Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with John! He was very kind and thorough with my belly button piercing, my belly button is small so he explained how the process would look and asked if I was comfortable before beginning. The piercing itself was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable! The establishment is SUPER cute and clean! Definitely recommend and will be back :)

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I went on Friday the 13th for their flash tattoos. I wanted to give a large shout out to Ultra. We checked in at 7pm, don’t get in until 10 but that wasn’t a problem. We appreciate Ultra staying late to do our tattoos, and they did an amazing job. Even though it seemed everyone was worked and tired, nobody was complaining, everyone seemed to be in a good mood and it was just really cool to see that kind of service. Thank you Ultra and Trust! We will 100% be back! :)

Fantastic experience: Once I discovered Trust, I won’t go anywhere else. First off SUPER clean. They clean everything. They wrap and unwrap items properly after each client, and you can genuinely see how much they care about sanitation. Second, the vibe is amazing. Super friendly, chill, and welcoming. It’s not dark or sketchy, the space is bright, clean, and comfortable. You don’t feel weird or uneasy at all. Honestly, you feel like family the moment you walk in. Everyone is sweet, cool, and just good people. Third, safety matters here. I personally witnessed an emergency situation once, and every single person knew exactly what to do. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and it made me feel incredibly safe. Lastly ODDY does all my tattoos, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s like a sister to me,I can be open with her with any idea and not feel stupid like other places have done to me. I trust her a million percent. Her work, her care, her energy unmatched. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you, Trust! ✨

Negative experience: We brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced when she was 8. The piercings are uneven and low on her lobes. We had 2 piercers at the same time & she was very still. We had problems with infection during healing also.

Fantastic experience: Ive gotten multiple services at trust. Whether a piercing from Angie ( who is amazing) she takes time to explain whats going on, and does a great job working with the natural symmetry of the body, or a tattoo from Timid ( also amazing) she took her time to follow the natural curvature of my leg, even erased the first stencil and re placed it to ensure perfection. I have had nothing but great experiences! If you are looking for a place to get body mod i highly recommend trust tattoo . Edit to add ive gotten a recent tattoo with oddy and what can i say? She was amazing!!! She has such a light touch i could have fallen asleep lol! The tattoo is beautiful and although on the smaller side she executed the script soo perfect!!!! Highly highly recommend her❤️

Fantastic experience: Husband got a double helix piercing. Piercing artist was Angie, she was very nice and talked us through placement of the piercings. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Multiple pieces of jewelry presented as options for free, others have a minimal surcharge. Online scheduling was easy, was approved in about 45min. Shop is clean and staff is friendly. I’d say the only downside is they don’t offer a small discount on getting two piercings done at once. Otherwise 5 stars would go back

Fantastic experience: Really not sure why its not 6 out of 5 stars. Skeptical at first walking in because I usually stick with what I know. My old tattoo artist said he didn't want to do my tattoo because he doesnt like doing letters, so I said screw it and made a change. Walking in I was welcomed by every employee up front with a smile. As soon as I said I was there for a consult the Lebou jumped right into action to meet my needs. After getting my general idea he asked my timeline. Mind you this was December 9th and I told him I would love to have it before the 20th. Seemed impossible in my mind, but he moved some stuff around and made some calls and told me " Friday we will do your fitting, Saturday we break skin" 4 days after walking in for a full forearm fill...crazy!!! The consult was supposed to be just a meet and greet and exchange of basic ideas. It turned into hours of idea exchanges and designing. Friday was at least a half day of just me and him designing. I decided on a pretty big change the night before my appointment and he came through. I showed up and we spent 2 hours of what should have been chair time redesigning. Before my time to sit in the chair Lebou brought out a plate of chicken, tortillas, chips, guac, and vegies and handed it to me saying "go sit over there and enjoy." I guess he said he heard my stomach grumble. That right there is genuine customer care! Lebou was able to capture every single tiny detail I wanted with his tools and made a first session out of 3 look like it is already a finished tattoo. No walking around with a half done outline tattoo until your next session, not with him. This is the best service for ink and by far my favorite tattoo I have ever received. I will definitely trust in trust for all of my future inks therapy sessions!

