Fantastic experience: The best service I had and he did amazing job explaining everything we need to know about our piercings

Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment here very quickly, the shop was clean and comfortable, the piercer was informative and professional. He really helped make me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process, talking to me and walking me through what he was doing and why. I had a very easy going and positive experience here. The only thing I wish I knew was that they only accept cash; they do have an ATM but I would have just brought some had I known. I love my smiley piercing and it's healing really well! I'll be returning here for future piercings <3! Thank you Timeless :)

Fantastic experience: I got my nose pierced here and it was a great experience! Tommy was extremely professional and helpful from the get go. I’m very indecisive about things and he helped me choose the best option for me, not the most expensive option. Tommy CLEARLY cared about making sure the piercing would look good and gave his opinions based off of that, not based off of how much he would make. My friend also got her nose pierced, and he even went through the extra trouble and time to tell her that the rod he originally put in might not allow for it to swell correctly and he changed it out with no charge. That’s something he could have just ignored and we probably wouldn’t have noticed until something felt off, but he cared about making sure we had the best healing process possible. Tommy just seemed like a honest man who loves what he does and wants to make other people happy with his work. The shop was also very clean and he had above and beyond sanitation practices. I’m really lucky I found this place, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tommy!!

Fantastic experience: Experience was amazing! i’ve been here for both my nose and eyebrow piercing and Tommy was absolutely incredible both times! He’s super gentle and walks you through the process. He’s super fun to chat with and definitely makes it feel like a safe environment! The eyebrow piercing I wanted wasn’t even standard placement, but he was great with accommodating it with me. Will definitely be coming back for more piercings & tattoos in the future!

Negative experience: My daughter scheduled a navel piercing for 12/6 at 1pm, we live in Wayne Co, drove 40mins only to find this place closed. She also attempted calling several times the day before to confirm-no answer. She called at 1:10pm day of-no answer. poor service, no call service.

He was very patient and breaks were often and got it done in great timing. His skills are very advanced and the while process was amazing. The entire place was very clean, and service was immediate and kind. I was unsure of what jewlery to get, so my piercer had a full conversation with me about it to aid in my decision. Fantastic experience: I had gone with my best friend to get my first nose piercing and the man was very friendly and explained the procedure and aftercare instructions clearly. After about a week, for some reason my jewelry fell out but when I call he said I could come right in so that he could put another one in. He didn’t charge me the second time either. Overall a great place to get piercings.

Fantastic experience: My experience was outstanding!! I had an ugly, visible surgical scar that started from my shoulder to my elbow, which I felt self-conscious about when I wore short sleeves. However, he exceeded my expectations when I explained my vision to the owner, Tommy. So, if you are looking for a professional atmosphere, I recommend his establishment if you need a cover-up tattoo.
