Negative experience: Don't go there they overcharge for mediocre work not worth it

Fantastic experience: I went to go get my nose pierced last year and they did it for me I’m not sure how much it was because a friend payed for it for my birthday but now a year later it is great and they where vary comforting and it was over all a great experience they where gentle and 100% would go back there again.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: honestly i came in a while ago for my first tattoo and already when i got up there the vibes were off, i came for a tattoo that SHOULDNT of been 150. and not only was i ripped off they tried to make it seem like some sort of “deal” and then i had to pay for my tattoo BEFORE it was done. My tattoo shouldn’t of been more than AT LEAST $60 most definitely not coming again the skinny black guy left my tattoo unfinished, and i was rushed throughout the entire time of my trying to describe what i wanted as if i was bothering them. 0 stars. (the first pic is the stencil, 2nd is after it was done, and 3rd is recent)

Negative experience: So I’ve been to this shop once before for two other piercings which came out great….but I went in for snake eyes and got something else I guess similar to frogs eyes that lays on top of the tounge…far as snake eyes there pierced through the sides of the tounge but I already paid 60 bucks which is upsetting to get the wrong piercing this is what I got a curved bar that’s very loose and literally almost hangs out my mouth

Negative experience: Came in late December of 2024, wondered for a while why I struggled with my septum healing so much, they pierced my nose almost completely at the very, very edge of my cartilage, waste of time and money.

Negative experience: I went to go get my nipple pierced November 18, 2024. It was around 7:20 PM when I walked in and I seen Eric mopping the floor. I gave him $50 and we went into the room so we could get started on the piercing, he marked my nipple, which indicated I feel like he knew what he was doing, and my nipple was bleeding so bad that I couldn’t even really look at my nipple because he told me to keep the napkin on my piercing till I got home. It wasn’t till I got home and I was taking videos that I realized he didn’t pierce my nipple. He pierced my areola. My areola and my nipples have been swollen for the past two weeks and now it is infected. Smfh

Negative experience: call the store before I even came in and asked if someone could do my piercing and he said the piercer will be there in 30 minutes with 30 minutes go by I am on the way to the store and I get there the pierre isn’t there I’ll wait for another 30 minutes and he still not there. They called and said that he still was not there. I ended up waiting there an hour if your piercer is not gonna be there you should’ve said that from the start.

Negative experience: The tattooist that did mine, she broke federal law by putting me on here Livestream WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I had to ask multiple times for her to take it off.

Negative experience: Got this done there against my better kid because the guy seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing! Was nervous! Couldn’t get my stencil or placement correct !! After a week it was inflamed draining and went back to show them something wasn’t right and he told me it was in the healing process! A month later after several hospital visits it’s infected!!!

Negative experience: If I could possibly give this shop -5 stars, I absolutely would; I am only stuck with the option of 1 though. I called yesterday, I was in need or glass of stone plugs that were an inch in size. The individual at the shop (did say he was not the piercer) but he was certain they had several pair that fit my needs. I went 30 minutes out of the way to this shop and of course - NOT A SINGLE PAIR of 1 inch plugs. The individual even had ways to size the jewelery to tell me that none were available beforehand. Instead he absolutely wasted my time, was incredibly unprofessional, had no interpersonal skills, and under no circumstance should be manning the shop seemingly alone. What a disasterous experience, simply appalled.

Negative experience: The guy that did my tattoo butchered my arm. I have a lot of tattoos and never have it been butchered like my arm has been. Wasn't very talkative and overpriced for a small tattoo. I will not be going there again

Negative experience: I’ve came on two occasions to get my ears pierced and both times I was told to come back later because the lady who does them isn’t there. I did not come back and would not recommend this business for piercings. Just unprofessional.

Negative experience: I went in to get a septum piercing, it's crooked and not in the right place. I'm quite upset. The man piercing my nose was clearly having a busy/bad day and he was not gentle either, we should've read the reviews before me and my coworker came.