Fantastic experience: We walked in to get piercings today (my husband, our friend, and myself), and it was a great experience. We are from out of town, but have been in our fair share of tattoo/piercings places local to us. This place is great. The staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. We got in and out without issue, and the whole process went fairly quickly! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door for my consult I noticed the pure positivity and family aspect of this shop. My artist was Kanna a.k.a. tattoo Angie. She made sure to walk me thru the steps of choosing my design and placement. The shop owner was guiding her and giving his support every time he walked past which I feel shows true care for his employees. On the day of my tattoo I was ready to go and so was Kanna. First thing I noticed was she made sure to ask others for tips on hand placements and stretches but her smooth hand can't be taught, natural with her flow as well as her depth management. Other artist chipped in and everyone was super positive and again almost like sisters. Overall I am in love with not only the art of my children's names but also the experience within the shop. Thanks Kanna and Trust tattoo, I will be returning for more work.

Fantastic experience: Everything was amazing! I originally went to get a naval piercing, after discussing my options with Max I opted out due to style reasons. I then decided to choose between a conch or another helix, I chose to do another helix with the help of Max! She answered all of my questions and helped me choose what was best for me! The facility was very clean and Max was very professional and GREAT at her job. I am obsessed with my new piercing and I highly recommend Max.

Fantastic experience: MY FAVORITE PIERCING PLACE!! Everyone here is so sweet and helpful!! TIPPP!! if you follow everyone’s instagram you can get good deals!! Angelina is my piercer and she has always done a beautiful job! She will line you up perfectly. I also passed out while getting a piercing done, and they were right on top of helping me and I felt so safe with all of them. ❤️ I’ve also had my dermal removed there and both Angelina and Krystina are very skilled when it comes to surface piercings. Angelina helped me remove my dermal that was rejecting and did a great job!! little scarring was left behind and it was practically painless AND it was cheap. I was afraid i’d have a gash in my face or a big bill like if i would went to the doctor! They have also replaced one of my balls for free after I lost it after getting a piercing done. They also do tattoos and other body mods! GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Fantastic experience: I sent Ultra my idea for a tattoo to represent my son, and she took the extremely 2D example I sent her and turned it into a masterpiece. Fantastic experience: Angie was amazing when I came in for my dermal first time I've ever been there. She did a great job by measuring and measuring again to make sure it was in the exact spot it's supposed to be in to mirror the one I already had on my collarbone. It was a great experience and then on top of it they were running a sale that I didn't know and honored the sale the next day for me. So I ended up getting a surface to surface eyebrow piercing from Brittany who was again just as amazing and I'm super super thrilled if I found a new place to go for my piercings. Everybody is so friendly. Everything is so clean and professional. It was absolutely one of the best experiences I've had for piercings and look forward to my next one with them!

They took time to explain the process, made sure that I know I could take multiple breaks and could stay as long as I needed too, and were overall so caring, warm, and supportive of me during this painful process. I’ve had quite a few piercings in my life and I have had many different piercers, but these folks stand out as the most informed, professional, and empathetic piercers I’ve ever had in my life. TRUST is now going to be my go-to place for any time of body mod. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a piercer or an embedded piercing removal!

They were so attentive and caring and did all they could to make her feel better. My daughter said she feels like she has 5 new aunties now. That personal, while professional, care is hard to find sometimes.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the few places you’ll find well done cover up tattoos without any issues. The 3d photo - realisic tattoos work is also done within a budget and on a payment plan. This place is also known for all the memorial tattoos getting complimentary crowns and Halos as part of the tattoo experience. Theirs a lot to be said about a place that willing to go the extra mile for the folks that show up. I would have to say the way they do blackout tattoos is also a trend setting thing, the white lays so smoothly once all the black work is healed. Just ask for Bo the owner..

Fantastic experience: Thankyou Angie and the whole staff for the lovely service. I had gotten 4 nose piercing done by a different shop and I came in to get them checked since I wasn’t feeling well. They immediately got me in and after examined me told me I had a severe nickel allergy to the (cheap) jewelry put in by a different shop. My nose had swollen so much that it was closing on the inside. And avant gard was the one that looked at me before I came here and said I was being dramatic and refused to help me. But yes here! They treated me like a human being and cleaned everything and took them all out for me. And told me to come back in for a check up and they would be glad to re-pierce my nose once I’m healed up and do it the right way! They explained that titanium is the way to go to prevent any allergic reactions. And how important the jewelry is and not getting so many done as it is harsh on healing even if you have the pain tolerance to handle it. Thankyou again! Highly recommend they bump preventative liquid they sell here too!

