Fantastic experience: i've seen people getting a "vertical labret" and i was anxious at first but when she pierced it i felt NOTHING like if you were to have a healed piercing and just putting the jewelry in, but the needle is the "jewelry" anways if you are thinking of basically any piercing it would probably be just as the smoothest process, thank you Lotus :)

Fantastic experience: I went to get a forearm tattoo of a the jaws theme. The artist I got, I had scoped out before hand and he had some amazing work. I was excited! When it was finished, it wasn’t exactly what I had asked for and the shark wasn’t proportionate. I really didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I know artists have bad days and they were really busy that day (Friday 13th sale). Medusa told me to come back when it healed and she fixed it for free. I love my tattoo now and that guy still works there producing amazing art. Sometimes the artist can’t do what you’re asking, but Medusa is quick to teach them to be honest about what they can and can’t do and she really doesn’t want people leaving with a tattoo they aren’t happy with.

Fantastic experience: I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment. I wanted my nose pierced. Lotus was available after maybe a 10 minute wait. She was so easy to talk to. She listened to me and heard me. It was great! She was very clear about the process. She was so kind and calming.

Negative experience: Trying to be super spontaneous I went here for piercings because a few friends recommended them. I asked if I was able to pick my hardware prior and was told yes but never got that opportunity. I also wasn’t given a mirror to check if the placement was to my liking. Lastly, my hardware is backwards. Like why is it backwards? I wasn’t told why it was this way and no one can give me a good reason. I’ll be going someone else to get it out in correctly. Honestly, I’ve been laughed at and stared at several times because of the way the labret is placed.

Positive experience: Matthew did a great job with my daughter's tattoo. He was very respectful and helpful.

Negative experience: Deebo as always was extremely professional and made me feel extremely comfortable with my piercings walking me through the procedure however the service to get the piercing was disappointing and tedious the front desk lady was not very friendly or inviting, which is disappointing because I have always had an exceptional experience before coming to get my piercings here

Fantastic experience: Used Spooky for 3 tattoos yesterday and he did an awesome job!

Negative experience: Although they made my piercing experience as easy as possible and made me feel very comfortable, I came to find out that my piercing was done completely wrong. After my jewelry started to embed into my skin, I had to go to a different shop where they told me that not only was the jewelry not long enough, it was completely the wrong gauge size for the type of piercing. I feel bad writing this because my piercer was very sweet and comforting, but I don't want other people to make the same mistake I did.

Fantastic experience: I got my septum done by Deebo. He was nice and took good care of me. I was skeptical to get the piercing after hearing stories of how painful it can be if done wrong. It was over fast and I was pleasantly surprised that it didnt hurt AT ALL. Id definitely recommend coming in to let him stab you anytime. Also, peep the crystals he's got for sale. Super nice quality.

Negative experience: I called Wednesday 12/21 to ask a few questions, confirm that they would be open on Friday 12/23 and to make an appointment for 7:00PM for 3 people to get small matching tattoos. I called in advance because we were driving a little over an hour for this appointment. When I spoke to someone on Wednesday, they said that there was availability & that they would in fact be open way past that time and I didn’t need an appointment. We arrive a little early on Friday night at 6:30 and walk in. We were notified by a girl standing in the hallway that they are closed. When I explained that I called on Wednesday, there wasn’t even an apology just oh well. This is completely unacceptable & unprofessional! A waste of our time & money to drive over to what I thought was a reputable business. Complete let down for us all!

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience at this shop. My artist (Matt) was very polite and gave constructive suggestions to the design I was looking for. He even improved upon the quality of the inspiration image I gave him to look even more realistic than I had expected. I’ve worked before in clinical laboratories and I am very neurotic on cleanliness. As a result, I watched my artist Matt carefully. During the tattoo process his aseptic/sterile technique was stellar. He also chatted whenever I felt like it and otherwise was very respectful on checking in and giving me breaks as we went through the process. There also seemed to be a good rapport between the team and the female piercer (apologies I forgot her name) was also very kind. That helped with the good energy of the place. I’m for sure coming back to this shop again and will specifically request Matt again. Started saving up for my next tattoo already!

Fantastic experience: Everyone ( staff ) are awesome straight up kind Souls.. we are always greeted with a smile and great conversation while artist set up for us , regardless if we are getting body ring or an amazing piece of body art.. also they sell beautiful handmade jewelry earrings, bracelets, necklaces ect.. I'mma just take a guess of the different trip we make from Mississippi just to be in a place that is down to earth as they are here and we will keep going and coming back , it's been somewhere around 8 to 10 times we have been and got what we wanted with no runaround period.. Thank you all for welcoming and allowing us in your home..

Fantastic experience: I came in a spur of the moment decision and was absolutely floored by the welcoming environment. I had my snake bites done by Deebo and I honestly couldn’t be and more thrilled. He took his time to explain everything in detail and was very hygienic which was a major plus for me. I even bought some of his side hustle work he does IE the Crystals in his piercing area.If I decide to get any more piercings or possibly tattoos I will gladly be going back here!

Fantastic experience: Brought my 16 yr old daughter from Mississippi to have her belly button pierced. We got right in as walk ins, they handled her nerves well and I was impressed with how quick and well they did her piercing. Will definitely go back in the future! Was worth the hour drive!

Fantastic experience: Got my forearm cover up done by Medusa it was a great experience good energy and even better tattoo! I didn't think it was possible multiple other shops said they didn't have someone qualified for it or I'd need a couple laser sessions but she made it happen. Went back a couple months later and got my nips pierced by deebo. Didn't hurt as much as everyone says! Quick and professional! Definitely my go to shop for all my tattoo and piercing needs.

