Fantastic experience: Cute little place. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They do both walk-in’s and appointments but if you know you want to come here I would recommend making an appointment. They were a little behind for my appointment but it wasn’t a crazy long wait and definitely worth it. The piercing itself didn’t hurt much and they told me how to properly care for it as part of the aftercare. They had a standard jewelry that comes with the price of the piercing and have other jewelry options that cost extra.

Negative experience: Th3 appoitment was for cheek piercing. When we made the appointment a price was given $70 for 1 cheek. $130 for 2 cheeks. At the appointment was another price. $80 for 1 cheek. $171 for 2 cheeks. Never again ill come here definitely not recommending this place.

Negative experience: Tattoo artist was running late, I waited almost an hour. They charged me 85$ before even getting the tattoo done. The tattoo artist only spoke Spanish so there was a language barrier. The lines are really shaky and the N is not complete… really disappointed how it came out the ink looks so bad. I also have 2 sleeves of tattoos I take very good aftercare I babied it so it’s not from me not taking care of it…

Fantastic experience: Great piercing experience all-around. Clean and welcoming space, everyone on staff who I interacted with was wonderful. Kenny was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable during the ear piercing process. I ended up having some issues a few weeks after the initial piercing, and Kenny was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Haven't had any issues since and everything is healing nicely :) Really appreciate everyone at P&I, highly recommend!

My piercer was incredibly kind and patient, and I could tell right away how much he valued cleanliness which I really appreciated as this was my first time getting pierced. He walked me through each step so I felt comfortable, and he even involved his son who’s learning the trade, which was really special to see. The whole appointment felt thoughtful, professional, and welcoming. Staff at the front desk were also really great, non judgmental, and easy going. I’d absolutely recommend Pierce & Ink to anyone looking for a safe and supportive piercing experience!

Fantastic experience: My credentials: this is piercing #19 for me — so I know a good shop when I see one! Absolutely loved my experience here! The piercer, Kenny, was so kind, professional, which really put me at ease. I got a navel piercing, and even though I’ve had plenty of ear piercings, this was my first real body piercing besides my nose — so I was a little nervous. He was very patient with all of my questions, the process was lightning-fast, and I barely even felt the needle. Pricing was extremely fair and affordable — I paid an extra $20 for a different piece of jewelry, which is amazing! Smooth, clean, and honestly painless — couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’d 100% come back for my next piercing!

When one of them had a little freak out after her first lobe was done (anticipating the 2nd), he was patient and gave her the time she needed to talk though it and calm down. Fantastic experience: I went in today to get a vertical labret after doing a ton of research and seeing so many good reviews for Kenny, and the reviews are 100000 % accurate. Kenny was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable! he walked me through the whole process and explained everything thoroughly. When it came to the actual piercing it is by far the most painless experience I've had getting pierced. i was genuinely surprised at how easy it all went. 10/10 experience! highly recommend and will be going back for all future piercings :)

Fantastic experience: Went in for a quick eyebrow piercing. Kenny greeted me and let me know how everything would go. I told him I was nervous but he reassured me that everything would go smoothly. He let me pick which count would work for me as far as the piercing went. The pain was essentially nonexistent! Pain scale was at most a 2/10. The clamp was probably the only thing that I would say was painful but even that was essentially painless. Kenny did great with talking to me and keeping me cool, calm, and collected. Pierce & Ink will be my go to from now on!

Negative experience: I called the shop I normally went to and they couldn't fit me in for a few days, and I was really wanting a piercing, so I looked online and found this shop and made an appointment, paid the deposit, and showed up about 5 minutes early. When it was my turn to check in, the first thing I said was I had an appointment. I waited almost an hour to get my piercing, by the time i left over an hour, and my evening got all screwed up because I was expecting it to take 30-45 minutes tops overall. I was initially charged full price despite the deposit, but when it was brought up that was refunded. When I was with the piercer, I mentioned my frustration that making an appointment doesn't really mean anything. He was apologetic but in my opinion for a first time visit, this experience was overall bad and I would not go back again. Giving 2 stars because the piercer was super friendly and apologetic, did a great job, no complaints there. But why take appointments at all if it's not going to mean anything? especially on a busy night like it was. I understand waiting a bit, but basically I was the same as a walk in. If I had known that I would have just shown up. So basically I paid extra to wait an hour. Not cool.