Negative experience: Had my nose pierced in June had to get help from a different shop to change it it was Amazon jewelry let alone bent at the wrong angle and my piercing wasn't pierced right at all don't recommend to change it was more painful the getting it pierced definitely going to a highly trained professional from now on

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience when i come here! Recently i had a couple hip surgeries, so i needed my piercings switched out for plastic temporary piecee. Krystina and her apprentice were excellent at helping me get surgery ready. Post surgery. I went in about a week later and they both got my own jewelry put back in. I also ended up purchasing 2 more piercings. They took excellent care of me, providing great advice, great conversation, and great knowledge on proper care. They make you forget about the temporary pain, and make a "not so normal" event seem "business as usual". Every time i go there, i leave happier and more refreshed than when i arrived there. Negative experience: I highly recommend NOT coming here to see Bo for a tattoo… He is incredibly unprofessional- he showed up for our appointment an hour late and wasn’t prepared at all. He also packed a bowl in front of me and went outside and smoked weed for half an hour. Bo made me pay in full for my tattoo after he only finished the outline of it. The outline looked terrible, and I wanted to go with a different tattoo artist, so I canceled our appointment that we had scheduled to finish the tattoo. I canceled our appointment well in advance- 3 weeks early, and I asked for a refund for the part of the tattoo that he didn’t finish. He refused to give me a partial refund. I paid him $1,560.00 for a crappy looking outline, and for work that he didn’t even do! He took my money, and I won’t be receiving any of it back. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! Very quick, efficient, and kind. They were very reassuring as this was my first face piercing of any kind too!! They made sure I was safe and was fine going at my pace. 10/10, I would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I came with my bestie for her birthday after another shop turned her away (screw them!), EVERYONE, not even just Angie (the piercer) was genuinely so sweet!! Definitely coming back soon for mine TRUST… no pun intended

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO GET PIERCED HERE! They do not know how to pierce …. I walked in to get my piercing changed after having it on for two years and they tried telling me that the piercing was closed after having it out for literally 30 minutes. They re piercing me and now i have one BIG hole inside of my nose because the first one was never closed . Was in pain until i took it out and was bleeding for 24 hrs straight. I know that bleeding might be normal here and there but my bleeding would not stop. And on top of that i got overcharged.

Fantastic experience: Walked right in filled out online right away and I was seated in no time. Went in for a Monroe piercing and they were very clean and professional. Also made you feel very comfortable. They were very gentle and cleaned up thoroughly. Seems like an awesome working crew there!

Fantastic experience: I got pierced here a few months back by someone who no longer works here and was having problems with it. Krystina was amazing with helping make it better, explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was incredibly helpful, I absolutely recommend coming here for piercings!!

Negative experience: Both my daughter and I went to get our nose pierced at the same time, we got an inexperienced piercer. The lady who went by the name of Mona put a piece of jewelry to small, so when my nose swelled it out the top of the jewelry out and my nose closed! On top of the small jewelry she had the needle just sitting on my nose poking my top lip while she fiddled with what jewelry she was even going to put in! Absolutely ridiculous! My daughter’s nose swelled up and caused a keloid before the jewelry seperated and she ended up losing the top without notice! So now we are stuck getting it redone ELSEWHERE we I’ll not be returning. I’d give zero stars if I could! Such a waste of money!

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best shops i been too. The work that comes out of this shop is A1! I highly recommend their professionalism is out of this world and the shop owner and staff make sure to make you comfortable, which I can definitely appreciate.

Fantastic experience: i love the new shop!! it’s such a better vibe in there now!! the new artists are so sweet and soo talented! i got my cartilage pierced 2 weeks ago and i feel like it’s already healed! this is the only tattoo and piercing shop i will ever go to! and pictures of 2 completely healed tattoos done by Krys!

Fantastic experience: Best tattoo in Wisconsin. People are awesome pricing tattooing customer service. Awesome. Will recommend to anybody. And also very friendly and family oriented. The owner and its staff are so unique Tattooing they just don’t grab a picture and tattoo it to you. They take the time and make their own drawings and their own style and way better tattooing. Bo is a Tattoo artist, and a hell of a comedian Recommend to them to anybody keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: Had a rework of a previous shops work done and had a few big pieces done. Bou is one of the most down to earth people who will make sure you have an amazing experience during your appointment. Good to see someone who still does training and works with people to get them into the tattoo field and become fantastic artists. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
