Negative experience: this place seriously sucks. the piercer YAJAHIRA wtv her name is uses the wrong size jewelry & doesn’t anticipate swelling which causes embedding, very very unsafe and unprofessional. she also cancels appointments last minute or simply never shows up. the owner sucks. contacted him about a refund for a job done wrong and they couldn’t even apologize. save your time and money go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Took my kids to get their ears pierced my 16 year old son and 12 year old daughter. It was my sons first time getting his ears pierced and my daughters second piercing. Emanuel did their piercing my son didn’t even react looked super easy even though mom didn’t want his ears pierced she loved how they look. My daughter was a bit scared she had them previously done at Clare’s which she said it kind of hurt. She closed her eyes and held my hand but didn’t squeeze she actually smiled both times Emanuel said done. Highly recommend if you have kids or want your own piercings.

Fantastic experience: Angel was the best assistant I have ever met almost as if he was sent from heaven.

Negative experience: Don’t have faith in their promotions. They had a promotion for piercings that was $25 per piercing. There was lists being lost, people being skipped and multiple people I spoke with had waited over 8 hours. The staff was rude when patrons were asking questions regarding estimated wait ( despite the customers staying that long due to lack of staff planning and preparation). One of the piercers had also started on a tattoo when there were over 13 people in line as well. My huge frustration was I had been told to come in THAT day due to a SEPARATE promotion entirely, and I would not have if I knew the length of wait, this promotion is also one that you comment you partner cheated on you with and get a free piercing. My comment had received a few thousand likes and attracted frequent comments of harassment towards me (which the poster didn’t defend me in the slightest despite it bringing her page attention) Due to their lack of professionalism and lack of planning, I highly recommend not going during any promotion held.
