Experiencia negativa: I’m writing to express my frustration regarding how my recent tattoo appointment was handled. I originally scheduled my appointment over a week in advance for Saturday. On the day of the appointment, I was informed at the last minute by the front desk that the artist, Charlie, was sick and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was understanding of this and agreed to move it to Sunday. Unfortunately, on Sunday I was again notified last minute that the appointment needed to be pushed back because the artist was still sick, and it was rescheduled for Tuesday. While I understand that illness happens, the lack of advance notice was frustrating, especially considering the shop enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy for clients. At that point, I asked whether another artist could complete my tattoo since the original artist was unavailable. Instead, I was told that Charlie would reach out to me directly. I was not initially aware that Charlie was also the owner. When she contacted me, she explained she was sick, which further led me to believe that switching artists would be reasonable. However, I was told that was not an option. Feeling frustrated, I contacted the shop to request a refund and was told I would need to speak directly with Charlie. I was then offered another reschedule along with $100 off. Ultimately, I was informed that she would not be able to do the tattoo at all. This entire situation resulted in multiple last-minute changes, unclear communication, and unnecessary use of both my time and hers. I would have appreciated clearer communication earlier in the process and more flexibility given the circumstances. I’m sharing this feedback so the shop can reflect on how situations like this are handled in the future.

Not only is the vibes perfection but the piercer(I totally spaced on her name) was professional and so patient with my kid who came in for their first piercing. Plus they followed up about a week later to make sure the kiddo was doing good and had no issues. I'll definitely be back for both myself and my daughter

He does a very very thorough job, i swear he gave me about 4 coats of ink. We laughed, We cried, there was swearing, there were insults but through it all.....Matt grabbed his tissues, his tattoo gun, pulled through and did an amazing job. im already planning the other arm.

I have a few other piercings and tattoos but this was my first time attempting one I knew would be a bit more intense and she was phenomenal. I appreciated that she walked me through their sanitization practices, the piercing was much less painful than I anticipated, and I felt pretty prepared for what to expect with healing/aftercare. 4 days in and its looking great, swelling gone, and only tender if its really bumped. Ill absolutely be back.

I've gotten a dozen tattoos and numerous piercings but this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had, even with the (totally understandable) wait. Clean atmosphere, good music and movies on while you wait, plus free drinks and snacks if you haven't eaten recently. Absolutely loved my piercing experience as well, especially since I went in to replace a nose ring that had closed up. Never had a manual piercing done before- always the guns- but it was so much better and so well done. I'll definitely be back here for a couple more piercings and all my future tattoos!

She was lovely to speak with and very willing to change anything and everything to make it more me. She also was very accommodating with my schedule. Once I arrived for my appt I was greeted by Tiffany as well as Carly. Everything and everyone had an upbeat vibe that made it easy to relax. Once Carly was ready for me she made sure to show me all the sizes, once we chose the right size and placement she asked her mentor Charlie and we were ready to go. Carly did a wonderful time asking questions when she needed and taking breaks when appropriate. She even offered numbing spray. She did a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone. Even though she is an apprentice you can tell she will be big one day. While I was waiting for the stencil to dry I went to the front and was looking at jewelry. Tiffany was very helpful on answering any questions I had and was willing to help me change out my medusa jewelry since I needed a smaller bar from when I got it pierced before. She also assisted me to change out my septum ring when it seemed to not want to go all the way through. Tiffany was a joy and you can tell she brings the shop to life. If you're looking for good people that love what they do I recommend checking them out even if it is just to stop by and look at their crystals, art, and other fun things they have for sale.
