Positive experience: clean establishment…: I went in at 3 for a tattoo that I had in mind and was super excited at first after being told that I couldn’t get what I wanted and my cover ups were going to be anywhere from 5-600 I was starting to get aggravated so i waited ,and waited what seemed like forever, as he was super busy and distracted with other things and not really focused that I had been sitting there waiting for such a long time, I was really annoyed and wanted to leave but I waited and finally got onto the table at 7pm I had already paid for my tattoo before hand upon arrival so tha was a little weird as well because why would you make some one pay before they even get tatted… anyway my tattoo came out beautifully and I am happy with it I just wish it didn’t take 4 hours to wait and an hour an a hour and half to do the actual piece. So I give 3 stars just because he tried to make it better with a free shirt but I feel like a discount on price would have been the better option seeing as my experience wasn’t the greatest

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Gary did a consultation, priced it very reasonably, and did the tattoo a few weeks later via walk in. If was my first one and Gary walked me through every step really well. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: We felt welcome from the time we entered both times we went. The first time, my daughter wasn't old enough but we returned because we felt welcomed and comfortable! It's also VERY clean! I'm terrible with names but our piercer was very nice and easy to talk to. She gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions!

Fantastic experience: I went in for the Friday the 13th special and was honestly blown away. Everyone was very friendly and check in was super smooth. The gentleman at the front chatted with me about my vacation and overall, just a chill vibe while I waited. The piercer, Caitlyn, was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my current piercing choice and ones I plan to get. She is obviously very passionate and educated in piercing and I will recommend her to anyone looking for new hardware. Overall, perfect place to get my little “treat myself” piercings and plan on going back in the future! :)

Fantastic experience: I got tattooed by Rogguer (@foo_tattoos) a couple times now and I love how they turned out. He’s a super chill dude and a dope tattoo artist. He was also willing to lower the price for my first tattoo which was awesome. Will definitely be booking another appointment.

Fantastic experience: This shop is so awesome it really is so unique and the atmosphere is just amazing. The people there are all great too I’ve never felt uncomfortable around any of them at all. I ended up getting one of there Friday the 13 tattoo designs of the little ghost cat and I absolutely loved it! I was tattooed by Chad who was awesome he has a great sense of humor, I love and appreciate his sarcasm it makes the experience that much more fun! I have also been pierced by Caytlin who is super awesome she makes you feel very comfortable and takes her time making sure you’re 100% happy with your decision! The girl Megan who works upfront and is an apprentice, is so adorable and very sweet. she is very knowledgeable and does a great job at explaining her own experiences as well as being a great set of second eyes to make sure your piercings are lined up nicely! Anyone who has left a horrible review I believe just didn’t do a good job communicating with their artist or is way too sensitive to some good humor!

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience! I was getting my nipples pierced by this man and he made multiple inappropriate comments to me about his ex wife. While I was leaving he made weird comments to his coworkers about the size and color of my nipples. There are better piercers there that I trust more. This man should not be allowed anywhere near a woman

Fantastic experience: came in on a spur of the moment idea, and wanted a stacked lobe piercing. cait was there and just about to leave, and stayed late just to pierce me! she took her time and made sure i had everything i needed for comfortable healing. she was so calm and knowledgeable, i definitely plan on returning!

Fantastic experience: Great experience for me and my wife on a short notice walk in, super kind and welcoming and probably have never seen a better looking shop in the 100 that I’ve been to in the United States HONESTLY! thank you Chad or whatever your name is you were awesome and love the naked photos of you on the wall and the banter everyone has there!! Honestly though it was awesome!!

Negative experience: Botched my wife’s belly piercing and refused to offer refund. Wanted to redo the whole procedure. People here seem to lack professionalism and understanding. Called owner and was told a list of excuses as to why they don’t issue money back after the piercer clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Come to find out he gets fired shortly afterwards. Hmmm think his name was Koda… Mr. Patrick(owner) was kind of a jerk when I called to ask about my money back for the botched piercing, and really needs to take responsibility for his company’s actions and failures. Will never return and you guys be cautious of them. You know I normally review food but this hasn’t to stop.

Fantastic experience: I recently got a tattoo done by Chad. I came in maybe an hour and a half before closing as a walk in and they had me ready to go by 15 minutes. Chad did an amazing job and was cracking jokes the whole time being a really funny guy. You can tell he takes pride is his work and did an amazing job on such a sudden notice. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice calm atmosphere and friendly people while getting a tattoo done.

Negative experience: I called to see how much to re-color older tattoos. The clerk said go on the website pick your artist. Not going to mention the artist that works with color. But I sent the pic to Instagram. The artist ask questions for two days on the 4 day of not getting a price or appointment. I responded thanks for your time I will find someone else. Go luck with your business. Glad I didn't pass my money out.

