Fantastic experience: I went along with my son for his first tattoo. Bryan did an amazing job and was very kind and attentive to him (and me) throughout the whole process. Heather was very helpful and kind to me as well. She answered all the questions I had about an older tattoo I have that is faded. I will definitely be going back to this place when I'm ready to have my cover-up done.

Negative experience: Everyone was really nice and my service was quick but they didn't use the right length of my piercings because I had to take them out due to the balls imbedding into my skin. That was over 100 dollars that i can never get back.

Negative experience: Update: Here’s the results of my swab straight from my chart that was took since Fine Line Tattoo thinks this is a joke. No bias as this is my first hand customer experience in the shop. Make an entire facebook post all you want, it’s obvious you’re covering your behind. You’re lucky I don’t drop names/dates/screenshots of your behavior. Completely disrespected by the owners Heather multiple times in my last 3 sessions. Her inability to work through her personal issues has impacted the business, other artists and customers. When she comes in fuming about home renovations where she’s on the brink of a break down and it makes the entire shop tense for all those there it’s more than unpleasant it’s unprofessional. Speaking of unprofessional she fired the shop apprentice and the piercer that’s been there for 20+ years. Enjoy the last of your days of Fine Line since your parents left it to you and now you’re digging into a hole. Egotism and classic spoiled child behavior at its finest ladies and gentlemen. I also got a staph infection from my last tattoo there that required me to get Rx and get seen by a dermatologist at KMC. So great job on your sanitation Wonderful professionalism pictured

Fantastic experience: I've had many piercings done here, and not only was the piercer knowledgeable, she was extremely helpful when I went back and inquired about aftercare and helped change out piercings, free of charge. Just my 2 cents, but it's your responsibility to make sure the placement of your body jewelry or tattoo is to your satisfaction before you modify your body. I've asked to slightly move placement many times and they have been gracious about it. Very clean shop. Reasonable prices on par with many other area locations.

Fantastic experience: I got my very first tattoo today, 10/10 recommend fine line. Brian was my artist and he did an excellent job, I'm in love with my tattoo. He was very reassuring that if I needed a break it's ok. The tattoo took about an hour with no breaks taken. The place was very clean and they sanitize very throughly and often. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo I would recommend fine line.

Fantastic experience: I got a fine line shark tattoo down my spine from Bryan, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! He was super warm and welcoming, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and absolutely nailed the design. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. Shoutout to the front desk lady too—she was so helpful and kind. She chatted with me during my session, which honestly helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience feel way less tense. The vibe of the whole shop was great, and you can tell they genuinely care about your comfort and experience. I’ll 100% be back. Bryan is officially my go-to artist now!

Fantastic experience: Great place to get a tattoo! Clean and very thorough. Heather did a tattoo for me 16 years ago... I am waaaay overdue for another one and I wouldn't go to anyone besides her. I Love the detail and could definitely feel how much pride she put into her work. I took my son to her when he turned 18 (about 9 years ago) and she did the same amazing job of definitely making sure everything was perfect for him, just as she did for me.

Fantastic experience: i got heather’s contact through my mother in law. she’s done multiple multiple tattoos on her and her husband. and one really detailed piece on my husband. so i knew she was trustworthy. this was my first “big tattoo”, my daughters footprints & birth flowers. she made sure to ask if i liked the design of it, made sure the spelling was correct. when she sat me down, made sure i was comfy, even giving me a pillow to make my back flat with the chair. shop was the cleanest tattoo shop i’ve ever been too. and she was beyond sanitary. she took her time, talking to me throughout, and she executed it perfectly. i’m in love with my tat and im so thankful heather was the one to do it!! will definitely be coming back for all future tattoos

Teddie always made sure her staff and equipment/shop was always clean. I have only had Heather do one of mine and she did an amazing job

Fantastic experience: Heather did the majority of my arm tattoos! I started going to Fineline when I turned 18. I had many artist from that shop tattoo me (Heather personally being my favorite). The shop was always clean and inviting. I am long over due for another appointment. The half sleeve Heather did in 2015, healed without any issues. She did everything I requested. I still get compliments to this day!

