Fantastic experience: Got my very first tattoo with Alex and experience was amazing, he was polite, explained the process during and after. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and his work is amazing. Definitely coming back to him

Negative experience: Found this Shop on Facebook. Came in for a free consultation. The guy that I spoke to the whole time, seemed very helpful since the moment I came in the door. After a few minutes, his vibe came off a bit rude. The price he gave me was good, so I put down the deposit for an appointment and scheduled for a week later. During this consultation I mentioned I would feel more comfortable in a private/ covered area to which I was told "there was absolutely no problem and can be arranged." When I got my confirmation call, I asked again just to be sure it would be available, to which they said again "absolutely". The day of, a whole hour after my appointment time, The artist ( I never met before), Calls me to her station. She immediately starts asking in a rude manner if this was really the size I was getting today. She walks towards the man that did the consulting. Starts speaking a different language and seems upset. She comes back and Doesn't say anything but "show me the spot we're tattooing." While huffing and puffing for the entire time (4-6 hours). I asked, if we could do it in the private area we would be tattooing in. She seemed instantly confused and visibly upset. Walks away again aggressively sets up a spot. I asked if everything was okay, Another women replies "yes of course there is no problem at all", she tries to make small talk to ease my concern, While helping the artist set up a spot. (Which was not ideal for her to work out of). Soo many more instances throughout this session, made my experience extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. An hour into the actual tattooing, She says she's taking a break and takes an hour lunch. No communication between us. Alot of waiting around for her, while she took 3 different breaks that seemed as equally as long. *On a positive note, Fortunately for me the tattoo that Rain did on my thigh, came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted. If only the customer service was anything close to the art they produce and content they put out. It could've been great. I hope no one experiences what I had to.

It’s my birthday and when I came back from the restroom she took my photo and sung a short happy birthday to me! How many other artist care that much ? She’s the best I highly recommend!

I appreciated how clean Alex kept his entire area and ALWAYS used BRAND NEW EVERYTHING including: NEW gloves, NEW arm wrap, NEW chair cover, NEW needle, NEW bandage, NEW ink, etc. the complete staff is really awesome. Alex and the rest of the staff honestly answered all of my questions and made sure I felt 100% satisfied with the work I paid to have completed!! I definitely recommend this shop Regarding my piercings- Vanessa was truly AMAZING She was very sweet, honest, patient, professional, polite, gentle, respectful and considerate Vanessa made sure I was completely happy with all 7 of my ear piercings, my nose piercing and my lip piercing. She also made sure my son & my daughter were both happy with their placement of their nose piercings. Lastly, Vanessa did an amazing job with all 3 of my son ear piercings I LOVE IT HERE MY KIDS AND I CAME HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! Fantastic experience: I came in for spider bite piercings and was greeted and assisted by the piercer Vanessa who was super friendly and helpful. The piercing process was super fast and professional as well, I felt safe with her doing my piercing as everything was very clean and sterile.
