Fantastic experience: Franko has been my tattoo artist for several years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone, but him. I’ve followed him wherever he sets up shop. He is quick, personable and a bomb ass playlist. He has done a total of 6 tats on me and I would recommend his steady hand, craft and technique to anyone!!!!

Positive experience: Price point was higher than other places for a small written tattoo. Have gotten tattoos from other locations that where way less than what I paid for here.

Fantastic experience: Per our pediatricians recommendation, we sought out a tattoo parlor for our baby girl’s ear piercing! They did a wonderful job, the piercer was so sweet and patient with my little girl and just had the perfect placement for her growing ears! Everyone in the store was super friendly. Moms skip the Claire’s and bring you baby to a professional!

Fantastic experience: I had my cheek pierced and a bar put in, and also got a 3rd nose piercing. Tamara took great care of me. We took time to prepare beforehand, made sure I understood everything about the piercings and pick my jewelry. Made me laugh and made sure I was comfortable before she pierced me. After that, she was very quick and before I could blink, she was done! Complete professional and wonderful person. I will absolutely follow her to whatever shop she goes to… actually, I think I might need to get a new piercing now! Lol

Negative experience: This shop gave me the worst tattoo, it literally looks 10 years old, and its a little over a month old. It healed raised, and completely washed out. I hate to discredit a place, but if you want a good tattoo that looks good for years, this isnt the place to go. These things are forever, and its the only tat I regret getting, the worst feeling, and now I have to pay more money to get it removed. Please learn from my mistake.

Negative experience: This tattoo shop gave me a horrible tattoo, and the worst part is its such a simple design, I wanted 555, see photo of what I actually got. Like I ordered it on Wish. Couldnt be more disappointed in my experience. And the staff wants to act like they're not responsible, beware, any tattoo shop should want you to love your tat, considering it's forever. This tattoo is 1 month old, it looks 10+ years old. Itll be the first tattoo I have to remove. Save your money.

Fantastic experience: Went to Cowboys Tattoo for my 2nd piercing in my ears. Tamara greeted us when we came in and she had such a sweet, calm demeanor.she explained everything as she went along (I was a bit nervous.) She made me feel so comfortable that I even got my nose pierced that day as well. It was something I had thought of doing for a long time, but never felt confident enough to go through with it. She put me at ease and showed me what it would look like, no pressure at all and I made the decision to go for it! She was wonderful about explaining how to care for everything, and she was detailed in her care for keeping everything clean, sterile and sanitary. I highly recommend going to see Tamara for your piercing.

Fantastic experience: I got my tongue pierced and the process was so quick I had no time to be nervous Tamara did amazing literally didn't give me any time to feel pain

Negative experience: Got the bait and switch on pricing. $30 went to $85 for a small line art that's a stencil. Their reason is that their apprentice couldn't do anymore. They could have said they didn't have room but they made us wait. Such a waste of time that could have easily been avoided. I have no patience for businesses that don't value other people's time. I showed the pricing to someone who gets frequent tattoos and they said that the pricing is quite low so going in I already had suspicions. I can understand that it's up to the boss to determine how many the apprentice can tattoo, so it was up to the boss to know how much the person had on their schedule. When it was finally our turn we were told oh the person can't do it so someone else will and the price will be almost 3 times. You had people at the front desk not even check in with anyone prior to telling us the price change meaning they already knew while we were waiting and waited until name was called to tell us. Most people would have probably just gone ahead with it and he probably would have had if I wasn't there to point this out.

Negative experience: Saw a Friday the 13th tattoo special and they had a design I liked for $30. When I got there they told me the apprentice was going to do it but had appointments as well. When it came time for my turn they told me that the apprentice is at appointments only and someone else would do the tattoo. The girls working the counter took my information and then they told me the tattoo was now TRIPLE the price. I understand a small increase but not triple

Positive experience: Cowboys Tattoo has an awesome selection of designs for their Friday the 13th specials. The artists work quickly without compromising on quality, and my tattoo turned out clean and detailed. I appreciated how smooth and professional the whole process was, especially considering how fast they moved through the line. The wait was a bit long, which is expected with these events, but definitely worth it for the price and quality. I don’t give out 5 stars, but Cowboys Tattoo earns a solid 4 for their speed and skill!

