Fantastic experience: I found this place on google and saw it had amazing reviews One that stood out was Jocelyn I was going in to get my bridge pierced I had it about 4 years ago and that one wasn’t so good Jocelyn Mentioned it looked like it had been pierced low and not proper She took about 20 minutes getting the placement perfect and made sure I loved it as well She showed me some awesome jewelry that I picked out and she explained aftercare in great detail The whole process was great and minimal pain Jocelyn Is a master at what she does and she’s kind and funny too !! I’m so happy and in love with my bridge and I can’t wait to get more from her!! You definitely won’t be disappointed I %10000000 recommend this shop and Jocelyn

Fantastic experience: I set an appointment with Jocelyn to do a navel piercing. She was very good with explaining the risks, especially since this is my second time and I have some scar tissue. She also let me know the best approaches to doing this navel piercing (ex. floating navel, gem style) to ensure it heals completely this time. Thank you Jocelyn!

Negative experience: I’m not sure whether the piercer was having a difficult day or if this is her usual demeanor, but the experience felt uncomfortable. When I asked questions, her responses were dismissive, often saying things like “I already showed you” or “I just told you.” When I asked for her opinion, she stated that I was asking the wrong person. Overall, she appeared unhappy and unapproachable. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return for my follow-up. That said, the receptionist was kind and welcoming, and I appreciated her help answering my questions.

I have a decent amount of piercings and let me tell you she is always on point! They have gotten 7 piercings (lobe, helix and conch) between the 2 of them and I know they will be back! Meg and Jocelyn are both amazing and highly recommended! They give you a coupon for your next visit within a certain timeframe and it keeps us coming back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the studio since about 2023-2024ish to get pierced by Jocelyn Scarlett, she is incredibly professional and patient with her clients, and ensures her clients are properly educated in the piercings they are getting. The rest of the staff is just as knowledgeable and professional, and will work with you to make your experience as smooth and chill as possible. The studio is always clean, and the vibe is always great! I will always recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: incredibly professional. I got my septum pierced last June, and it healed within two weeks. It never got infected, and I’ve been able to size it up from a 16g to a 14g without any difficulty.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a tragus piercing and Jocelyn was phenomenal! Pain was about a 3/10 and she helped me swap out my helix and lobe piercing as well. 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I’m really disappointed with how things turned out today. After waiting for over an hour, I was told that she couldn’t adjust the screw because there wasn’t enough space. This isn’t the first time..when I came in for the initial piercing, I was also made to wait for almost two hours, only to be told it couldn’t be done. I had to insist and fight for it before you finally did the tragus piercing that day. Still, I came back today because your staff specifically told me to return after one and a half months to change the back post. If the space was going to be an issue, it should’ve been properly assessed during the first visit or at the very least, communicated before making me wait so long again. This honestly felt like a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.

Negative experience: Pierced my nose here a year ago and my nose hasn’t healed at all. If I change my piercing, I’m constantly getting a reaction and a bump/bruise even with constant sterilization and clean-up. Even used hypoallergenic studs and I genuinely don’t recommend or even think this place is worth it for a nose piercing. I paid over $150 for my piercing + sterilization kit AT THE LOCATION and I regret it completely. I’d rather pierce my nose myself next time.
