I got my nipples pierced and they look amazing! The place is super clean, you know they are the real deal bc she checked my anatomy. This is the best piercing shop I won't ever go anywhere else thank you so much Nelly ❤️ I'm so happy, they also informed me very well about aftercare and such ! 10000/10 recommend. They also had so much jewelry to choose from ❤️

I didn't receive any aftercare instructions after I informed them it was my first face piercing, but it could have been an option I missed while trying to register with them since service in the area was bad and my phone wouldn't load properly. Would get another piercing from them if I want another in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten 3 of my piercings here and recently after almost a year of having my septum, the piercing randomly decided to vacate its home. I was able to quickly book an appointment to put some new jewelry in and had no wait time. While the new jewelry could not be placed since my piercing hole was inflamed, Rome assisted me in putting my old one back. The experience was positive overall. Rome joked around with me and my husband and made us feel comfortable, even when I was not the best customer cause I was fidgeting a lot lol. 11/10 experience. I appreciate the advice Rome gave me. Would come back again.

Experiencia fantástica: Got my naval pierced here and had an excellent experience. The check in process is fast, easy, and fair (walk in with an online waitlist). Once it was my turn, the piercing artist I had took careful note of my naval anatomy, and even made sure to get a second opinion from the other piercing artist as well. Determining the size of the piercing in relation to my anatomy was clearly taken into account, which is one thing I wanted to be sure was done when I decided to go forward with this process. The piercing was quick and the jewelry is beautiful!

Experiencia negativa: IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Worst service, pricing, and care I’ve ever seen at a shop. Payed 9x yes NINE TIMES MORE THAN what they told me I would be paying. Just a down size that is all I needed and I only needed the jewelry I said that on the phone and in the shop. They charged me what was supposed to be $10 and I walked out spending $95 they will lie and trick you!!!! READ ALL REVIEWS

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. If you have anatomy that’s not “normal” looking then don’t even bother going. Went for nipple piercing and as soon as I lifted my shirt was immediately told “no that’s not gonna happen”. I was told because I have flat nipples that I would never be able to have them pierced. Crazy considering many people with flat nipples get them pierced with an understanding there’s a higher risk of rejection. Piercer was very rude. They didn’t even do any sort of assessing to see if it was possible. As I was on the way out they then decided to ask if I wanted a different piercing. After that, I wouldn’t even consider a different piercing. Not sure if they’re inexperienced or uncomfortable with it but there’s a right and wrong way to tell someone they don’t suggest the piercing. Extremely rude and would not recommend coming here if you have anything other than “perfect” anatomy.

I see a few of the reviews mentioned the check in lady was cold, it must have been a different person than I met today bc the young lady today was welcoming and kind. Tina was prepared, clean, efficient, and best of all patient. While Ive had a number of piercings, I always get extremely nervous before each one. She marked the locations, made sure I was ok with them. Gave me a stress squishy to help calm my nerves and talked me through each piercing as she did it. Also, no one mentioned the super cute bathroom! I know Im not the only one that has to nervous pee before getting pierced!

Experiencia negativa: After registering in, we talked to Ramon about get a clitoral hood piercing. That's what my friend wanted. Ramon literally tried to talk us out of a hood piercing. He told us she had the wrong anatomy without even checking. I"m thinking he did not know how and he tried to sell us on a piercing he knew how to do. Biolab was clean and professional looking. The receptionist was very nice and polite too. Disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience today with “Tina” today at Biolab (my name is also Tina:). I went to purchase jewelry/switch out jewelry and she was so kind and very patient. I can be a very indecisive person & she let me take my item and showed me many options. I ended up choosing a beautiful tear shaped stud. They have soooooo many beautiful options to choose from!! I will be back soon! Probaly next month for this other option I really loved. I highly recommend them! Great customer service and wait time!:)

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a belly piercing October 5th. The experience was great the piercer was quick, knowledged, and it was honsetly painless. The healing process has been painless aswell. I haven't had any bleeding or swelling nor any signs of infection. I would definetly recommend this place! at first it seemed insane paying alot for a belly piercing, but my first belly piercing was $35 at a different place and It was so painful. I bled, it got infected and my body pushed it out. Biolab made me realize it matters who you go to, the healing process has been wonderful so far and the price is worth it. I also bought the green foam after care soap they sell and it's amazing. Very inexpensive too. The people here are not greety and are very genuine.

