Fantastic experience: In January I got my tragus pierced and the whole process was great. The lady at the front of the store was very helpful with looking through and choosing my jewelry. My piercer explained everything and made sure to show me that the equipment was sterilized. It's been about two months and I've had no issues with my piercing healing. My new go to piercing shop.

Fantastic experience: Origins is hands down the cleanest, most professional and comfortable tattoo and piercing studio in this area. All of the artists and piercers are the best in their craft and have the experience, photos, reviewa and reputation to show for it. I cannot recommend this studio enough!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere and environment at Origin's is definitely a vibe. It's clean, very chill, and everyone working there is so polite and attentive. Came in to have my nose ring replaced with a retainer. I couldn't get it out to save my life, but Austin was able to help me, and he safely and gently (as possible) removed it and placed my retainer in for me. Will definitely be back here as soon as I can after having my baby. I highly recommend Origin's for piercings, you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, and the prices are VERY fair and affordable, and the quality of all of their jewelry is top quality.

Fantastic experience: I got my navel pierced by Austin he did really amazing and the piercing is perfectly straight the lady at the desk was super sweet too and she held my hand an recorded it getting pierced for me.

Fantastic experience: Jordyn did my septum piercing this past weekend and he did an awesome job! I was traumatized from having it incorrectly pierced 2 weeks prior by Lil man who had literally pieced the bridge of my nose and caused me a great deal of unnecessary pain. Jordyn walked me through each step, was very thorough, took his time in making sure I was comfortable and made sure he got my piercing in the perfect spot. It was definitely worth the extra money to have it done properly ! I highly recommend Jordyn for any piercings you may get. He was awesome

I had a bad experience w/ a piercer that’s closer to home n it lead me to try origins after and it is now my favorite piercing place and I trust them whole heartedly. Originally cleanliness and professionalism was what i was looking for in a piercing shop and they truly are the best choice for those things. It’s very clean and they guide you through the whole sterilization process and show u EVERYTHING !!! Robbie and Jordyn are so nice and i trust any tattoo artist or piercer they let at their shop fr. Jordyn has done 3 of my piercings, more to come and always been the best EVER no complaints seriously GO TO ORIGINS !!!

Fantastic experience: I just took my girlfriend to get a piercing here but we ended up at the wrong place nearby first. Be careful with gps it may take you to a different shop. But they have a big selection of top tier jewelry and she’s been coming here about a year. Great place very clean

Fantastic experience: Jordyn was so welcoming and down to earth. I got my nipples done and felt comfortable the entire time. He’s very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. You can tell he has years in the game. The front desk staff is so helpful and sweet, I was 10 minutes late and they still accommodated me.it smells like bath and body works candles and it’s super clean. Highly recommended not ghetto like the other shops in the area

Austin has done 3 of my piercings so far and I refuse to go anywhere else from now on. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. If you’re in the Flint area and need a piercing, I would say this is the place to go !

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo here and it was the best experience anyone could ask for. Chill staff, clean place, great artists. The artist that did my tattoo was very professional and listened to my requests, then delivered exactly what I asked for. Will be going here for any future tattoos.

Negative experience: If I could rate no stars I would. The artwork in the building was truly amazing but I booked a simple ear piercing. Waited in the lobby for nearly an hour all just to be turned away due to a booking issue that could’ve been explained before my evening was wasted. I will certainly not be returning

As soon as I walked into the shop, I was impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and their whole layout. Austin was so kind, gentle and helpful easing my daughter's nerves. He was extremely patient with her and great at explaining his steps and how to take care of the piercing. I LOVED their jewelry selection and process to show it's all sterilized and clean. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience getting my 6 year olds ears pierced for the first time. I really appreciated the free consultation being required prior to the piercing. Jordyn gave great info on expectations and aftercare so that my daughter was not surprised by anything. He also took extra care to make sure she was as comfortable as possible, because of his attention she was completely unfazed and handled it without shedding a tear. Everything was explained well and it was very clean. They also have a great assortment of jewelry choices. Everyone was super nice and welcoming they even had some magic tricks! I highly recommend Jordyn!

Fantastic experience: Around 8 months ago I came in and got my septum pierced with Jordyn, it was the first time I had ever gotten a piercing since my ears aren't pierced either and he made the entire process so easy and comfortable. The piercing itself was quick and painless plus SO easy to schedule and the entire appointment itself was the easiest thing ever. Jordyn communicated amazingly and answered a lot of my questions I had regarding the piercing all while staying honest about what the healing process would be like. 8 months later and my septum piercing has healed AMAZINGLY with the discomfort of it lasting only about 4 days. If you're skeptical about who you want to do your piercing, let me assure you that this place is great. :)

Fantastic experience: I started coming to origins about 2 1/2 years ago and seeing Austin and am a customer for life. I am always blown away by the professionalism from the entire staff. They are so thorough and explain everything to you. The interior is very comforting as well. I have had multiple piercings and have been extremely happy with every single one. If you are shopping around for a studio you need to go to origins!!

After multiple bad experiences at other shops, this is my go to and favorite shop to go too. They took great care of me when my belly button seemed to reject my piercing. Negative experience: Austin Conquest had an attitude about the whole appointment and jumped the price twice on me.their website kept crashing while trying to set the appointment so I called in and they said $60 for snake bites then jumped it to $134.20 then to $144.20 I wouldn't be upset if they just told me the final price in the beginning so I could budget better, my girlfriend and her cousin had to help me pay. He also told me not to clean my piercings at all and that was really off. EDIT: year later they got infected and he pierced through a nerve. Don't waste your time or money here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her ear lobes pierced for her 9th birthday, and it was the best experience we could have asked for! Jordyn is an incredible piercer, and made her feel a lot more confident and comfortable when she was nervous. Everything was extremely sanitary and professional. They also have the most beautiful jewelry selection I have ever seen in a studio. Highly recommend for children and adults!

Fantastic experience: We came back to MI from NC to visit family and wanted to get pierced. Origins was recommended and they were AMAZING. We had a nose piercing, and industrial piercing and an eyebrow piercing done. The jewelry options were probably the best I’ve ever seen at any studio. Everything was so sanitary and explained well. They worked so well with her to talk her threw everything and make sure she was comfortable and the one in control of how the appointment went (obviously within reason). Fantastic experience: Absolutely enjoyed the environment. Jordyn did a wonderful job talking through the steps with my daughter. We only got through one ear but he didn't make her feel bad for wanting to leave and pierce the other one at another time when she's ready. I got my septum pierced here and it was quite the journey lol—I wasn’t satisfied with it after a day and Austin (who did my piercing) offered to book another appointment and try again free of charge. The piercing process was long, with the person explaining everything you need to know about caring for it. My ears healed immediately. I don't know if I am an outlier or what, but still, everything was done with great care and professionally.
