Fantastic experience: An amazing shop. Beautiful line work and work to give the customer what they want. My niece wanted a tattoo for her 18th birthday. She received a beautiful first tattoo. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Eric was my artist. He was super fast and professional and did an awesome job on both of my tattoos. They came out exactly how I wanted. Communication was fast and easy. Definitely will go back to him for any future tattoos.

Fantastic experience: Xavier is my tattoo artist and he is amazing- he has done quite a few pieces on me and every idea I have, he makes it happen. His work is flawless and realistic. He is very light handed and all of my tattoos have healed well. This shop has a good vibe and all the artists are really nice. It’s obvious they all love what they do. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Downtown Ink. The service was lacking, and unfortunately the final tattoo did not turn out the way I was expecting at all. I left feeling unhappy and frustrated with the quality of the work. After the fact, I found out that the artist who tattooed me was an apprentice, which I was never clearly informed about beforehand. I ended up going to Firme Copias to see if anything could be done to fix it, and I’m so glad I did. Bella absolutely killed it. She was professional, patient, and clearly skilled. She listened to my concerns, explained the process, and completely transformed a tattoo I was unhappy with into something I’m proud to wear. If you’re looking for quality work and an artist who truly cares about their craft and their clients, Bella at Firme Copias did not fail me. I wish I had gone there first. Positive experience: Need to update this. My wife’s tattoo faded but we also have to wear vinyl gloves for work. Mine is on my wrist and still looks really good. Artist didn’t have much personality but the facility was clean

Fantastic experience: We decided to get our first tattoos here! Wanted a matching tattoo with my sister and did a walk in! Bella helped us immediately when we arrived! Then we were assisted by Xavier for the sizes and tattooing! Very minimal pain and no discomfort! The atmosphere was nice and calm, everything was clean and organized! Prices were very reasonable! Overall an excellent experience! We will be back for more! They are cash only! So heads up! But they do have an ATM inside for quick withdrawals!

Fantastic experience: Wowow my sister and I had an amazing experience here for her birthday. We got themed tats and I was really scared it was going to hurt… my first tattoo was 6 years prior and the artist caused me so much pain; he was really heavy handed. But the artist here?! He was incredible! 11/10, couldn’t have been faster, cheaper, easier, or less painful. I was really blown away and we will come back to get them colored next year lol. Just a note as I reread my review from 7 months ago: I did not remember our artists name but he was a very cool and sweet, I believe Latino man. Great conversation too. I will be back in February for the coloring, believe me Cost was something like $80 a pop? I think I paid $200 all said and done + tip

Fantastic experience: Went with my siblings to get tattoos and had an amazing experience here with Bella as our tattoo artist. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Our tattoos came out amazing and exactly like we wanted them.

Negative experience: I am stationed overseas and booked a tattoo appointment for an upcoming TDY. One of my flights got canceled in route to Wichita Falls. The tattoo artist refused to refund my deposit even though I gave him a 48 hour notice and explained the situation. He then proceeded to call me a “scumbag” for even requesting a refund. I will not be going here in the future. Recommend other military to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Payton was AMAZING! She did my veryyy first tat and she made my sister and I feel so comfortable. We showed her two pictures of what we wanted our tat to look like, but wasn’t sure how to combine it. We sent the pictures to her and she combined both of them PERFECTLY! She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable with it being my first tattoo. I would definitely recommend Payton.

Negative experience: I got tattoos from Brad years ago and loved how my tattoos turned out and how professional and attentive he was. I sent my family there for some small and simple tattoos. On Facebook they state they do free walk in consults and same day appointments. Which I also did when I received my tattoos there. When my family walked in they got turned down and told they have to message another number for estimates and did not do walk in consults or same day appointments. Really disappointed as they traveled over an hour to go there from my house and all the way from New Mexico to get tattoos together. They got turned down as soon as they walked through the door.

Fantastic experience: I went here yesterday for my first tattoo and it turned out amazing. My artist was freddy and i highly recommended him Update: Just finished my third session with freddy to complete my half sleeve. Did an amazing job overall and im extremely happy with how it turned out.

Fantastic experience: I went into the shop a couple times prior to setting an appoint. Each time I was greeted and my questions answered. I showed my design ideas and asked which artists would meet the look I was going for. They suggested Bella. I got in touch with her, sent her the drawing, and booked the appt with ease. At my appointment I had a great time. We talked about the new tattoo and how to build off of it with a neighboring one I have to create a custom sleeve. Fantastic experience: Came here to get matching tattoos with my brother (our childhood dream). The staff was super inviting and helpful. Bella our tattoo artist was incredible. Since it was our first tattoo she walked us through every steep and was super informative. I was nervous out of my mind (I hate pain). Fantastic experience: I got this tattoo done by Crow. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I was a walk in and he was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. He took the time to customize what I wanted perfectly. The tattooing process was great and he has wonderful bedside manners. He was nothing but respectful the entire time. The tattoo is beautiful and very affordable. 10/10, I will be returning to get more tattoos by Crow. I also wanted to add that it was very clean and he kept the area sanitized and organized the entire time.

Fantastic experience: I walked in on a Thursday with no appointment and was immediately greeted. I knew what I wanted, and had two separate images and Alfredo got to work immediately and created a custom piece that fit perfectly on my arm. His attention to detail was fantastic and over all seemed like a really great dude. Will absolutely be coming back to him for more.

Negative experience: Nope! Never again Not only was the guy late to the appointment he had to rescheduled after waiting 30 minutes so I left and came back that evening he also managed to forget everything we talked about the design. he just rushed through the whole thing and I ended up with a sloppy tattoo.