We were nervous and he made the experience so delightful. We had so much fun, we laughed throughout the ENTIRE appt (all 3 of ours). He has such a gentle hand, I had my helix pierced before (not done at biolab) and I had a lot discomfort afterwards. With Rommel's steady hand, I have no pain at all!!! I will get (if any haha) new piercings with Rommel from now on!

Experiencia negativa: Took my son to get his ear pierced here and the woman who did it was completely inexperienced. His ear kept bleeding and when the earring fell out shortly after we noticed the “earring” was actually a lip/nose ring! I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. They don’t know what they are doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Went with my 15yo daughter to get her lobes pierced and I was going to get something on my ear pierced as well. Really easy check-in. Emery was who pierced us and she was so cool. Made me feel super comfortable &made the whole experience really great. Can't wait to go back and get another hole in my ear.

Experiencia negativa: Piercer was inexperienced, poorly pierced my belly button and my flat. Both piercings rejected due to poor piercing angles and was charged $260 without confirmation beforehand because prices were not properly explained. Would not recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: At the time I went, around 11:30 a.m. on a weekday, there was no waiting. The staff was friendly. The girl who did my ear piercing explained every step of the way, and the whole process was very hygienic. They had several choices of earrings that came with the price of the piercing, and many others if you want to upgrade . Plus a vast assortment of earrings for when you're ready to change out your piercing. I would highly recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: Shoutout to my piercer Tina! She removed my dermal from a different piercer that was rejecting really bad. Literally leaning out of my face. I wasn’t ready to leave the dermal life behind so she pierced my second dermal and it’s healed perfectly. I thought after 4 months of having my new dermal that I would have to remove it. Only because the job I’m going after doesn’t allow facial piercings outside of the nose and ears. She suggested that I remove the top of my dermal. Not only did that solve my problem but I’m able to go after any opportunity that I couldn’t before because of my piercings ALL WHILE not removing my precious dermal. All I have to do is screw the jewelry back on, and screw it off when I need a break. This is the best news of my year. I have such a tight relationship with my dermal, I was devastated at the thought of removing my new one. It never gave me any problems it’s healed beautifully, thanks to my piercer. So I am beyond happy. I can’t thank Tina enough. She’s a phenomenal piercer, and problem solver. She deserves everything in life. As in the Bio Lab. This is the ONLY shop I get my piercings done, you can not beat the jewelry options and the customizations you can do!! 10/10 experience. Period.

Experiencia negativa: I got my bellybutton pierced there and they did it all wrong! I had to get it removed and had 70 dollars wasted. They also pierced me with the wrong jewelry leading to it getting infected and being irritated! 0/10 don’t recommend. I have to get it redone

Asked the gentleman general question- if the belly piercing hurts, how to take care of it, etc. kept deflecting to my friend and telling me to ask her. I would rather ask a professional. He was very rude and short… made me really dislike this place due to this experience… I was too nervous to ask questions when he kept blowing me off. He didn’t tell me how to take care of my belly piercing, when I should change it… my piercing ended just rejecting itself and kept getting irritated… the piercing ended scarring when I wanted to keep the piercing…

Experiencia negativa: I went in to get a piercing yesterday, and I have to say the piercer was amazing professional, quick, and made the whole experience feel smooth and easy. I really appreciated how efficient and skilled they were. However, the main issue I had was with the receptionist. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The receptionist had a noticeable attitude and came off as very rude and dismissive. They didn’t greet me properly and seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. For a place offering services that can make people feel nervous or vulnerable, a friendly and approachable front desk experience is really important. That part definitely took away from the otherwise positive experience with the piercer.

