She made the process run effortlessly that the pain level for it was almost nonexistent. Negative experience: They were very rude talked to my girlfriend ugly and asked her grandmother for her guardianship are you serious? This place should hire people who aren’t so angry all the time and actually have good communication skills unlike the workers there.

Fantastic experience: in 2018 got three tattoos there and loved it. always very clean and welcoming. recently wanted a tat and already knew i was going back to por vida. staff is super patient and encouraging. was a little nervous since i hadn’t been tatted in a few years but they walked me through it and eased me into it. brenda did my bee tattoo and she was super light handed and left me super satisfied! will definitely be going back. 5 stars isn’t enough!!

The girl who pierced me walked me through the whole process. The only thing i could see people complaining about is the price, but i do think it is worthwhile considering all the services provided. Negative experience: Worst customer service for tattoo shops in Laredo. No hospitality once entering and place gives off a very bad vibe. Went for 4th of July flash sale and they were being very picky about tattoo placement. They couldn’t even move the tattoo up 3 inches on the leg. Also weren’t specific in their social media posts about ”Only Arms or Legs.” All they had said was “No Face or Necks.” Would NOT recommend this tattoo shop to anyone. Better off going to Horikawa or Huaxtek

Negative experience: rarely do I post negative comments especially on an artist that deserves respect, HOWEVER one of the artist was not only rude but zero creativity and or positive reaction, instead his remarks were unprofessional, cocky, arrogant, conceited and excessively proud of one being to which he said the tattoo was irritated not colored pink.....mind you there were 3 pink flowers in the desired tattoo to which he claimed were not pink but irritated, he continued to claim the tatoo was Gray scale only and the pink was irritation with his 24 years of being a tatoo artist maybe he is irritated. Do not recommend this irritated Tatoo Artist at this location- unfortunately did not have the pleasure of his name just ask for the 24 years of irritated experience and NOT book with him.

I went in for a consult about a nose piercing I had and ended up getting earlobe piercings. Stephanie was very kind and non-judgmental. She was thorough with piercing education and with her work. Fantastic experience: Steph is honestly SO amazing! I had gotten my nose pierced with someone else and my body didn’t react very well but she was quick to take care of me and eventually re-pierce it and it’s the best it’s ever been!! She also did my lobes (2 more on each side) and regardless of how my body reacts she always knows a solution to my problems and is so knowledgeable on how to take care of them! She is super gentle and sweet! 10/10
