if you look at my reviews you will see the amazing review I had left on my current piercing shop! So it’s not a me issue. And the fact you admitted you don’t sterilize jewelry unless the client asks is CRAZY. I’d like to clarify that I don’t have any allergies, bodies just don’t react well to crap jewelry. Please to anyone reading do not go here and instead find your nearest APP certified studio through safepiercing.org :)

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my boyfriend went yesterday for the 13th. We both got piercings, he got his ears and i got my nipples done. Since it was the 13th, there was a wait of course. We were quoted 2 1/2 hours after signing in but we didn’t get done until around the 4 hour mark, BUT it’s the 13th. The shop was busy. They have one person doing piercings. A long wait is to be expected! They called and gave you a grace period of 20 minutes before your spot if you were waiting offsite. They do not take people ahead of you, those are people who have BEEN waiting. This is not a “hole in the wall” shop. It’s busy. It’s popular. The piercings are good and cheap, you will have to be patient. Anyway- to the piercings. Mike did great. He talked us through the process, aftercare, everything we needed to know. He was so calm, caring, and confident it was a great piercing experience, especially for the first time having my nipples done. he was quick, kept me calm, and I didn't even feel the needle just the jewelry. I will 100% be back for more piercings!

Poor customer service we waited since 5:19pm the lady at the front desk said give us 1 hour but she was taking random people at the front door but not my friend 0 Star please do better.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place and this time I went to have my septum ring taken out and to buy a new ring. Their rings are only $10 so I got 2!! The attendant named(Chi) took my old septum ring out and she put my new one in and she did a great job! I definitely recommend you pick it!!!

The ladies in the front have great customer service and good sense of humor. You cannot beat the price which is $15, when you walk in the shop is VERY clean. I recently got my Septum pierced, Mike is great the piercing was quick and they had everything sterilized would highly recommend and would definitely go back Update: Came in for my bday piercing today, ofcourse the wait was long but by the time I was called Mike was quick and gentle! Experiencia fantástica: Best experience ever Mr Mike was absolutely amazing I have zero tolerance for pain but wanted 2 piercings (the industrial and VCH) so I did my research and contacted the shop spoke with Mr Mike he was responsive knowledgeable and very honest. I arrived the ladies in the front were professional friendly and funny. Not sure if they noticed but I was extremely nervous but they reassured me that I'd be fine. Once I met Mr Mike face to face and caught his vibes I knew I was in good hands. Most recent was a smiley. The owner & staff are extremely welcoming & friendly. Piercing are done safely, sanitarily, quickly & with care. The atmosphere is light & made to keep the client calm as possible. They always make sure to go over aftercare & answer any questions before piercing. Experiencia fantástica: Mike was a great piercer he told me everything I needed to know about my septum and warned me about the clamps before he put them and he showed me where my nose was crooked and told me the piercing could end up crooked or nothing could happen at all and he made it straight and perfect that’s what I like about him he did everything to make it look straight and he is also a funny guy to talk to when ur nervous I will definitely come back to him again cheap prices and amazing service everyone is funny there I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed def coming again for more!!!

Experiencia negativa: I was really disappointed when I visited my hometown and went back to this tattoo place. I can't tell if the artist was new or just didn't know what he was doing, but both of my tattoos look terrible. It's important to know your artist and not just let anyone tattoo you.

Experiencia negativa: READ THIS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR SEPTUM PIERCED HERE !! i have been coming here for many many years for piercings. today i came to get my septum pierced and mike was not there instead it was a lady.. now while i don’t like to judge a book by its cover, i most definitely should have in this case. i did not catch the piercers name, however she was an older white woman with no piercings or tattoos. anyhow.. she did not mark me or let me see before she pierced me. it hurt a lot and i’m no baby by any means but whatever i just figured this is a sensitive area. as soon as she gets done she looks at it and says “ooh it’s crooked, but that’s just how your nose is” i said oh what do i do? she said “i can take it out and give you a voucher to come back and get ANOTHER piercing” i said another piercing? so if i take this out and get it pierced again it’ll still be crooked? she said “yes” so i said eh let’s leave it in. sadly i didn’t take the time to look at it cause i was in pain eyes were watering and i was ready to go. i get home and look in the mirror and the holes are completely off it looked like this forward slash / i wanted to cry!! also when i scrunched my nose the side that was further up was hitting my cartilage. i just left from a second opinion at gypsy rose with johnny and he took one glance and said “yup it’s very crooked and its not your nose anatomy” he removed it for me and felt my nose anatomy to see if i could repierce after it healed. he recommended that i don’t repierce as my cartilage is too forward on one side. he said he would not have pierced me as it would not heal and i would be unhappy. i am extremely happy with him and his honesty. i sadly will NEVER return to you pick it we stick it due to this unfortunate experience. to the piercer.. if you do not know about nose anatomy or are uncomfortable piercing septum’s, please be honest and tell the client the truth instead of blaming them!!

I recently went back on Friday because I took my belly button piercing out and was having trouble putting it back in , Chi was so helpful! She was patient and delicate. Chi was able to help me get it back in without having to do a re piercing.