Experiencia positiva: Took my daughter to get a helix piercing and the experience with the piercer was amazing. Very thorough with her explaining the process, made my daughter feel comfortable, and would recommend Tina to anyone. This would be a 5-star but the receptionist was very snappy. My husband stayed outside with our son since we understood he is too young to be in the building. When it was time to pay, I went to switch with him and she immediately snapped as us and said “you can’t bring that small child in here.” The piercers and tattooers are amazing, but that lady is not good for business!

Experiencia negativa: I went in yesterday for a nipple piercing, my second time getting it done. Staff were super cool and nice. The piercer was very respectful and reassuring. However my issues came when I got home to see the swelling was over pushing over the balls on the bar. Which was very painful. The bar was insanely too small for a new piercing. The barbell I had in my other nipple (have had for 5 years) was longer then the one the shop put in. I had to drive 30 minutes to another shop that was open and pay again to get a new barbell and get it changed out. Good experience while I was there, just would’ve thought i wouldn’t have to deal with something like that.

Experiencia negativa: I had a nose piercing done about a month ago. The prongs on the stud turned dark colored. I paid 60.00 just for the piercing. I called to see if they would replace it and the guy told me they could clean it but not replace it. For 60.00 they should have put a stud that wouldn’t turn black. I definitely do not recommend going here as they are very over priced and put on cheap studs.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten 10 piercings now with biolab within the last 3 years and they never disappoint! They always give an honest consultation before piercing and provide the best service I’ve received at any other shop. I will NEVER get pierced anywhere else, I only trust the piercers at biolab! I have gotten 6 helix, a flat, a rook, and 2 lobes that have all healed perfectly with biolab!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to biolab many times. Got my nose pierced here in March, and just got it removed. I can’t have it for the job I’m getting into. I was scared to have it taken out because I recently got it infected. But Emery was a god-send and I super appreciate them. 10/10 recommend any services done by Emery. Biolab is great for piercings, hopefully eventually I’ll get a tattoo there!

Ronnie is the best . I have never felt so comfortable getting a piercing done and it was so painless compared to other piercings I got done ! Experiencia negativa: I called the number provided in a Google search (which is inside of a tattoo establishment) earlier in the day to inquire about what would be needed to get my 17-year-old daughter a few piercings and if the particular documentation i had would be sufficient enough. Once I obtained the answer, I asked about what their closing time was and was informed that it was midnight. Upon arrival, we were told that piercings couldn't be done because the piercing stops at 10, and they only have one certified piercer, which was not there. When I stated that and asked why we were told midnight when I asked in the call to the shop assistant said she didn't know who said that. I instantly recognized her voice as the person on the phone before I answered the "how can I help you?" We wasted 2 hours in round trip due to being misinformed.

Experiencia negativa: i hate giving low star reviews, but i just want to spread the word to others! i came here previously to get my nipples pierced and had a great experience! my piercer even told me if i were to come back after 3 months, she would downsize them at no cost. so of course i did what a deal. however, after getting resized i was met with a total of about $55. i asked about the free downsizing, and they explained to me that due to them now having entirely new staff they could not honor the word of a previous employee. i totally understand, however, i do feel as if they could have honored the free downsize or at least offered a discount. i drove all the way from college station to get free nipple bars, when i could’ve just went somewhere in town to avoid the cost of gas/$55 :( great place! just be aware if you visit with the impression of a discount/whatever a previous employee may have offered you!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Friend and I went in to get a nipple piercing. I needed mine repierced from it closing years prior, and she was getting her first body piercing (excluding ears). The process was all about 15-20mins mostly because of setup. It was comfortable and Ronnie was awesome! Trust Biolab if you want to get anything pierced.

Experiencia fantástica: Emery is amazing! I came in tonight looking for guidance after being pierced about 4 weeks ago. I have extremely sensitive skin and over the past few days my nose has become more sore. I thought I was having a reaction to the metal but Emery educated me on nose piercings and how they should go. Long story short my initial piercing did not go as it should but Emery was there to save the day! My nose no longer feels like it’s about to pulsate off my face and I’m so thankful that I crossed paths with Emery tonight! Thank you Emery!

