Experiencia fantástica: This place was great from the start of my experience to the end. Staff are all so welcoming and helpful as this was my first time getting a tattoo. They made scheduling an appointment quick and easy and communicated very well. I had Julian as my artist and he very clearly has a love for his craft and was very professional in answering every question I had about getting my tattoo and aftercare. The experience went great, I love my result, everything felt very sanitary and safe, and I highly recommend checking this place out.

So naturally this is where I brought her to get her belly pierced. I absolutely love how they walked her through everything and made sure she knew exactly what to expect. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t begin to express my sincerest gratitude- as a walk in customer, on a Sunday, with a not so easy request…the girls up front were patient and kind enough to talk to me while i waited to connect with Justin; who said yes to my Arizona touch up and I am so so happy with the final piece. Justin was also patient redoing and coloring in some blown out lines with THE softest hands. The shop itself is really amazing. Obsessed with that merch line and wish I had had extra room in my suitcase for that zip up hoodie. The big screen counters for inspiration and customer/artist guidance is genius. 10/10 all around guys. Keep doing great stuff!

Experiencia fantástica: Ended up losing one of the plugs for my ears and had to find a replacement. I ended up finding this shop right down the road, and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. My girlfriend also got her back dermals cleaned up and redone after other shops turned her away and said it was impossible, but not for Pat! Not only was he extremely professional and clean with the whole process, but he was also extremely nice and made us both feel very comfortable! All I can say is 5 STARS TO PAT AND THE TEAM AT CLUB TATTOO!!!

One just needing a jewelry change, one that was starting to heal over the anchor, and one that I was sure was a lost cause. Pat saved all three and I barely felt any pain at all. Experiencia negativa: On my first visit, I received a belly button piercing. I had done prior research and knew this piercing is anatomy-dependent, so I specifically expressed concern about whether my anatomy was suitable. The piercer briefly looked and said it would be fine before proceeding. Less than three months later, the piercing showed clear signs of rejection despite my efforts of proper aftercare. I returned to have it evaluated to see if it was truly rejecting, and a different piercer inspected it and confirmed it needed to be removed. He also mentioned that my anatomy was indeed risky for a navel piercing and that I should have been informed of that risk beforehand. This really shocked me given that I brought it up before. On a separate visit some time later, I came in for a hidden helix piercing. I explained the style I wanted and showed reference photos of the “floating” effect, which requires the jewelry to be placed horizontally so the bar is not visible. The piercing was instead done vertically, making the backing visible and eliminating the intended effect which is in the name of the piercing itself. When I returned about a week later, I was re-charged the same amount again to address the issue meaning I had to spend double for the initial piercing request. I asked the receptionist whether a discount was possible since the piercing had not been done as requested. She said she would check with the piercer. When she returned, she simply asked me to pay without addressing my question. After I asked again, she stated that the piercer had declined a discount. I would have appreciated clearer communication upfront rather than having to ask twice, which is simple customer service. I understand that piercings can involve risks outside anatomy but clearer communication, consistency between piercers, and more transparent customer service would have made a significant difference in both experiences. Although these visits were well over a year ago, I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. The photo with the endpost showing on top of my ear was what I got when I asked for a floating piercing directly showing how the piercing was not in any way what I requested.

All staff are friendly, the piercers Plaid and Patrick are both incredibly talented and very knowledgeable. They will walk you through the process, healing, and are always there to answer any questions I’ve had. Club Tattoo is also a part of the Association of Professional Piercers- they are very well trained, clean, and safe. I absolutely adore this shop & the employees! :)

Experiencia positiva: I have now taken 3 of my kids here and myself for Plaid and Pat to do our piercings. These two are professional and precise everytime. The front desk chick, however, leaves much to be desired. I guess when you know you are getting a paycheck either way, customer service isn't needed? Not sure how much business is missed through miss, "Sorry, I can't help you...."as she turns her back on you. So if you can swallow the intake chicks entitlement, this is the place to get pierced. Pat was amazing today as always. His education is on par with surgeons. ✨️

Since I’m 70, I felt CJ did an amazing job protecting my skin and constantly watching for problems throughout. I visited the Tempe and Mesa locations and they were clean and provided a quality experience. CJ listened to me and also told me what he thought to bring my project to life. I’m 90% finished now, I love my tattoo and get a ton of compliments. Thanks CJ!!! I could have been grinding my teeth but it was fun instead.

Experiencia fantástica: Just got 2 piercings as a walk in from them tonight. Laura the receptionist was warm and welcoming from the start and check out was easy and pleasant. Pat was the piercer tonight and he was wonderful with everything. I am someone who doesn’t explain things well but he was understanding. He gave me instructions and tips others piercers haven’t really informed me before and the whole process was really easy and comfortable plus through all facial piercings or even all piercings I’ve ever gotten they have been the least painful with him. He doubled checked that I was happy with placement before poking and after seeing it looking I was very very happy with the end result. Definitely do recommend anyone trying to get piercings to do to do it with them, very professional and very knowledgeable in this work that they care about their clients.

They were able to pierce my nose even though I have a pretty deviated septum, and it doesn't look crooked at all! The piercing was super quick and I barely felt any pain. The piercing hasn't gotten infected even though piercings I've gotten from other places always have. Pat answered all of my questions and was overall very kind.

I got my first piercing here, a septum, and the piercer was extremely nice and understanding of the first time nerves. The process was quick and he explained every aspect of it. Around the end of the appointment I did feel lightheaded because of my nerves but the piercer was very kind and allowed me to stay as much time as I needed and gave me glucose tablet which prevented me from fainting lol