Experiencia fantástica: I am deathly terrified of needles as a result of a bad IV experience. With that being said, Mike was awesome. I got five ear piercings done in one session and I could not be happier. I was very comfortable and he did a great job at calming my nerves. it was quick and painless. not to mention, the counter staff is great. they were very welcoming and helpful. i had gone three times in two days, as the wait was a little long for me the first two times. the third time, i showed up when they opened and was quoted 45 min. I was in and out of the shop in 30 with my new piercings! definitely will be back for more!

Experiencia fantástica: I went Friday night 10 minutes before the shop closed and they were very welcoming. The process was easy. Each piercing was $20. I got my bottom belly, septum and both of my nipples pierced done by Charli. She was really sweet and made the entire process go smooth. Nipples 4/10 Septum 6/10 Belly 3/10.

Experiencia negativa: me and a friend of mine came here back in july to get some piercings. upon walking in we were told it would be about a 2 hour wait, which we waited for but i couldnt help but notice that the line was not moving until an hour before closing. my friend got his snake bites and eyebrow pierced, while i also got my eyebrow and anti eyebrow pierced. we couldn't help but notice that when the piercer was piercing us, he didn't change his gloves in between us and he used the same pen on both of us to mark where to pierce. they ended up piercing my friend’s snake bites with an entirely too short bar, which caused the piercing to embed into his lips and cause an infection. he ended up calling the piercing shop, who said they could remove it for $5, but who would go to the same piercer that messed up the piercing? we went to a different piercing shop who told us that the piercer used bad quality jewelry (externally threaded) and that they used an extremely short bar. my friend had to get an incision on both piercing spots so the jewelry could come out. i was also told that my anti-eyebrow piercing was pierced with the wrong jewelry (a curved bar) and my eyebrow jewelry was also too short. im sure others have had a good experience here, but unfortunately that was not the case for us. the $20 price was too good to be true. I'm sure i will get a response back that is extremely passive aggressive based on the other reviews, but if you think didn't do anything wrong why be so defensive?

Experiencia positiva: Got very disappointed with this shop today. Went in for a birthday piercing and another piercing. Birthday is tomorrow (Monday which shop will be closed) My husband called almost a week ago to see if I can come in on Sunday for it since they're closed on monday. The lady on the phone gave him a definite yes. My hubby is a talker so he made sure there was no miscommunication we both heard her say yes. Sunday came went to shop and was told that they couldn't do it until Tuesday. If we wasn't told Sunday and didn't put this place on our schedule in advance for Sunday then I wouldn't been disappointed. Mike have done every single one of my piercing and I never had a problem until today. Do not call this shop for info because you will not get the the right info. I feel like the right thing would of been to go ahead and honor what I was told on the phone . Whole day got wasted. Couldn't even enjoy my whole birthday weekend. Other than that never had any problems here just do not rely on any info giving over the phone. And even though they got it wrong and wasted your time they obviously do not care. I did end up going somewhere else and the experience was amazing. I was nervous about letting someone else do it at first but I'm happy I did...

Experiencia positiva: I went with my fiancé to get snake bites, awesome customer service. Mike did absolutely amazing with distracting me from my piercing anxiety, unfortunately as my fiancé got in the chair I had a blood sugar incident, but his wife and another young lady handled me very well. I’ve never had that kind of service before with piercings, most shops in Pennsylvania would have let me walk out in a state like that. I will definitely be coming back, except next time I’ll make sure to eat more sugar beforehand.

Experiencia fantástica: This shop was recommended by a friend of a friend. Even though it was far, and I had to drive back in traffic twice, the experience made it all worth it. Johnathan was super thorough in finding out what I wanted, helping me pick out my nose and helix rings and explaining the wait time. I was super nervous about piercing my nose, so the wait time helped me gather myself and get comfortable Charley was filling in at the shop this day, and she was amazing. She talked me through everything and was super quick and efficient with my piercings. I'm so happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend and will be going back when it's time to change out my jewelry!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my nose pierced here in the year 2013 by Mike - it healed beautifully and I still have my nose pierced. Came back after literally 10 years to get my second lobes, tragus, and helix piercings, and Mike’s still here! Still perfect, so calm and absolutely an excellent piercer!! It’s been almost 3 weeks since i got them done - the lobes have pretty much healed, waitin on the helix and the tragus is obvs gonna take some time. Pics are from day of. OH AND - pretty much all the piercings are $20-45 including jewelry!! I spent $80 total and walked out with 4 new piercings!!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my belly pierced 2 weeks ago on February 18, and i LOVE how the results turned out since then, i haven't gotten infection and as a minor i would've thought that it would get infected but it hasn't its only been irritated, only for a day or two and it goes back to normal but it really depends on how you treat it. The wait was long about almost and hour and 15 minutes? But the piercer was amazing he told me how to keep my pants in a certain way so it doesn't hurt the piercing and when he stick the needled, it was quick and steady and when i say quick i mean less than a second, bc of how quick he did i didn't even feel pain, i felt the needle go through but it didn't hurt yk?? lmao, i would rate the pain a flat 2.7/10 it wasn't painful i thought it would hurt since i never had a piercing and i was 14 i thought it would hurt but surprisingly it didn't. in short, my experience was great, pain was 2.7/10, nice instructions, long but quick wait, and a really quick piercer(did it really quick that i didn't even feel pain) OH AND REALLY NICE AND PRETTY WORKERS Edit: so its been about 4-5 months now, and my piercing has been healing great! No infections, I’m able to move it up and down and move it around with out it hurting. I’m going to wait until I enter school and see if I can finally change it by then!

