Experiencia fantástica: I was getting a real piercing for the first time. My first piercing was when I was a baby and it was pretty much botched as both sides were uneven. And honestly, I was pretty nervous. Isaac was the person who pierced my ears and I felt so comfortable. He took so much time to make sure that both sides of my ears looked the same and even. Now my original piercings don’t even look botched since he measured out my new ones. He showed me that the machine was sterile before he started. The piercing went quick and he had me do some breathing exercises before he put in the needle. This is the best place to not only get your first piercing, but all of them.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here right after one of my earrings was yanked out while surfing. Needless to say, I was having a terrible time but this place saved the day! My piercing was evaluated to see if it could be saved (thankfully it was salvageable) and I was given instructions on how to let it heal. They even put a matching earring in for me on the other side even though I hadn’t lost that earring. Overall it was quick and painless and saved me a lot of stress, as I was not looking forward to handling my bloody ear on my own. Very grateful for the experience! I wish I could’ve tipped but there’s no tip screen- next time I will bring cash!

Definitely pierced them faster than anyone else (which let me tell you, getting my septum pierced kinda slowly was a gross sensation). I’m only four days into healing but the three piercings I got (2 forward helix, conch) have not been bothering me at all and don’t look even a little red. While waiting, I decided to add on to my right shoulder tattoo (spontaneously), and Matthew and I worked together to design the add-on. He obviously did most of the design but it’s perfect! When my daughter was called in for her piercing, Isaac was a pro! Explained everything, rolled his eyes when she was being a drama queen (LOVED that lol).. but he was professional, had a great sense of humor and PATIENCE. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my ears pierced that day, but I decided to give Sideshow another shot since I was in the area. This time, I didn’t have to wait at all and the piercer was really encouraging, as it was my first time. Isaac made the process super reassuring and we even did some breathing exercises as well. Overall great experience and I’d go again if I ever want another one.

He’s extremely professional, kind, and I’ve had zero complications with either or (despite the industrial being known to be difficult). Both my industrial and conch cost about $80 each including the jewelry I chose (cheapest ones) which I think is a very fair price for the quality service you’re getting. My industrial healed so well after just 6 months I didn’t even need to come back for a resize although my conch was just pierced yesterday!

Experiencia fantástica: The piercer was friendly and knew how to do his job quite well. The shop (as a whole) was very clean. The other artists there were also very friendly. I got my tragus and flat pierced, and my lobes re-pierced. Everything is healing well and I haven't noticed hardly any swelling or irritation since day one. And the few times my flat has been irritated, its been my hair's fault. I do attribute this good healing to the piercer.

David was my artist I walked in saying I want a little coffin and gave him literally nothing to go off of. The design though I wanted it simple, did exceed my expectations. He was super quick and it was pretty painless for it being on top of my wrist. If I ever find myself back in Mission Bay there’s a good chance I’ll swing by for another one!

When my fiance and I met Matt I showed him some ideas of what I would like the piece to be, but nothing set in stone. At first I was a little disappointed we couldn't do the tattoo right then and there, but Matt assured me that it was okay and that he would reach out to me once he had drawn something up. I am GLAD I waited, as Matt and I went back and forth on the ideas he shared with me, adding things and removing things.. Experiencia fantástica: First off: GREAT customer service. Isaac was right off the bat cool and approachable, and I knew he'd do a professional job just in the professional way he treated me. The piercing was flawless in terms of sanitation/placement/jewelry selection. I healed up super quick had no piercing issues or infection at all, no redness. I used saline for the first three days to keep it clean everything is feeling great. Cheers to the crew at the shop the receptionist was really helpful and the other artists are chill as well. Experiencia fantástica: So impressed by the nose piercing I got here! They had tons of jewelry options, and they use only hypoallergenic metals. I have a nickel allergy so this is really important for me. Its been 3 days since I got it, and I've had no allergic reaction and it's healing so well! I also thought the piercing process was extremely hygienic. They sterilize the jewelry right in front of you, and the piercer even showed me the black line indicating a sterile needle. Experiencia fantástica: My mom and sister flew out to visit and we decided to pop in to this tattoo shop! They took AMAZING care of my sister while piercing her nose. They made sure to show us everything was sanitized and clean. My mom and I got tattoos and it was probably the best experience i’ve had at a tattoo shop! David is extremely talented and did an amazing job copying my father’s handwriting! We will definitely be back!!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved this whole experience! Matt had been recommended to me by a friend. I wanted a bouquet of daisies on my forearm with writing on the stem to commemorate my husband. I lost him 2 1/2 years ago, we were together for 40 years. He sent me flowers all of the time and always signed the card “To Infinity and Beyond”. Matt listened to me and drew the tattoo- it felt as if my love was guiding him! My only other tattoo was in the 1990’s so I was a little apprehensive but Matt put me at ease and the whole experience was super easy! Now I have a lasting bouquet from my love. Thank you Matt!

Experiencia fantástica: Isaac was such a pro! I got my tragus and lower helix pierced and it was virtually painless. He explained everything he was doing and showed me all the tools, and the piercing room had a really cool chandelier so it was nice looking at that. It’s been about a week and I’m healing up nicely - I just have some slight discomfort if I sleep on that ear. If you’re in SD I highly recommend seeing Isaac for all your piercing needs:-)

He was kind, professional, and really attentive—especially with my daughter, checking in with her multiple times to make sure she was comfortable during the changeout. We needed a new set since the original was gone, and he helped us find a good option without any hassle. Really appreciated how smooth and thoughtful the whole process was.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my tattoo done with Nick who was very patient with all the resketching we had to do to get the tattoo perfect. He was also beyond kind and calmed my nerves as it was my first tattoo. In the end the tattoo was exactly what I hoped for. Going back to him for more work, piercings or otherwise :)
