Every where else was “to busy” because of this, I returned to get my nose pierced again by Kristi and she’s absolutely amazing and so nice! Fantastic experience: Took my 7 year old daughter to have her ears pierced by Kristi and she did an OUTSTANDING job! She was ridiculously patient with her and waited until she was 100% ready stating that they were on the same team. We were there longer than expected and I know we took up some extra time but she did a great job! Highly recommend. Just leave a nice tip if you take a long time. Hahaha!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this piercing shop. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all, even though I entered and exited the building more than once. I stood by the jewelry case for over 10 minutes, assuming someone would ask what service I wanted or have me fill out paperwork — but that never happened. I eventually overheard another customer mention that they only accept cash, which should really be posted on the door or clearly visible somewhere. It was also extremely hot inside, and the overall vibe and energy felt unprofessional. The parking situation made things even worse — the plaza’s lot was so jam-packed that I had to park at a nearby gas station and walk over. As a woman, walking across the lot and street like that felt very unsafe, especially since it was a busy area with poor lighting and no clear pedestrian path. What made it worse was seeing another customer walk in — who happened to be Caucasian — and the piercer immediately greeted and helped her, while I was still standing there ignored. That was unacceptable and made me feel completely disrespected. I also noticed there was no visible jewelry sterilization happening, which made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness and safety of the place. I ended up leaving and going to another piercing shop down the street, where I was immediately greeted, asked about my desired service, helped to select jewelry, and watched them sterilize everything right in front of me. It’s unfortunate because this place was recommended to me, but based on my experience, I would not return or recommend it to anyone. I strongly suggest visiting other, more professional establishments that value their customers, maintain proper hygiene, and make their clients feel safe and respected.

Fantastic experience: I went in last Saturday for a tongue piercing.I originally went in for (snake eyes) but Adam suggested otherwise(frog eyes) I’m happy with how my piercing turned out. I was nervous at first like always but it went quick. I’ve been going to Kreations for many years and I’m always pleased with their service. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Fantastic experience: Both my mother in law (a couple cartilage and a rook jewelry change) and I (belly button) got pierced here today. Even though they were busy, Kristi was able to get us in and did an absolutely amazing job! Kreations has two new regulars now.

Negative experience: I feel I can provide a fair review of this place as I’ve had several services done here over the years. My first piercing in 2020, an industrial bar, healed perfectly (10/10 experience). Unfortunately, the quality declined with subsequent visits. My second lobe piercings were uneven, with one side placed too low. Later, I had dermals done, which eventually rejected, a common issue, so I don’t hold that against them. However, my surface tragus was pierced too shallow, causing the jewelry to stretch and break the skin almost immediately. Upon further research, I also discovered I was given the wrong jewelry for that placement. While I kept returning in hopes of a better experience, I don’t believe I’ll be coming back. (Side note, I have 7 piercings done by other locations and have never had an issue.)

Fantastic experience: I went in fairly late in the day and received almost immediate service. I stopped by wanting to get a jump start on ear gauges after doing some research. The staff were extremely patient and helpful in counselling me through it all. The initial piercing couldn’t have gone any better! I look forward to stopping by more often.

Adam has been working on my upper arm sleeve and cover up and when I tell you I am so happy. This is my first time just doing all black tattoo and I am in love. Probably by the end of the year my whole arm will be covered. I highly suggest coming here.

Fantastic experience: This shop is always top notch! Be prepared! You will have to schedule a tattoo that isn't some flash stuff. Unique in their thought process about tattoos. I have never, NEVER, been disappointed.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for years especially for the good prices they have and never had problems with my jewelry till recently. But just found this could be that most of the jewelry they probably use is bad/cheap quality containing nickel that can irritate ur skin. If your skin is sensitive and can’t take that then ur better off going somewhere else that will charge you more. At least when you’re paying more you will get the best service that is professional and will ACTUALLY give u information on the type of jewelry you’re getting, what size, what quality it is, aftercare instructions, and even recommendations for websites to buy good quality jewelry. Like they say you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Research beforehand tattoo/piercing shops and ask what type of jewelry they use for the piercing you’re getting (the best quality I learned is ASMT-136 titanium) or else you will end up like me with an irritated piercing or an extremely infected one that will be a pain in the butt to fix. These people have misinformed me over and over again. I would definitely not recommend anyone to get a piercing here to be honest.

I would recommend hiring someone to handle the paperwork and reception because they got quite busy in a short period of time. This meant that Kristi had to do it all and we had to wait. Fantastic experience: I took my kid in on the 3rd of Dec 2023 to get them snake bite piercings for their 17th birthday. Both artists were very nice and good for conversation, and we're great with every client they interacted with. Kristi took care of the piercings for my kid, and was patient and did an excellent job with them. Definitely will be back to see them in the future!

Negative experience: Do not get pierced here. Piercer did not change needles when me and a friend went. Pierced us both with the SAME NEEDLE she ended up getting a staph infection and had to get the jewelry cut out at the ER. I don't believe he changed gloves either.

Negative experience: Don’t get pierced here. I wanted my cartilage pierced, the piercer told me he was going pierce it with a hoop and I assumed it was okay since he was a professional. I didn’t know that cartilage needed to be pierced with a stud in order to heal correctly. My ear was super infected for about a year before I finally took it out. My ear healed BUT now I barely even wear lobe earrings because my ears as so sensitive. I assume this is because of the long term infection I had due to the hoop piercing. I wish he at least had told me the risks of getting pierced with a hoop.

Fantastic experience: I've come here for a piercing myself and with others. Adam and Kristie are both sweethearts and great people. They were both very friendly and fit me in despite the busy schedule. I highly recommend if you're looking for a piercing, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I wanted a lobe re-pierced after my initial piercing (from Claire's, many years ago) never healed and it closed up terribly. Adam did my piercing - he was quick and professional, his work space is super clean, and it was completely painless. It healed up perfectly, I'm so happy with it. The guy who removed and replaced my ring was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. Also, this business sells a huge selection of nose rings, so I purchased two. I’ll definitely return here!

He is such a people person over the phone and in person, he does not change. He is humorous ,very customer friendly, he got "jokes". I know I called him at least 5 times for a piercing (tragus).. my friend and I FINALLY got in (9/3/22) because he stayed BOOKED. Our experience was nothing but GREAT!! "Adam" has my VOTE, go see "Adam" for your piercing or Tattoo....he is EVERYTHING!!! Plus the piercing was very very reasonable...

Fantastic experience: Got two daith piercings here back in February and he did an AMAZING job. He's also funny and wont put up with whining or BS. An awesome piercer. I went back in today [5-28] to get the rings put back in and he only charged me $5! I'm going to Kreations for ALL my tat and piercing needs! Edit: Got a Medusa piercing and 2 industrial piercings from this shop and they did AMAZING. Like always. This place is the best! I'll never go anywhere else for my tattoo and piercings needs. Edit: Also hot a hand tattoo cover-up by Adam and it's AMAZING! I love this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I didn’t quite catch the guy’s name, but he was super cool. My sister and I were getting upper lobe piercings, so it wasn’t anything dramatic. Regardless, he made sure we were comfortable and liked how it looked. I would definitely go there again if I was interested in another piercing in the future. Just something to note, it is a cash only business, so be prepared. I am sure it is posted on the website. 100/10 this place is great!