Initially, I had my first tattoo done by a chill artist named Chris. I wanted the word "always" in cursive, but unfortunately, the lines didn't connect properly, which was a big disappointment for me. Determined to fix it, I returned to the shop and met Maddy, who was an absolute gem. Maddy not only fixed the issue by connecting the first three letters flawlessly but also touched up the rest of the tattoo with such skill and precision that I couldn't help but smile. Her reassurance and kindness throughout the process made all the difference—I went from almost wanting to cry over my tattoo to feeling completely satisfied and happy with the final result. Negative experience: Absolutely worst tattoo experience. Dude took 3 hours to stencil a small rose and the total tattoo has taken over 6 hours for a .5 hour tattoo at any other place. Piercing lady (Katie) “hates men” and after ripping my girlfriends piercing out gave attitude because the wait was so long even though she was not apart of the tattoo process at all then proceeded to kick me out because I look like a “tool” and made me wait outside 4 HOURS past close because of this while my girlfriend got a tattoo . I would not reccomend one bit and I’ve been tatted by several people and several shops and Katie is not professional this is the WORST experience ever. Also wanted to add my girlfriends tattoo is now severely infected and will be posting the report from the DOCTORS about the infected tattoo (the photo is from ONE DAY after the tattoo was done (she was supplied with ointment) . Guy was eating skittles and I never ONCE threatened anyone other than writing a bad review this place is terrible in all ways

Fantastic experience: I got my piece done by maddy, she did such an amazing job she was so comforting and made me feel like we had known eachother forever. she takes cleanliness and sterilization very seriously i had no issues whatsoever and my tattoo turned out incredible i couldn’t be happier. maddy is an amazing artist and truly such a sweetheart. i will most definitely be back!!

Negative experience: I have been pierced many times and the piercer at this place does not pierce like any place I’ve ever been to. She will pierce you, take the needle out, and then slowly put the ring in (instead of threading the ring at the end of the needle). It is incredibly painful this way! You have been warned. Response to Cowboys Tattoo: The person you were talking about was not me.

Fantastic experience: Got my helix pierced this past Thursday by Katie and she was AMAZING!! Made the whole experience so fun and go smoothly and I’m so happy with everything! Definitely recommend going to get any and all of your piercings with Katie!! Will for sure be going back super soon!

Fantastic experience: I took my almost 17 year old daughter to get her naval and nose piercings done. They were absolutely amazing!

Negative experience: Was double charged for my tattoo, and Kerri has yet to refund my payment. I like my tattoo from the young man Malik but disappointed in the establishment. Kerri gave me her number, but won’t answer. I like Malik but will not be returning. Finally talked to Kerri she refuses to rectify the situation. Complete greed.

Fantastic experience: Just got my second lobe piercing done, and it was such a wonderful experience! I have had 2 other piercing experiences, and this one was the best yet. Matthew is a really cool guy who will talk you through your piercings and he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him! Thanks again, Matthew! I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I found this location due to it being close to our hotel. As soon as we walked in, the front desk person was personable and knowledgeable of everything we asked. Our tattoo artist was Ben. He was awesome! Light handed, great line contour... AH-MAZING! I would definitely recommend this place and BEN!

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I never write bad reviews. I know a lot of times people have ruff days and i work in the service industry and completely understand but i went into get a tattoo and almost immediately felt uncomfortable. I didn’t like the way a design was printed and wanted it done differentIy and got an enormous amount of attitude. I have had five other tattoos on my ribs, spin, collar bone, shoulder, and wrist at different tattoo shops.That being said I am pretty used to tats but this four arm tattoo was the most painful tattoo i’ve had… my artist was just very heavy handed and wiped my tattoo pretty harshly with a completely dry napkin repeatedly throughout the session. Bleeding after a tat is normal but I have never bled this much or had my skin so inflamed. (no have not drank any type of alcohol, or taken any anti inflammatory) Not only was it painful the tattoo artist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged $400 for a 1hr tattoo with no shading. Which I normally don’t mind paying large amounts for tattoos and normally tip around 40% but this was not a great experience all around. Definitely won’t be going back to him. He never introduced him self so i didn’t get a name but he had a long beard and and long hair and sagged his jeans pretty low. (just looked back and no one has gotten back to me about my tattoo, decided to leave pictures of the $400 tattoo. please don’t go here unless you want a tattoo you will regret)

Fantastic experience: Kendell was awesome! He had fair prices, design feedback, and was just a really nice guy. I did three script tattoos that copied handwriting, they looked great!! The entire shop really nice and clean. Keep in mind its a tattoo shop so you won't get crazy over the top service, but you get real people who love what they do! I'll be back and I will be sending people their way!!