Fantastic experience: Heather did one of my favorite tattoos I have. Its a blue sea turtle. She added some hints of color to make it pop, and unintentionally added Orange, my other favorite color, into the mix. I couldn't be happier with it. I've been getting tattoos for about 15 years. And when I started getting them the only place my mom approved of was Fine Line because they were always professional and clean and passed all their inspections. I've had no problems there. 10 of my tattoos and all of my piercings have been done there. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had numerous tattoos at Fine Line, many with Heather. The shop has always been extremely clean and sanitary. The artists take pride in their work and listen and work hard to get our wishes 100% how we are looking for. Heather’s dad did one of my tattoos a very long time ago when the shop was over at 29th and Adams. That shop was very clean and sanitary as well. Found out during that appointment, that John’s son up in Omaha, did my very first tattoo and his shop was the same, very clean and sanitary. This family doesn’t take shortcuts anywhere, and I have always felt safe getting my tattoos with them. I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone I have ever worked with, current and former artists, at Fine Line have been courteous and professional. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fine Line Tattoo for over 20 years. They have always been professional in every way. So much so that when my children wanted to start getting tattoos that is where I sent them. Heather is very attentive and delivers every single time. I look forward to my next tattoo (which can't come soon enough).

Fantastic experience: Bryan did a tattoo for me during a walk in for a horse that I lost and did an amazing job. This tattoo was very close to the heart for me. He also did a tattoo for my fiancé that he wanted for his grandmother the same day and it’s turned out beautiful as well! It was a very pleasant experience. It’s one of the cleanest shops we’ve been too. Will go back again 10/10

Fantastic experience: Bryan took my vision and sketched it out to make it exactly what I was wanting. All needles were packaged and put into sharps container after my tattoo, plus the ink was disposed of properly as well! Every was sprayed down before I sat down and covered with plastic to keep it clean. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure safety and cleanliness! My tattoo turned out gorgeous! I can't wait for my next one.

Negative experience: I went in for 3 piercings around May 4th. 4th lobe on both ears and a septum. I told her I trusted her, because I have a hard time telling if things are even. She wasn't rude or anything, I didn't have that experience. I got the sheet for aftercare, but since this wasn't my first time I guess I didn't notice when she didn't actually SAY anything about the aftercare. After the swelling went down however every piecing was off angle. The nose was crooked and the lobes were pierced upwards. From the front everything looked 'okay' but from under, the side or any other angle it was pretty clear they were crooked. I ended up taking them all out and will get them redone in a few months by an APP member elsewhere. - Paid 140 for the 3 piercings. Jewelry is Stainless Steel and limited options.

Negative experience: Piercing is clearly CROOKED and pierced more towards the left side inside of belly button, she missed the dotted line, someone who claims they have 20 YEARS of experience wouldn't pierce like this , either she didn't care or she just doesn't know how to pierce correctly, this is terrible I wouldn't recommend

Negative experience: Came in to get a belly piercing yesterday and the piercer was rude, I asked her if she could kindly do a count down so I can be prepared and she said "I'd rather do it my way" she sure was happy to take my money at the end, after I left I realized the piercing wasn't even placed where the dotted line was, it looked crooked I wouldn't recommend coming here to get a piercing from that lady that claims she has 20 years of experience.

Negative experience: I went to Fine Line around the end of November 2024, I got an eyebrow piercing. I felt like the lady who pierced me was rushing and rude. When i got it done and they gave the the piercing aftercare paper, I took care of it just like it said, no issues until around maybe a month I started getting a bump below/on the piercing area, Didn’t think much of it just thought it was a keloid, but then It started getting much bigger and changing color. I took the piercing out because it was starting to get painful. Not only did i get an infection but she but a smaller bar in 6mm which is way to short for a new eyebrow piercing, Which i believe caused it. It’s sad because she’s a “professional piercer” I have done all my piercings myself and never had this problem nor ever got a keloid by doing it myself. Do not go here. I will be going to a different place to see what i can do for this infection.