Fantastic experience: I gotten my first piercing with them at 16 and it was a belly button piercing and I never had a issue with it I do know im going back for my frog eye tongue piercing they have excellent customer service skills and make you feel comfortable

Negative experience: I went here about 2 months ago and had 4 pericings done it was late and he already was closed but accepted me anyway and cut me a great deal for 100 for all 4. By far the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Very unprofessional, he chose the jewlery for me I had no choice of which ones, my ears are extremely uneven and when I asked if he could replace the purple dot and move it over he said he couldn’t and snapped on me for touching it. Very harsh grip on my ears his grip hurt more than the piercings and I have had many piercings before and non had ever bled as bad as this time. He kept assuming I took pills or drank but im not even of drinking age and never drank in my life. When he did my cartilage he lost the piercing in my hair and had to repierce it while yelling “fuck” and the needle he used to do it ended up falling in my shirt and I had to remove it. he did it all so fast it’s like he wasn’t even caring about placement just trying to get me out the shop . Im thankful he accepted me so late but had I known that type of treatment I would have rather came another day or to another shop and payed a little more.This is the owner by the way who did this it was like he was drunk or on something when working. As you can tell in the photos very uneven, and I tried to tell him again he wouldn’t readjust them

Fantastic experience: Eris is and always will be kind, outstanding, talented, respectful, and straightforward. His talent is unmatched, unfortunately due to the high volume of customers wanting just Eric yo do their tattoos is waiver because of short staff. If Eric had just the professional amount of staff to help, he could at least take a breath. Keep the faith ERIC..

Fantastic experience: I moved out to Florida two years ago and he was the first and only shop I been to for my piercings. Between me and my stepdad, we always go to Eric’s! Quality piercings, quick and smooth. I’ll always recommend here and I’ll keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I went down to Jacksonville on a whim and found this tattoo/piercing studio. No research. Spur of the moment. Best decision. The store was clean and staff was extremely friendly. My piercing specialist was Red. She was fun and relatable and all around fantastic. She explained the process and let me know what she was doing and when she was doing it. And she was very gentle when piercing the skin. She explained in detail the after care and gave me written instructions as well. Highly recommend this shop and Red as your piercing specialist.

Negative experience: I went to Eric's tattoo had appointment at 12pm, it was not open but the open sign was on, the young lady that works there name Red she could not get in on her on, she said he had to wait on her boss, she was very kind, she tried to call him but no answer, ... Shameful! We will not ever come back. We waited for 30 min, It was 3 people waiting, never again.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in Eric's tattoos. We had a 12pm appt today to get a nose piercing. We called a week prior to make the appt. When we arrived today at 11:58, the door was locked even though the sign said 'OPEN'. So we waited 2 more mins and tried to open the door and it was still locked. The young lady Redd came from next door and told us she couldn't get in because the alarms would go off if she unlocked the doors. She said she called the owner but he wasn't answering his phone. Another customer came up to get a ear piercing and waited outside with us in the heat. 2 other business owners next door tried to call the owner but his phone went to voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Redd was very apologetic, but this is BAD BUSINESS. ANY business should arrive at their place at least 15 minutes before opening time. We waited over 20 mins and never heard from the business owner. We left very frustrated and disappointed. This is not how you handle business and we will never visit again.

Fantastic experience: I called this morning and came in this afternoon. Very welcoming clean, environment. I will be back in about a month for my birthday tattoo.

Negative experience: Came to get my septum pierced. Left with the wrong jewelry in the bottom meat of my nose....nowhere near where the septum is supposed to be pierced. Was a painful botched piercing. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Negative experience: I was in a couple hours ago and was disgusted on how he yelled at his receptionist in front of everyone she was a sweet and respectful young lady and she didn’t deserve that

Negative experience: Came in with a few friends to get piercings and ended up leaving- we were concerned that the white guy with the dreads was under the influence and we were disgusted by the way he screamed at his receptionist and threatened to fire her in front of everyone. Very unprofessional.
