I was nervous about it all, and he made me feel so much better. None of it hurt. He was very careful knowing it was my first tattoo. And the design, oh it’s amazing. I was worried about putting something on my skin permanently, but now I couldn’t imagine seeing my arm without it. I can’t wait to go back. I’ll probably be back to get a flash tattoo on Friday the 13th! If you’re looking for a quality place to go, with people who care about their clientele, this is the spot you’re looking for.

She was well educated, very informative and affordable. She made sure I knew what my options were and I was aware of pricing and everything upfront. This isn’t a money grab place, you can tell they care about their work and services! Will be returning.

Let me just start with how amazing and friendly Brandi is. As a person who gets nervous about piercings, I have gotten multiple at this studio and genuinely leave feeling so fulfilled and happy each time. This entire place and their employees are so welcoming and want what’s best for their customers. They genuinely want what’s best for my piercings and will be honest about what they think is best for the healing process. If you are having any doubts please put the doubts away and go to this piercing/tattoo studio. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my roommate came here yesterday for naval piercings by Myia, 2 hours after getting this piercing my jewelry fell out, as it was not the regular screw on jewelry but rather one that pops in and out. When we came back the next day to ask for a refund, the lady at the front desk immediately took us back to the piercing room to shove new jewelry into the area. When researching what to do the day prior, many results said to wait until the area is fully healed, and then re-pierce the area. My hole had already closed the day before, and she did not even look at the area to make sure it was safe to re-pierce or thread new jewelry inside. When asked about a refund, she replied that the “service had already been done, and the jewelry had already been inside of the piercing.” No other accommodations were communicated. Please do not come here for body piercings, they are extremely quick-willed and just want to make a quick dollar. Very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: My roommate and I got belly button piercings here yesterday by Mya. 2 hours later, my roommates piercing fell out. We came back in the next day to try to get a refund because her hole completely closed up. The woman we talked to refused a refund because “the service was already provided.” She offered to thread the piercing back in, even though my her belly button completely closed up. She didn’t even look at her belly button. DO NOT a piercing here!!!! they are completely unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job.

Also I tried to get a belly button piercing and the piercer was honest about my anatomy and how it would work long term, so I decided against it.

When we returned they were gone so we called Wilmington tattoo and piercing and said come on in. They were amazing and would come back here again. Jason did my tattoo and when we were talking we found out that we live right down the road from each other! This tattoo shop was hands down amazing we will be back next time we’re in Wilmington!

Experiencia fantástica: My mom, sister, and I decided last minute to get tattoos for my mom’s birthday, and this shop totally came through. Even though they were busy, they squeezed the three of us in and were super patient while we figured out what we even wanted. None of us had a clue going in, but they helped us nail down the designs and placement without making us feel rushed. I had my two younger kids with me (which I was nervous about), but the staff went above and beyond: stickers, temporary tattoos, Xbox, Pokémon cards… even my son with a cast got a custom “tattoo” drawn on by Jake, which made his whole day. All around, it was such a good experience..fun, stress-free, and welcoming. We’re not planning on new tattoos anytime soon, but if we were, this would absolutely be the place. Highly recommend!

My artist vrtale is amazing, I legit walked in the shop at 5pm and he knocked this 6x4 out in a hour 45 I left out of there by 7pm. Experiencia negativa: Prob got one of the lamest poorly done tattoos ever. I wasn't trying to be difficult, i was asking for their advice and open to options. I can't speak for everyone that works there but i was less than thrilled with the manor our guy talked to us about what we were wanting. Now i went into this knowing tattoo artist do not like finger tattoos. He threw every simple idea i had out and i was fine with that but what ended up with is just a laugh. No skill was involved with this and he just started free handing it without really any sign to try and satisfy us. (i didn't want him to do anymore, so i said nope i'm good) My husbands is poorly done and mine is just a joke. If ya really dont want to do the tattoos please just say so cause there's others out there that take em seriously and will walk you through to help and make sure you love your forever tattoo. This guy wasn't for us at all. He may be great at big tattoos but def not meaningful small ones. Total bummer.