Positive experience: I got my septum pierced here by Matt a year ago and he was really nice and professional. I came back here like a month ago to get my snakebites and my piercer was Lisa. I don’t recommend her, she was rushing a bit and not very nice. I’m also not sure if she knew what she was doing. I don’t recommend this place price wise, it’s expensive, but if you’re still wanting to come here for piercings stick with Matt.

Negative experience: Matt pierced my eyebrow and my friends Daight and did amazing I highly recommend only using him. Came in today for my friend to get her other daight pierced and Lisa didn’t know what or how to do it properly and refused to let us know. Pierced her ear in the wrong place, used a U bar for an eyebrow not a horseshoe bar AND stabbed the top part of her ear with the needle. She didn’t clean her ear properly afterwards either. Do NOT use Lisa as a piercer, learn from our mistakes.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a nostril piercing and was greeted by friendly staff immediately. Lisa was my piercer and the wait was less than 5 minutes. She was very friendly, super professional and gentle. The process was much smoother than I anticipated and I would definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: I went in with a friend and her daughter, there was a bit of a wait due to a large group ahead of us. No worries, as Matt's professionalism, skill, and attention to the details were so appreciated! I would recommend him to anyone! I had 2nd and 3rd earlobes done, and my friends daughter had her 3rd lobe holes done.

Fantastic experience: Pierced my daughters nose and did excellent work waking her through the piercing, the cleaning, double checking the pavement with her and over all making sure it was a good environment for her first piercing. Would recommend this place.

Negative experience: Recently had my nose pierced in March 2022 at Cowboys Tattoo. After 8 weeks it wasn’t healing properly so I went in to have it checked. I was told by the guy that pierced it that I had possibly bumped it and to come back in a few weeks when it was healed. I kept cleaning it daily and still wasn’t healing. I finally went to a piercing only shop a few weeks later to have it checked because I knew something was wrong because it’s now been 12 weeks and still experiencing issues. (Bump and redness etc) The new place checked my piercing and told me it had me pierced incorrectly and in the wrong location (it was angled straight and not down like it should have been and was on the crease of my nose - continually bends so won’t heal and too high up for a hoop). While I was getting my piercing checked at the new piercing studio, someone else had come in with the same issue as me that had also been pierced at Cowboys. I do not recommend getting piercings here. Definitely do your research and choose a piercing studio and someone who has experience and the right tools and knowledge to do it right. I am now out another $80 to get this piercing removed so it can heal and then spend more money to get it repierced

Fantastic experience: This place is the best if you want quality tattoos and piercings! I went with my parents to go get a septum and nostril piercing for myself, while my parents got tattoos. Matt Hicks, the piercer there, was very nice and patient with me since this was my first time getting a piercing. So if you are a first time person like I was, don’t worry! Also, Ryan Sherwood, one of the tattoo artist there, was excellent as well. Ryan was not only an excellent tattoo artist (being quick and skilled in his craft) but also a great person as well who was very funny and kind to my parents while tattooing them. Overall, me and my parents both enjoyed this place and will be definitely coming back for more piercing and/or tattoos !