Negative experience: I'm very unhappy with my tattoo. Gary did it and I expected it to look realistic and spooky but for $500 I got a black jumbled mess that I'll have to get blacked out because I'm so embarrassed. I do not recommend and I'm never going back

Positive experience: Went to get 4 piercings in one go. You can walk in with no appointments but there is a chance there are no piercers there at the time and you’ll have to come back later. Piercing itself went very well, Mandy was nice and professional but not very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been using artist Chad Payne for a long time now. He has been nothing, but GREAT to me. I came to him originally with another tattoo that I wanted him to fix and he did a spectacular job. He has been nothing, but professional and hilarious to work with. I now have a full sleeve from him and I am continuing to go to him to start my other tattoo adventures. Chad, I truly thank you for you help and the hospitality towards me.

Negative experience: I literally never leave reviews, this is my first one ever but I had to! So me and a friend of mine showed up as a walk in. I was deciding between a couple different designs and I showed the artist (Chad Payne) what I wanted. He proceeded to instantaneously use an upsetting and concerning tone of voice with me. He was impatient and not welcoming in any way. Also wayyy overpriced it. We ended up deciding on one I wanted and Chad completely botched it. He rushed through it and finished super quick. He also used a slur while talking to his coworkers and doing my tattoo. Very rude and cocky artist, not welcoming, seems to not enjoy his job in any capacity, not personable at all. Below is the inspo photo and the tattoo I left with. I'm super upset and not excited about my new tattoo at all.

Negative experience: Shane honored my 200$ down deposit that I payed to the grave. As a personal loss to hisself the shop received my 200$ while no service. Took my money with no response back.

Fantastic experience: Got my industrial and my chest pierced. I have to say many wonderful things about Julee, from the amazing sense of humor she has, the comfort and ease in which she handled my anxiety of getting the literal most painful piercing possible, and the educating that she took the time to give me about getting my chest pierced. She told me how piercers should & should not handle these piercings, which i believe is very important considering the location of them. She made me laugh, I felt at home with her, & I will absolutely go back as soon as I can when I can figure out what else to get pierced lol. & Julee, if you’re reading, i’m the girl that kept mentioning Gordon Ramsey. She is truly talented as well as wonderful overall. Everyone who i spoke to there was kind, amazing, and very easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I got double nose piercings done by Christina. I originally had an existing hole done, and she took the time to listen to what I wanted. From there it was determined it was best to start fresh with the double piercings based on what I want to wear in the future. I am also from out of state. With that I felt she took the extra time to make sure I was pleased with everything before I left the shop. She made it as painless as possible. I wish I could make this shop my home base! If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Negative experience: My son got his first tattoo here. It was a simple semi colon that represents something very meaningful and personal to him. He was charged a minimum, which I respect, however the end result turned out crooked and my son eventually had another artist at Tattoo Charlie's fix it. She drew a grid on his arm to make sure it was aligned perfectly.

Negative experience: Not worth your time. Went to get the cartilage on my ear pierced. The individual who I had a conversation with was extremely rude. After they stated they could do it they all went to the back and I waited for over an hour. Had another person with me wanting a piercing and they also treated them rude as well. Do better with greeting customers and giving out prices and info.

Negative experience: The owner could of told me at any point in the ten minutes of the entire shop making fun of me that they weren't going to tattoo what I wanted because it was upside-down to the ground. Instead they let the artist put the stencil on me and when she came back after it was dry the owner said he wasn't going to let her do the tattoo bc it would make the shop look bad.

Fantastic experience: My artist was Gary and this was my first tattoo. He was very professional and was very reassuring once he started because I am not a fan of needles. Also helped me get over my fear too! I also love the fact he took the time to draw out the design which was butterflies and it looked amazing! I teared up after tHe tattoo was finished because he made more than a beautiful piece of art he help bring a apart of my grandmother back to me spiritually because she loved butterflies and I lost her last year. I’m already recommending a few people Ik to this tattoo parlor and my fiancé might get one in a year or two

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with Shane. He had me come in for a consultation and he would barely pay attention to me cause he was busy tattooing someone else. This was a scheduled consultation by him so you would think he would give you undivided attention when it’s comes to something permanent on your body as should any artist. I came in and the tattoo took double the time he said it would and shouldn’t have with what I got (trust me I know). He also missed spots on my tattoo and went too deep and now my tattoo is raised and sensitive at times. Recommend someone else.