Fantastic experience: I can’t stress just how great this shop was. In the past I got my second lobe pierced and a forearm tattoo here, but today really just took the cake. I got my nips pierced by Deebo and it was by far the best piercing experience I ever had. He was quick but didn’t rush anything. Very respectful and caring, I was slipping unconscious a few times and he was there to take care of me. He even made sure to keep the sweat from ruining my make up while I was out, you legitimately can’t get better than that. He knew what he was doing and he knew how to take care of people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do a piercing.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get her ears peirced, deebo did an amazing job of not only piercing her ears but making sure she was calm and comfortable during the whole process! I highly recommend if you want your kid (or yourself!) to get their ears peirced to bring them to Medusa's and ask for deebo! He is amazing with kids! This shop is very great i will definitely be coming back!

Negative experience: My friend and I came here Tuesday March 29th and I got both of my helix pierced and she got one helix and her nose pierced. Lotus did our piercings, and the angle on all of them are wrong. It has been 3 months and our helix piercings are still swollen/sore and my friend has a bump on the inside and outside of her nose due to an incorrect angle. We were very excited to get them done so this is very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Deebo pierced my septum and he did an amazing job. He’s fast, knows what he is doing and is hilarious. The best piercer I’ve been to by far. If you want something done right the first time, go see deebo!

Negative experience: The office staff is ruining this business. I've been there numerous times for a tattoo and numerous times I've put my name on the list and numerous times I never get a call back. I will even explain to them that this keeps happening and they will promise to call me and still don't. Yesterday I went in and they only had one artist who was going to do a sleeve on someone so he couldn't take me. She said they would have 2 artist in on Wednesday and I requested Chris. Guess what, no body called me. I called them and they couldn't even find the list from yesterday. He was booked for the day. I love Medusa's work, but I can't deal with the staff anymore.

Negative experience: I had heard really great things about this shop, so I went in to get my tragus pierced on April 23. Lotus did my piercing, and told me that she was capable of doing the piercing. When she was doing the piercing she said the needle did not go all the way through my cartilage having to pierce it again and caused a lot of pain. She also told me I could go anywhere to get it exchanged so I went somewhere to get it exchanged and they said that the piercing was messed up (The piercer told me that it was so far back that it was hard to exchange the piercing due to it being so close to my face.) She should NOT have done the piercing to begin with if she didn't know how to do it in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday to have a tattoo finished with Medusa and ended up getting three piercings. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional very satisfied with the results of my tattoo and also my piercings done by Deebo will definitely be back.

Negative experience: i called as a walk in to be put on a waiting list and was told i had about a 2 hour wait. and they’d call me when they were ready. i walked in and let them know i was there and would be waiting in my car. so i waited for 2 and a half hours and then they locked the door and turned off the light. didn’t call or anything and completely closed on me. was a little inconsiderate to not let people know they were done for the night

Fantastic experience: If you’re wanting your piercing done right and with care ask for DEEBO. He has done 3 of my piercings and I have been satisfied each time. On the second time we had an issue with my piercing (which was not his fault nor mine) and he handled so professionally. He stayed in contact making sure I was alright and offered me a free piercing of my choice. He definitely cares for his clients, is professional and know what he’s talking about when it comes to piercing the body. He isn’t the one to just pierce you knowing there are risk factors and he actually cares for you and not just your money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Negative experience: Oh my gosh this place is just awful. I went with my friend to her appointment and was thinking about getting work done here, but I honestly don't know how they have such good reviews. It's dirtier than any tattoo shop I've ever seen and the staff is so rude. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Went here to get a piercing and I must say DEEBO is the best piercer hands down, he couldn’t get me the day I came and he explained his reasoning so I came in on the day they were closed… I must say he was very professional he tells you what it is and the best route to go… It was quick and not even painful… I must say from now on he is my go to person .. If you all won’t a quick and less painful piercing he is your go to person …. Sorry I can’t show any pictures lol

Fantastic experience: I got two ear piercings here, my tragus and my rook. The piercer, Lotus, was very professional and made the process as painless as possible. My experience there was very good and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing!

Negative experience: i went in asking for a lavender behind my ear! these first three photos were the exact reference photos i shared. the fourth photo was what i got sent out with. i was not shown a stencil (i had to ask to see it and it was briefly flashed at me) i was not shown the placement (i did not want it this large nor did i want it so low on my neck. i wanted it right behind my ear and my receipt even says so.) i wasn't even shown the actual tattoo when it was finished. i went out to my car and looked at it and was absolutely beyond disappointed. i went in to talk to the artist and he argued with me and said it looked exactly like the reference photos (leaves?? lavenders don't even have leaves?? i dunno where that came from.) the last photo is the "fixed" result which was free handed (and he added more leaves after i told him initially i was upset at the fact that there were leaves.) i was crying during the touch up and he asked me why i was crying. i spent 80 dollars (plus a 20 dollar tip) on the ugliest tattoo i now have. it is so large and in such a compromising spot that i don't know how i can get it covered up or fixed. i left sobbing and at no point was i offered a refund or a different appointment to fix it more. i've always had positive experiences at medusa's and i did not think my tattoo could possibly turn out this bad.

Positive experience: Went to get name on their daily walk-in list. Left phone # but didn't get contacted which led me to assume my turn didn't come before walk-in cutoff time of 7pm. Haven't had chance to go on their site to schedule an appointment. I DID like that they contact their walk-ins when it's their turn rather than having them hanging around waiting to hear their name called.