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO RAFAEL!! Very rude and unprofessional. He gave me one quote for a tattoo then continued to change it. He does not care about your time only his own…I rescheduled with Polo, he has done a tattoo for me in the past and it’s amazing! He is a little bit pricey and super booked but completely worth it compared to Rafael

Negative experience: I got a tattoo there and it looks alright but all my lines are blown out and crooked. I understand that it was hard placement and it's my first tattoo but I was expecting something better I guess? Also my artist didn't really give me any kind of encouraging words or even something positive to say throughout the entire process. Overall I left feeling uneasy and even now I don't know how I feel about my tattoo... I don't think I'll ever come back nor would I recommend it to friends.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a second lobe piercing as a walk-in and they were extremely accommodating! I first called before walking and the front desk was very kind and patient with all of my questions. We walked in and only had a 15 minute wait while the piercer cleaned the piercing area. Matt was our piercer, and he was extremely kind and very welcoming. He cleaned my ears and drew on the dots and asked if they were even and was very precise. He walked me through every step while he pierced them and was very clean and polite. The experience was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I've been to Cowboy Tattoo multiple times now and have always had an amazing experience, whether it's for a piercing or a tattoo. My go to is always Kyndall, as she is extremely easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable about the aftercare process, plus the amazing work that she does is always appreciated. The appointment setting process is efficient and makes the entire process easy for me, which is very important. Setting an appointment is always the best way to secure a spot with an artist, so getting mad about not being able to get work done when you walk in during a busy time is... silly, to put it politely. I highly recommend all the artists and piercers, as they are professional, know what the heck they're doing and will give you amazing art!

Negative experience: We have gone to this place twice during business hours. The first time there was a guy actually sitting at the front desk and the “open” sign was lit up, but he wouldn’t even look up when we came to the door. We figured it was 40 minutes to close so maybe they just didn’t have time to do a tattoo and closed early. Today we went an hour and fifteen minutes before close to get a small tattoo, so there was plenty of time to do the work. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. If they changed their hours, they need to update it with google, Yelp, etc. This is just unprofessional. If you want to use their services, be sure to call first to be sure someone is there, otherwise you may just be wasting your time driving there for nothing.

Fantastic experience: My family all went in for our first tattoos and Rafael and Ryan took care of us. Kerri also made sure we were prepared and had reasonable expectations when arriving. All 5 of us had a great time and are satisfied with how they turned out. My mom's skin started to have a weird reaction (she fought cancer) and Ryan recognized it very quickly and took care of her. We all really appreciated it, since we were clueless. Everything was so clean. Everyone was very friendly! All our designs were brought in with us and they worked with us to make it our own. Talk about walking in somewhere to get something permanent, a tattoo only to find that the guy at the counter was unwilling to help me get one, offered no guidance on having my tat come to life and acted like he was too good like my idea was stupid. They might offer amazing tattoos unfortunately I’ll never know! Customer service should be a priority and obviously they need training! Hopefully no one else has feel this way if they walk into this place

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean, caring, calm, staff and when I got my helix piercing the lady who was piercing it, helped me be calm and once I got pierced it wasnt as painful as I thought, feels like a pinch :]

Positive experience: Good experience! I just got a simple piercing, but I was a walk-in, and they took me within 30 minutes. The waiting area was pretty busy.

Fantastic experience: Kyndall did an amazing job bringing my design to life. She took a really horrible reference photo and turned it into the creation of my dreams. I wanted a T-Rex Mermaid and she DELIVERED!! The entire staff is supper friendly and professional. From the receptionist to the artist everyone was fantastic. Had an amazing time and Kyndall was so good about checking in with how I was handling it and also knocking out this piece in good time. I DEFINITELY will be coming back in the future for some more amazing pieces.

Fantastic experience: Got an awesome sailor Jerry dragon tattoo from Kyndall and she blew it out of the park!!! The results speak for themselves I would recommend her to anyone for traditional tattoos!

Negative experience: I have been here before and gotten many piercings and it was great and whatnot. I went in today to ask about pricing and such for a tattoo I wanted and the receptionist or whatever she was, Kendall, was very rude and unprofessional when asked about pricing. When I said I was on a budget, as most are for tattoos, she proceeded to tell me that if I was on a budget, don’t get a tattoo. I’ve never gone to a tattoo shop for the employees to tell me not to get work done there. Just very rude and unprofessional all around.

Fantastic experience: Kendyl was my artist. She is absolutely amazing. I had a very emotional tattoo. My Sons handwriting. We lost him to Covid It had to be perfect and it is. She delivered!! Thank you so much Kendyl for making my experience so pleasant.