Negative experience: Decent place. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy conversing with the customers haha. They didn’t give any info on how to properly take care of a new tattoo which didn’t impress me. Good thing it wasn’t my first one so I knew what to do. Wouldn’t go back because the price wasn’t worth the work

Fantastic experience: I got my nose piercing about a month ago done by Julee. It was a very good experience. I got it done for my 16th birthday and Julee made me feel very safe and explained the process the entire time. The place is very clean and well decorated with beautiful and interesting pieces of taxidermy. Kid of like walking through the Adam’s family house. Will for sure be back for the rest of my piercings. And will recommend to everyone.

Negative experience: Went in to get 4 letters on my finger and they told me they could only do 3. Didn’t make sense to me, if you’re a tattoo artist why can’t you do different fonts or more then 3 letters. Never in my life have I had an artist tell me they can’t tattoo a four letter name. I have a 9 letter word on my other finger that another artist didn’t create excuses for. It says BEAUtiful. They spent to much money decorating the shop and not into quality artist. Waste of time!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. Got a small, symbol tattooed on my forearm and they completely overdid it. Gonna take weeks to heal now and won’t end up looking like it should. Pretty much could’ve sliced my arm with a knife with how deep they went into my arm.

Positive experience: I had mostly a good experience here. My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. I called around a lot of places and this was the first place that could do it (she was anxious to get it done and TTGTC was able to schedule same day). Her piercer Mandy was awesome and sweet, very careful to make sure both sides were even and talk to her about what was going on for each step. She was patient and knowledgeable with my questions, too - making sure they used proper sterilization procedures, etc. There was no bleeding and is almost no redness or swelling the next day. I have no complaints at all about the piercing itself. Here are the things I wish were different and why I docked one star: 1. Jewelry. I was not thrilled with the jewelry choices. The free jewelry options were all very simple steel balls with butterfly backs. I was expecting a flat or locking back since these have to stay in so long. Even the options that cost extra were not that great. I've seen better quality jewelry and more options at most other places. 2. Aftercare supplies. Namely, they were not included. I've had a number of piercings myself and they've always given some sort of wound wash or saline. They did have some I could have bought. 3. Notary. This is a tiny nit, but it's pretty easy to become a notary. Since all minors must have a notarized form, it would be nice if the receptionist could notarize rather than me having to go to the UPS store. 4. Price. With tip I paid $100 for earlobe piercings that took about 10 minutes. I know that good piercing places must charge a lot, they have disposable implements and an autoclave, etc, and I'll pay for quality, but between the jewelry, having to go buy aftercare supplies, and having to pay a notary, it seems overpriced and was more than all but one of the other places I called. Soapbox time: I'm a strong proponent of taking girls to professional piercing places that use needles, not piercing guns. I try to convince everyone I know. But when Claire's and the mall pierce for free with the purchase of a pair of earrings, it's a hard sell. A great step to making professional-ear-piercing-not-guns more popular would be to close the gap as much as possible. Anyway, the piercer herself is the important part and that was great, but imo 5 stars is for businesses that go the extra mile. Had they used better jewelry and thrown in aftercare, 5 stars even at that price. Had they charged less, expecting me to buy aftercare and bring my own jewelry if I wanted more than butterfly backs, 5 stars. The overall combination, however, left me feeling it could have been better. (Something to note for parents of young kids: the decor is somewhat macabre. The logo includes a coffin, there are taxidermied animals, tribal-type masks, and a variety of skulls (including human). This did not bother my daughter in the least, she was actually psyched about the human skull, but if you are bringing young kids who are frightened by things like that, might want to prep them.)

Fantastic experience: Mandy did an amazing job! I came in to get my nostril pierced and after having one side done already Mandy was very conscious to make sure they were symmetrical. Very clean and professional! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Cristina is amazing at what she does! She done two piercings for me yesterday. The amount of time it took to measure where I wanted pierced & to actually pierce me was phenomenal. We talked all through the piercing process because I was nervous & talking helped. I’m beyond satisfied! This is now my new place for any piercing in the future.

Negative experience: I called in to see if they took walk-ins. They said yes, come in. I went in, and they said we only take appointments and got dismissed. I called in a few weeks later to make an appointment, and I was told we only take walk-ins. Thank you for all your help. Well done 10 out of 10.

Negative experience: I thought it was cool at first staff was really nice, but then I went into the piercers room. I got a naval piercing it looked a little crooked but i just assumed it was me and i was over thinking. Then i start staring at it and she didn’t pierce the naval right at all she pierced above it.

Fantastic experience: Kyra is the best! This was my first tattoo and she made the experience one that I will brag on to my friends. She is professional, very thorough, and asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted. Can't say enough good things about her and her work. She made the drawing that my husband did come alive in a tattoo!
