Fantastic experience: I had my hand done by JBad and am in love with how it turned out! I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted and he was able to make the perfect design to flow with the rest of what I already had done on that arm. I put full faith in him and he definitely delivered. I've gotten tattooed by him before, different style, and both times have been a great experience. Both times were minimal pain, especially on my hand. He's always considerate that I'm comfortable and just does an amazing job overall. The shop is always clean and welcoming and I will definitely keep getting work done by him and for sure recommend him and SoCal Ink Shop to whoevers thinking about getting their next tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Our tattoo was done by the artist JBAD. Overall it was a great experience and he worked with us a great deal to get us the tattoos we, me and my wife, really wanted to capture. He was really patient and quick with the modifications for the designs as well as the tattoos themselves. He also has a really light hand for less experienced tattoo enthusiasts like my wife, so he may be the artist for you. We are both extremely happy with our tattoos which resemble many great changes in our family’s lives and it was a fun couples date idea! The only hiccup we had was something I hadn’t asked to be clarified and really is my fault but your reservation for your appointment is not part of the cost of the tattoo which was something new to us. Thanks JBAD!

Negative experience: Alaska Nicole young or whatever at your shop did a piercing on me that got extremely infected. I had to get it surgically removed and stitched back up now I have a huge scar on my face. 100% do not recommend this company under her specific services. Choose someone else.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the experience I had here at SoCal Ink shop! Staff was polite and professional which was a huge plus for me! I previously had an uncomfortable experience after being tattooed by an artist at a different shop and was a bit hesitant to go to another male artist. Thankfully I came across JBAD on Instagram and decided to book an appointment. I was looking to get script tattooed in red ink going down my spine. JBAD gave me a quote right off the bat for the piece I wanted and was clear about the additional cost of going with colored ink over black ink. He genuinely made the overall experience easy and stress free! No doubt I’ll be back again soon and will definitely be recommending JBAD at SoCal Ink shop to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: My wife was feeling spontaneous and decided on a tattoo that she had been thinking about for a while. JBad assisted us and it went great. Friendly, helpful, and and quick. We literally waited no more than five minutes before we were basically ready to go. The pricing was also great. The craftsmanship and JBad’s light touch were very much extras as many tattoos can be painful. Overall, 5/5 experience. JBad also not just gave us great rates, fast service, and the tattoo came out perfect but also helped us plan future pieces by helping understand the creative process that goes into not just the tattoo, but how to make itself. Fantastic experience: My buddy and I came in around 8:30pm for some small walk-in tattoos. Jess hooked us up immediately and did great work with some really small, fine lines. During our time there, we cracked jokes, got to know each other, looked at the artwork, and had a damn good time. Jess is an all around good dude and does great work. Perfect representation of how the atmosphere or a tattoo parlor should be.