Experiencia negativa: I have gotten all of my piercings and jewelry from Biolab for many years (nostril, nips, septum, jewelry purchases, etc) and I’ve always had a great experience. This is why I’ve driven 1hr (one way) to go there every time, bypassing closer places because I’ve trusted their work and I’ve always left satisfied (when Aaron and Elizabeth were there). This last time I went, it wasn’t the best experience. I went in to get a new ball for my gold plated horseshoe septum ring because mine had fallen off. After looking at my ring, I was informed by the piercer (I’d never met him before) that they no longer sold the rings with internal threading like I had. I asked if they still had gold like I have and he told me they did. So I was okay with that thinking the only thing that would be different is the threading. When I got to the back, he removed my previous ring and added the new one. I noticed it was a bit painful, which was weird because I’ve had my septum for 3 years. It was tight to me but I just let it be, trusting his judgment. He asked if he should toss my old ring out and I agreed since I didn’t have the ball anymore. I got up to leave, paid for the service, and walked outside. As soon as I got into the sun and really got a good look at my ring, it was green instead of gold. I went back in and told him about my dislike for the color. He then told me that he used a machine to make it gold instead of the gold plated jewelry I expected to be installed. When I asked if they had gold plated, he then told me they did not have any of those but he could run it through the machine again to try to get it closer. I agreed with this because I didn’t have another choice. When I got to the back to have the ring removed and reprocessed, I requested to also have a new nostril ring the same color since they were still obviously different shades of gold. He agreed and brought me a new nostril ring that had been ran through the machine as well. I noticed it was painful for him to remove and replace the septum again. He installed the new nostril ring and told me that he got me a smaller one to make it more snug to my nose, which I did not request. My old ring was purchased at Biolab as well and fit my nose perfectly as to not pull on my ring hole. However, I did like the look of the snug fit initially and I didn’t notice any pain right away, so I let it be. I ended up leaving after that. The pain with the nostril piercing didn't show until my nose flared while I was laughing later on. The smaller ring he installed started pulling down on and stretching my ring hole. I had to remove it and replace my old nostril ring. The septum ball also fell off the next day and I just didn’t have it in me to go back to Biolab and have this experience all over again. Also, I realized the reason why my septum was tight and hurting even though I’ve had my piercing for years. It’s because he installed a ring with a larger gauge size. When I put on my old silver ring that l received when I first got my initial piercing at Biolab (before it was changed out for gold at Biolab once it healed), the pain instantly went away and it was no longer tight. Now I’m left with a ring I paid for that I can’t use because the gauge is too large and the ball fell off the next day and a nostril ring that is too small. I’m also forced to have to spend additional money elsewhere to get a new septum ring because I don’t feel comfortable going back to Biolab again after this experience. He was very nice for sure but overall, this was not a good experience for me. I’ve been a loyal customer at Biolab for many years at this point and it sucks to have to find somewhere else to go now.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fresh Tragus piercing that was starting to embed in my skin. The original piercer didn’t get back to me (thank god)! So I went into biolab to have them take a look thinking I just needed longer jewelry to accommodate the swelling. I am so thankful I went in because it was pierced incorrectly and with the incorrect jewelry and the piercing needed to be removed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will most definitely be going back for any other piercings I decide to get!

The piercers made us feel comfortable with the procedure and were very helpful with an explanation about aftercare. Highly recommend coming here for piercings!

Experiencia fantástica: I read the reviews and saw some of the complaints about the waitlist so I really didn’t know what to expect . I went on a Saturday and my wait was not long at all. I needed my dermal removed because it was rejecting and I didn’t get the man’s name that did it , but he was amazing . He walked me through everything he was doing while he was doing it and was very patient with me . Due to where it was at and the jewelry that was used (it was done in Chicago) , it was sorta hard to get out . It was painful but he talked me through it and sincerely seemed apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault . After he was done he showed me some of the jewelry they had and was very thorough without being pushy . I had not planned on getting pierced again but now I want another one just so he can do it . The young lady that checked me out really was a sweetie as well. I will definitely be back again !