Negative experience: Sounds like things were bad 6-7 months ago! I made an appointment, gave them my ideas and made my deposit. I was excited to get it done so I didn't question their methods of who my artist may be and such. My sister passed away unexpectedly, so I had to change the appointment, they made it about a week later. The day before the appointment they called and moved it to an hour later. I explained I have to go to work in the evening to which they said they would have plenty of time. Just like someone else said, my artist was busy with someone else and I sat there forty five minutes past my appointment time, knowing that by then, they didn't have time to do it right. No one communicated with me the entire time. I was in tears when I finally got up and walked out, losing my deposit as well. $150 for nothing but bad service. Never again.

Negative experience: Wife tried to call about prices. Or possibly making an appointment. the lady on the phone just was rude. We will go elsewhere

Negative experience: Price was a little bit more than I expected($80). Spent over $100 for two nostril but I think there was a $20 fee for additional piercing but idk. I was told while getting my piercing to pick the placing of each, and I understood doing the first one but I asked for symmetrical… *The last time I was pierced, the piercer used a marker to draw symmetrical lines to match up each side. This time I assumed the same would be done or even the markings prior to the needle been lined up, but the second dot was placed after the second piercing.. They’re uneven (lined up evenly but on different parts of each side of my nose), I addressed this and I was told I was the one who picked the placement. *I’m use to the artist lining up the placements for symmetry, and each time I addressed an issue, I was met with hostility. I didn’t feel like my opinion was met with sincerity, I definitely should’ve asked for markings rather than dots. Other than that, the area was clean and sterile. I feel my piercings will heal nicely, minimal pain.

Negative experience: The tattoo I got from here was bad. They used two needles tops. The shading was awful. Lines were bad and then the lettering has already blurred together and can’t read. They didn’t shadow at all. Tattoos from here look like garbage. I’ll have to pay thousands to get it cover r other artists say they do awful

Fantastic experience: I got my sister a tattoo at fine line tattoo and Garrett did an amazing job it's a complete copy and paste he made sure it was in the right placement I will definitely get a tattoo from here and the shading was impeccable

Negative experience: No education, no conversation about anatomy, pierced with stainless steel rather than implant grade titanium (but they don't tell you this). Piercings are crooked and at the end there was no conversation about aftercare, they just hand you a paper and send you on your way. UPDATE turns out they botched my piercing and I had to remove it entirely. DO NOT trust them with your piercings. There's a reason they don't ask you if you like it at the end.

Negative experience: i had a scheduled tattoo appointment at 2PM, showed up at 1:45 to fill out paperwork. they said my artist was finishing up someone else, that was completely fine. unfortunately, i had to leave due to him tattooing this other person for almost an hour after my scheduled appointment and i couldn't wait any longer due to my child needing to be picked up from his baby sitter. my tattoo was small so i know it wouldn't have taken long at all to do it. there was no communication on him needing to take longer on his other client and no one asked me if i wanted to wait or reschedule. very unprofessional and i will not be back.

Negative experience: the girl that did my belly piercing had absolutely no idea what she was doing (and was rude on top of that). nothing about the piercing process was sterile or professional by any means. i was pierced with huge hollow jewelry and this is the only option they have available and won’t let you use your own. any educated piercer should know that hollow jewelry is prone to infection and big jewelry can cause irritation on a new piercing. i put a lot of effort into trying to get it to heal for 9 months and eventually got it looked at by someone that’s actually experienced and knowledgeable in this field just to find out she pierced me in the wrong spot, crooked, and with the wrong jewelry. she didn’t even use a clamp and when she was done i could see the dots where she had made the markings… let’s just say she didn’t hit them . definitely do not go here for piercings unless you want your jewelry facing 1 instead of 12⏰ and want to put in a ridiculous amount of effort to save something that's screwed from the beginning.

