Negative experience: Spent $70 on a conch piercing for them to put it way to tight with a 6 mm bar leading to me needing antibiotics and having to take it out because it wasn’t healing properly. Terrible place!!

Negative experience: My friend went for a septum piercing and I came with, Sophia was the one who did it. She messed up on the first try, getting the needle about halfway and then jamming it into the clamps. She then proceeded to use the same needle, and pierced again. The piercing was crooked, and hurt like hell for my friend, leading me to believe it was either a dull needle after jamming it into the clamps, or pierced through the cartilage. Either way, he had to take it out. While taking it out, we learned they used cheap jewelry with externally threaded balls, instead of internally threaded. So, the threads ripped through his fresh piercing hole while taking it out. I called to try and discuss a refund, and they said to email them pictures of the crooked piercing, and I could only get a partial refund, or they could re-pierce it in a couple days (with almost no time for it to heal??). I never heard anything back from them, no response to the email. Extremely disappointed with the whole process, definitely don’t recommend anyone going here for a piercing, at least from Sophia.

Fantastic experience: Dale created a beautiful coverup from a tattoo I received at another shop. Later he added to it creating a gorgeous tattoo. Since my first tattoo from Dale in June of 2025 I have come back for his work over 5 times. Dale is very honest about what size and placements work best to give you a tattoo you’ll love for years to come.

I ended up finding this shop online and read all the great reviews about their piercers. I came in and Dale was super sweet, quick, knowledgeable AND he made the process painless fixing someone else’s mistake. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Will always recommend for piercings! Been a couple times for myself, but recently took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced and they were so patient and helpful. Pricing is fair and Sofia and Dale are great, they’re friendly and knowledgeable, always a 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: I purchased jewelry for my conch piercing at this shop, trusting that the piercer, as the professional, would provide the correct size. When I got home, I realized that one of the pieces was far too small to fit my piercing. I returned to the store hoping to exchange it, but instead of receiving any assistance, an employee blamed me for not noticing and refused to help. Rather than taking accountability, they dismissed my concern and implied it was entirely my fault for not noticing the piercing size. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me with the impression that customer service is not a priority here.

Negative experience: Don’t go here for tattoos! My daughter got a tattoo there and they didn’t do a good job. Part of the tattoo was faded because it didn’t have enough ink and the artist didn’t tattoo properly. She went back in for them to fix the problem of the shitty work they did and they charged her almost half of what she paid to fix their mistake ! The tattoo was a rip off and over priced to begin with then terrible customer service and more money to spend when it wasn’t her fault they did a bad job! Never going here again and would never recommend. They took advantage of my poor daughter who is only 18. On top of that the artist was about to put a crappy design on her and when I intervened he got all upset and had an attitude! Why you mad bro. ?? Tattoos are on you forever, he should want people to have quality work. We moved from Miami and love tattoos and have a big family, they lost out on major business! We will be looking for a better tattoo shop with real professionals who do quality work and are fair!

Negative experience: Went with my niece to get an Ashley piercing and was very unsatisfied with the piercing. Gabe made us pay full price when he even stated he was the one who messed it up. The piercing was completely crooked and shallow. Gabe was being weird and creepy… staring, saying weird comments and being rude when I mentioned knowing another worker… just unprofessional and is very unwelcoming. I will definitely not allow him to pierce anyone I know.

Negative experience: Called on Tuesday to check if I can do an evening consult on Wednesday. Guy on the phone said “yea, that’s cool”. Fast forward to Wednesday, I get to the consult and show the guy what we’re working with (cover up). He suggested something different, so i looked at some pics and decided what i wanted. I was totally ready to book, but he got busy (even though I called yesterday for a consult). So I asked the guy at the counter what a good time to come back would be… he looked so aggro and rolled his eyes and said “we close in 30” i said “ I know that’s why I came an hour ago” ‍♀️ “can i come tomorrow?” He said “ugh… i don’t know”… umm dude… really?? So, I left. I’m sure someone else will enjoy the money, since this isn’t going to be cheap

Fantastic experience: I worked with Gabriel for a same-day ear piercing. He was very professional, calming, and polite. I like that he showed me the prepackaged needles (no needle gun). He marked the placement on my ear (before piercing me) with a ruler to make sure of even placement. He used aseptic technique while putting on his gloves to minimize risk of infection. It was a quick process.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Went in for a tragus piercing. The guy took me back and poked the needle in, moved it around and had to pull it out. He said it didn't go through. He said it got stuck on something? He wanted to do it again, I told him I felt like I should let it heal a few weeks.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. Took a "deposit" from a novice 18 year old as a photo of the artist holding the money then had him sign "paperwork" that they didn't give him a copy of or show me to get his deposit back when he changed his mind. Claimed they keep all paperwork on file but had nothing to show since the artist wasn't in-house at the moment. 100% would not recommend as this business is clearly not on the up and up.