Experiencia fantástica: Small local shop but you can tell by the amount of ppl in line to get piercings done that they have a large following. We didn’t have a reservation so we had to wait around 45 min which went by fast. A LOT of ppl were there and honestly I will be going back even w the wait. The gentleman who did mine and my sisters piercings was thorough very clean everything was extremely sanitized and organized. I got a Helix and conch piercing and my sister got her 3rd upper lobe piercings and we both were like let’s come back to get more lol. Seriously it’s a little shop and you might miss it if you drive too fast but there are lovely ppl working there.

Experiencia fantástica: Walked in to get a decent sized forearm tattoo and left very satisfied with Leo’s art. Leo took the time to help me get what I was looking for and he nailed it spot on. This was my first tattoo, the pain was a little much at times but once I got in sync with Leo’s rhythm the pain subdued, also another worthy note is that Leo didn’t take any breaks on this 6 hour piece and it definitely helped me get through it faster. Couldn’t be happier we designed it and completed it in one day. You’re the man Leo.

Experiencia negativa: Literally drove across town 40 min to arrive as soon as they opened at 12. (I called previously to confirm) I arrive and am told it will be another 45 minutes GIVE OR TAKE before I can be pierced due to the piercer wanting to “eat his breakfast”. I guess he’s eating a d*mn buffet. I let her know how far I drove to get here when they opened. I am a piercer myself and knows it takes 5 minutes… lol. the fact he couldn’t take me quickly THEN go back to his meal is a bit absurd. This was extremely unprofessional. Why wait until opening with clients waiting to eat?? I would’ve preferred them lie and say they are running behind instead of the piercer being hungry… when he could’ve very well ate before store opening. IF that was even the truth. I will not be returning. Waste of my time RESPONSE: Actually- I called at 11:39 to be exact when in route to confirm time of opening and your exact words were “ were about to open at 12” and I said ok I am headed there now for 12. You could’ve very well said you won’t be opening until 1:00. It was very inconsiderate to have me drive way there, intentionally arriving before you open to be the first one seen at 12, to be told it would be another 45 “give or take”. Not that I owe you an explanation but I OWN a very successful shop/salon and I am the piercer. If I felt I could endure self inflicted pain I definitely wouldn’t have been at your establishment. I have been there before and had to wait 3 hours for a piercing, which is why I arrived early! I would have edited this review but your response was extremely GHETTO. Yes he is human but your service should reflect your google hours and what I was told via the phone. He had all morning to ‘eat’… Enjoy your day!

Experiencia negativa: I'm a little torn in the rating I'd like to give. We went for a simple ear piercing. 2.5-hour wait time! The facility appears to have enough rooms to service several at a time, so why such a long wait?? Perhaps they have staffing issues or need to utilize their resources time more effectively. I saw a lady come to the receptionist area 4x to laugh and talk only! Never seen her work and when I did ask her a question about our position on the waitlist she was so occupied in wanting to continue her conversation with one of her peers she never addressed my ask and needed to be reminded. Granted, perhaps she was not an artist, but perception is reality and needs to be considered when running a business. On a better note, the piercing went well, and the technician was professional and seemed very experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the environment. Everyone is so cool, and it was a bit of a bummer. I had to go back because the piercer that day I went doesn't do certain piercings, BUT I completely understand I would never want to force someone to do something they are not comfortable doing but both piercers are super nice caring and hear you out if you have any questions and go over the care for your new piercings. I will continue going there to get more Super happy customer!

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my friend wanted to get some piercings, I got my 2nd lobes done ($40) and my friend got her 2nd lobes and upper ear pierced ($60). When we got there they told us it was going to be an hour- hour 30 minutes wait. Which was fine. We filled out the form, everyone there was very friendly and professional. Mike was our piercer, 10/10 funny guy and made us feel comfortable. It was done quickly and efficiently. Will be going back for my next piercing!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve come here for multiple piercings; nose, ears, and most recently my industrial! :) The place gets a bad rap sometimes because the atmosphere is kind of laid back, but this does NOT mean they’re not professional when it comes to piercing. The owner is blunt with his staff, but that’s because he actually cares about getting your piercing done right, and his business running smoothly The wait times can be daunting, but just go in early and you’ll be fine; i’ve been in and out in 30 mins at times. I just went this weekend to get my industrial done and I was pretty nervous bc it’s a double piercing, but the owner did his best to make me comfortable he’s quick and knowledgeable; and shockingly it didn’t even hurt that much, i would rate the pain a 4-5/10‍♀️ So defo recommend <3