Negative experience: I didn’t go in personally, but my partner came in today and was charged $140 for classic lobe piercings!! He didn’t know better, so he paid. The jewelry that was given was nothing special either. Very upsetting to hear

Fantastic experience: Wife and I came back in for me to finish one up and her to get one started. We love the fact that we can send some pictures and have a little chat and then they come up with the design. Heather has done a fabulous job on my wife's artwork/tattoo and she is stoked for the next appointment where they'll finish it up. Garrett finished a peice on my arm that he split into 2 sessions of 4hrs and 3 ½hrs. I absolutely love it. They have such tremendous attention to detail and I'm proud to show off this artwork! Looking forward to starting my next piece with them!

A lot of my family and a few close friends have gone to Garrett and have loved his work as well! I love how the Fine Line staff get along like family! Fantastic experience: Fine Line is by far, my favorite place for tattoos and piercings. I got my first tattoo here at 16 (over 21 years ago) and my most recent last week. Will start my next piece on a month. I’ve also had multiple piercings, and will be getting a couple more today. I’ve always been pleased with the work. I’ve had small pieces, a sleeve, large side piece and a cover up. The shop is always clean. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. You can tell they all get along and they work pretty darn well together. Music is always on point. All but my first tattoo have been done by Kevin. I tell him what I want and he makes it happen. I’ve received compliments just about everywhere I go. Including from other artists. I’ve seen plenty of work done by the other tattoo artists and I can guarantee they will deliver as well. I have several family members that are loyal Heather customers and their art is beautiful. My piercing experiences have always been good. It’s clean and they’ve been done well and healed fine. If I’ve ever had questions, they’ve been answered adequately. The ladies that work the front are efficient and friendly and keep things flowing smoothly and have always made scheduling easy. Prices are fine, I’m willing to pay - they work hard and for the quality, for something I’m keeping forever, it’s definitely worth it. I’ve been to several shops while living / traveling in other states but Fine Line will always be my “go to.”

Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring I was completely satisfied with the art and I mean everything from size, shape, placement, color...she made adjustments until I was ecstatic with the outcome! Negative experience: Been going here for years for piercings and one sister tattoo. The piercer is rude, not friendly and unprofessional. Not just with our most recent experience but throughout the years, she's just never nice. She was one of the only piercers in town so we would go regardless. Took my 17 year old in for a belly piercing and she was told, you're too skinny..... maybe when you gain some weight, come back. WTH!! Went to Absolute Tattoo and had ZERO problems!! Never again!! Get a better attitude or a different job!!!

Negative experience: I went to get a couple piercings earlier this year and felt very rushed during it. She was rough. My piercings got rejected and very badly infected. Idk about you all but I'll be finding a better piercing place.

Negative experience: Said my cartilage piercing would be $53. Afterwards, i went to pay and the lady informed me it would be $73. I mentioned that the other girl had said it would only be $53 and they didn't offer to adjust the price or even apologize for the inconvenience. Completely unsatisfied and at this point, i would never come back or recommend it to anybody.

Negative experience: The piercer I went to is a butcher! She was extremely rough and rushed through everything. She was not kind or gentle. She seemed very annoyed the whole time and made negative comments about my piercings and jewelry. I have been pierced at many places with much better experiences, so I won't be going back to her.

Negative experience: READ YOUR REVIEWS! I wish I did before going to Fine Line for a nose piercing. It was my birthday and my first piercing in a while. The lady was extremely rude and I felt rushed even though I was the only one there. I was pretty nervous about the piercing and I felt like I was annoying her with general questions. The artists I've worked with were Garret and Kevin and they both took time to do a really good job and helped me make sure the tattoo would look good for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience. Tattoo artist was great. The print artist could use some training. Still our go to.

Negative experience: First would like to say, if you plan on doing a walk-in tattoo, don’t do it. Tattoo artist was nice, but was more worried about finishing the tattoo in a hurry than he was worried about it looking good. Second, got my nose pierced, and it was not done correctly and the correct jewelry wasn’t even used. Got infected within a week. Last, I got my tongue pierced about a year ago, piercer didn’t even ask if I liked the placement, and it ended up not being centered.