Experiencia fantástica: We had the best experience with getting my daughters piercings yesterday evening, by Cat. Cat was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in not only guiding my daughter to help make a selection in which jewelry she should pick out, but she also offered her expertise in why my daughter should wait to do more piercings, until the ones she really wanted to get done yesterday could heal. Safety is always their 1st main focus here and every step of the processes you know that your health is in good sterile hands. Cat also did an excellent job at making my daughter and even myself feel very relaxed and calm through the whole event. We left feeling very well educated on her new piercings and how to take care of them throughout the whole healing process. I would highly recommend going to see Cat for any of yours or your loved ones piercing needs. Total 10 out of 10 experience for us. I hardly walkaway from somewhere and feel the need to leave a review, but Cat went above and beyond for us and all of our non stop questions. That I had to come leave a review about our whole experience.

Experiencia fantástica: JC did a great job piercing my lobes last night and breaking the stretching process down barney style for me. The piercing was quick, relatively painless and JC was very attentive. He noticed I was feeling light headed before I had even said anything and took great care of me. I've gotten my lobes and septum pierced here and had great experiences both times.

I felt no pain after my piercing. The owner of the shop is an extremely kind guy he checked on me multiple times and profusely apologized for the wait which I was more than happy to do because of their amazing service.

Experiencia negativa: Ben did my piercings and they're by far my favorite! He was very kind and extremely professional. The studio was very clean and you could tell it was very organized. The staff were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this place for all your piercings! I will never go anywhere else! Update: Would have given zero stars if I could. This place will never be the same. Stay away.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to get my piercing changed out to a hoop 7 months after i got it and was told it was healed. I finally found a jewelry that wouldn't irritate my skin as well. I wasnt told they charge to change it and the total was $45) When they changed it out it bled and i asked if that was normal and she said yes, without cleaning and changed it out to a smaller hoop because i didnt want a chunkier jewelry, (there was room still open in the piercing) Then a day later its already irritated i try to treat it for a month it gets worse and worse and so i came back and waited for an hour just to see the piercer understandably they were busy. However i did not know him taking out the piercing for me after we decided that was the only option would be any charge ($15) so i waited for an hour just to be told its best i take it out while also being charged for it. I took really good care of my piercing before and feel like it wasnt ready for a hoop but instead of telling me it seemed like they wanted money. Really upset about the money i spent taking care of it could have LEAST not charged me to take it out or told me it costed anything! Girl was nice at the front counter though and i do appreciate that.

Experiencia negativa: I waited for hours. When it was finally my turn, the piercer with long red hair and a medical boot racially profiled me and gave me poor customer service. She only showed my the inexpensive septum jewelry, and rushed me. I inquired about the Tether jewelry in the stand. Her response indicated that she was surprised I asked about it. Additionally, she tried to sell it to me for $500! That’s ridiculous! The Tether website sells their stainless steel, gold finish clickers for $130. I bought my first Tether gold clicker for $120. I did not appreciate the racial profiling, poor customer service, and overcharging for jewelry. I will not be a patron at this establishment. I’m treated with respect and charged at fair price at Body Art Piercing Studio.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in and got my navel pierced, my tragus & my lobes pierced like a week ago. Cat was my piercer and when I tell you I trust this woman with my life?! I REALLY DO! She was amazing & super gentle, she talked me through all my piercings to help me remain calm & even went over aftercare with me once everything was done. Cat really made my experience great & my piercings were fairly painless and quick. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to Biolab to get pierced by Cat!

Experiencia fantástica: I was just in today with my daughter who wanted to get her bellybutton pierced. Of course she was super excited, but when the staff took a look at her anatomy she wasn’t a good candidate for a belly piercing. She was disappointed but I sincerely appreciated the fact that the staff was honest, upfront, transparent, and was more concerned about her understanding the higher risk of migration for her body type. Much respect for turning away business cuz it was the right thing to do vs just taking our money and not caring what would happen afterwards to her. We went on a very busy day where Catt was by herself and taking client after client. She was full of personality when it was our turn and really helped calm my nerves. She was honest in which piercings would or would not work on our ears, and took her time with all four us. Catt is so vibrant and her technique is unmatched. Really looking forward to coming back.
